Soul-mates forever
This is not really my take for what could have happened shortly before and after the closure of Gardenview, just that there's Metalpetal in it and that it is one of my many theories.
Dandys and Vees relationship is kinda complicated and as addition there are Soulmate bonds. I'll hopefully will be able to get their functionalities across.
