Chapter Text
“Hey,” Peter opened his door and smiled, moving aside for Steve to enter. “I was surprised to hear from you…”
Steve greeted Peter and raised a curious eyebrow. “Oh?”
“I thought you were a ‘one and done’ kinda guy,” Peter explained, with no hint of judgement. It was refreshing.
Steve shrugged, smirking. “You looked so good beneath me the other day, and I didn’t get to taste you. I figured… if you’re into that?”
Peter was taken by surprise and felt his face grow hot. Most guys just wanted to fuck him.
“I’m definitely into that.” Peter pulled Steve in for a kiss, Steve’s hands slipping from Peter’s hips to his ass.
Steve grabbed his ass and lifted Peter onto the bed, making him moan into his mouth. The air sparked with their intensity, both eager and desperate. Their first encounter hadn’t been enough—they needed more.
Steve knelt down in front of the bed, the two pushing up Peter’s skirt and pulling down his panties in quick secession. They ended up hurled over Steve’s shoulder, Steve burying his head between Peter’s legs.
Peter gasped and moaned as Steve’s tongue swiped over his cock, slow and wet. His pussy ached with it, getting wetter by the second. Steve wrapped his lips around his cock as Peter sunk his fingers into Steve’s blonde hair and squeezed reflexively.
Steve groaned, happy.
With Peter’s cock sealed in his mouth Steve suckled and used his tongue to tease him further, moaning at the taste of him.
“Oh, god…” Peter whined, “Please don’t stop.”
Steve sucked harder, bobbing his head. His tongue ventured lower, “You like this?” He asked.
“Yes!” Peter gasped, parting his legs encouragingly for Steve to flatten his tongue over his dripping hole and lick into him. “‘M gonna cum if you keep—oh fuck… doin’ that.”
“Isn’t that the point?” Steve pulled back with a smirk, licking his lips obscenely.
Peter blushed. “But I want you to fuck me—with your cock—again still.”
Steve kissed Peter’s thighs sweetly, not understanding the issue. “Will you be too sensitive for that if I make you cum like this first?”
“I don’t think so…” Nobody had ever gone down on him long enough for him to know.
“Do you wanna try?” Steve nipped at his inner thigh. “See if I can get you there twice this time?”
Steve’s cockiness, that playful charm of his, turned Peter on even more.
“Fuck yes.”
Steve lowered his head, his tongue buried inside of Peter. He started to fuck him with this tongue in generous licks, while his nose kept bumping his cock. Peter lost it when Steve took it back into his mouth—this time taking no prisoners.
Peter’s thighs shook and his hands gripped Steve’s hair, moaning loudly as he came. His pussy tightened and pulsed around Steve’s tongue, Steve fucking him through the shock waves of delicious pleasure. He let up when Peter was oversensitive.
“Oh my god,” Peter murmured, falling back onto the mattress with a very happy sigh. Steve thought it was adorable.
Steve wiped his face and kissed Peter’s knee, before climbing onto the bed. He looked down at a dreamy, giggling Peter.
Steve’s eyes crinkled. “I know.”
Steve laid down next to Peter, letting him catch his breath while they cuddled closer. Peter leaned in for a kiss, laughed at the taste of himself and smiled.
“That really was amazing.” Peter whispered as he pulled back, and his smile turned shyer.
Steve kissed him. “You were amazing.”
Just when Steve was about to tell Peter it was okay if he wasn’t up for more fooling around, Peter let out a needy little whine against his lips and pulled Steve on top of him.
Steve fucked him until they both saw stars.
Steve’s mouth lifted into a smile as he noticed Peter from across the quad. He was on top of a table amongst people Steve didn’t recognise—apart from Bucky.
Steve could recognise Peter’s laugh a mile away.
Peter was goofing off with some of his friends. He waved when he noticed Steve, happy to see him. He saw Steve wave back before he was pulled back into conversation, laughing with the other people at the table.
Steve walked further towards them until he watched—in what felt like slow motion—as Peter and another guy at the table leaned closer, and kissed.
Steve’s stomach sank to the floor.
And then there was more laughter, like it was some kind of joke Steve wasn’t in on.
When Peter looked for him next, not realising anything was wrong, Steve had disappeared.
Peter managed to catch up with him.
“Steve!” He called out, panting.
Steve stopped and turned around, planting a smile on his face.
“I’m so glad I caught up with you.” Peter grinned, slightly breathless. He brushed his hair out of his face.
“Oh yeah? What’s up?” Steve tried to ignore the dread spiralling inside his body.
