Hiiii! I know, I know! 'wtf, Cherry?'
It's been a while since I have updated a chapter or even written in the Google doc that I have for the fic and it's due to majorly a writers block on the general itself, the whole Mafia and criminal aspect. I started this fic during my lesson stressful days in uni while I had hopes for my career, and most importantly, I had my beta.
This doesn't mean I will delete or even abandoned the fic, no! Souls & Flowers is very near and dear because well, it was my fanfiction series I ever made, it gave me hopes that people actually enjoyed what I wrote and my creative spark was ignited again. Just like with Hyunjin's Muses, you guys deserve more then half baked chapters that are shorter and don't fit my current writing style at all, I have three major lore heavy fics, this one, Hyunjin's Muses and Hello, Lover. S&F is lore heavy for many reasons, it's part of a universe that connects my love for soulmate aus and flowers in general. Chapter 23 wasn't the best and I now I can do better, to give you the actual Mafia/crime fic you guys deserve.
Chapters will be updated, longer and more thought out, as much as Sophie (my beta) tried to piece together my drunken brain and try and make sense to this part of the universe, will, even I forget details and things about it. I've gotten better at it, obviously, but it need perfecting. On the subject of my beta, I no longer have her, she is also one of the major reasons this fic has been on a hiatus.
So yeah! This fic will go under the good old rewrite, things will be added, some will be changed, others removed, but all in hopes this is an experience for you, that you get something out of it, either it is enjoyment, a creative spark or filling the void feeling while scrolling at 3 a.m on a Friday night, no judgment, I do too.
So yeah! Stay tune for the updates and once chapter 24 is up, this will be deleted and re-uploaded.
