Chapter 3: Okay, so Harem is the wrong word

Akko yawned. Rubbing her eyes. It was her day off. Finally, A full week of work at the theater. She performed 8 shows this week.

She had plans for today with her girlfriend. But as she got up she felt woozy. Her head was spinning. She fell back and made the bed bounce. Diana, who was laying in said bed, rubbed her eyes and got up.

"Mmm. Akko? Are you okay?"

"Yeah yeah.. Fine. Just. More tired than I thought."

"Akko you need to rest. You don't look too well. Come."

"But... Diana. I promised everyone I'd spend time with them today... What kind of girlfriend would I be if I neglected all of you."

"An Alive one. Akko. It's sweet you put your effort into trying to please us but sometimes I worry you think of us like.. A harem of sorts. Like you're a main character in one of your Anime."

"No! I mean. Not usually."

"Akko if you were well right now I'd smack you. You know we're all dating each other too. We love each other and are happy to have each other. We love you too, and will miss hanging out with you but... This whole relationship doesn't begin and end with you. So please just get some rest? And know we'll be fine?

"I... Okay. Yeah. If you're sure. I just don't want to spend all day in bed and miss you guys. I looked forward to spending time with everyone."

Diana paused. "... One second"

She went out of the room. Akko laid in bed. And a few minutes later. Diana returned, wearing a doctor's coat

"So. We all agreed to take shifts taking care of you. I'll take the first shift." She smiled. Petting her head.

Akko's eyes widened... She was the luckiest girl alive.