He didn’t understand it. Why should he care who Peter kissed?
“You wanna hang out later?” Peter asked. “That game I was telling you about arrived today, so I thought we could check it out together?”
Steve had been looking forward to it as well, but he shook his head. (He couldn’t shake the unpleasant feeling in his chest, though.)
“I’d love to—but I’m not feeling well. Think I’m comin’ down with something…” Steve lied, scratching the back of his neck.
The guilt tightened his chest further seeing the genuine concern that settled on Peter’s face.
“That sucks. You should go and get some rest, we can try it out when you’re feeling better.”
“Thanks, Pete.” Steve smiled, ignoring the stinging in his chest.
Knock knock.
Steve opened the door, thinking maybe the movie was too loud. Instead, he found Peter. Holding a container of liquid. Soup?
Peter looked over Steve’s shoulder and saw Bucky, sitting on a beanbag with an xbox controller in his hand.
He looked back at Steve, who looked fine—and guilty. As did Bucky.
“So you’re not sick…” Peter realised. “You just didn’t want to see me.” He couldn’t disguise his hurt.
Steve opened his mouth, but Peter spoke again.
“Don’t worry. I get it.” Peter pushed the container of soup into Steve’s hands and left before he could say anything.
Fuck.
Steve felt like such an asshole. He texted and called Peter to apologise. There was no reply. He was secretly relieved because he had no idea how to explain why he lied.
“I don’t know why I even cared—seeing him with that guy. Peter can do whatever he wants with his body.” Steve shrugged. “It’s none of my business.”
“You cared seeing Peter and that fella ‘cause you want to be the only person kissing Peter. Dumbass.” Bucky said, berating him lovingly.
Bucky was ready to beat him over the head with a stick, they were both so oblivious.
Steve’s face flickered with various emotions before he whispered, “Oh no.”
He’d caught feelings.
Bucky squeezed his shoulder. “You better stop lying to him though, or there’s zero chance of that happenin’ pal.”
“You’re right, Buck.”
“Of course I’m right,” Bucky snorted and grinned broadly. He didn’t even have a chance to say goodbye as Steve rushed out of the room. Good, Bucky thought, it’s about time.
Steve rushed to Peter’s room, needing to explain in person and apologise. He knocked at the door.
“Who’s there?”
“Steve.”
There was silence and then shuffling. The door opened. “Hey,” Peter greeted cautiously.
“Hey,” Steve replied, noticing that Peter hadn’t invited him in. He supposed he deserved that.
“I’m sorry—”
“I’m sorry—”
They both laughed, some of the awkwardness dissipating.
“I’m sorry I assumed you were lying about being sick,” Peter explained.
Steve looked down at the floor. “I was lying about being sick.”
“Oh,” Peter muttered quietly, feeling like he might throw up. Why did he lie? Because he didn’t want to be friends anymore?
“I—I’m so sorry for that, I—” Steve sighed, throat tight. “I didn’t know what else to say when I saw you with that guy.”
“What guy?” Peter blinked, confused.
“The guy you kissed earlier.”
Peter frowned, and then it all started to click. Oh my god. “You were jealous.”
Steve’s cheeks flushed. “Yeah.”
Peter smirked and poked him teasingly. “You were jealous,” he repeated in a playful murmur. “Wait. Why were you jealous?”
Steve wanted to die.
Peter’s eyes widened. “Do you like me, Steve? Like… romantically?” His heart started to race and his mouth felt dry.
“Yeah.” Steve admitted, afraid Peter wouldn’t want to see him again.
Except… Peter smiled. A genuine, rosy, happy, glowing smile. The kind of smile he’d been lucky to see multiple times, but others could only dream of.
Peter pulled Steve in and kissed him. “Good,” he murmured against Steve’s smile. “‘Cause I like you too.”
“Romantically?” Steve checked.
Peter laughed, bubbly and sweet. “Yes, big guy. Romantically.”
“Does this mean we’re dating?” Steve laughed too, talking between kisses as Peter pulled him into his room and kicked the door shut.
Peter cupped Steve’s face, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. “Do you wanna be my boyfriend, Stevie?” There was a teasing lilt in his voice but he was obviously serious.
“Definitely.” Steve answered, the two falling into bed together.
“By the way, the guy I kissed is a friend of mine. It was some stupid dare.” Peter explained, bringing a flush to Steve’s cheeks. “I don’t like him that way—or anyone else but you right now.”
“I’m glad it got us to this point though,” Peter added and Steve couldn’t agree more.
They were boyfriends now.
