Summary
Shen Yuan is a nine-year-old kid considered weird by the people around him, simply because he has a massive hyperfixation on monsters, insects, and bizarre creatures. Despite this, Luo Binghe, a little boy one year younger than him, doesn’t seem to care about how strange Shen Yuan is.
Well, actually, that’s because Luo Binghe is even weirder — not just him, but his entire family. But… apparently, Shen Yuan doesn’t seem to mind that either, not when Luo Binghe is just too adorable. And even though the whole town says Luo Binghe’s house is creepy and his family is spooky, Shen Yuan realizes that, in truth, they’re all really nice.
Or: where Luo Binghe’s family is inspired by the Addams Family, and an 8yo cute and weird Luo Binghe tries to befriend a 9yo nerd Shen Yuan.

Summary
Despite being a millennia-old vampire with a cruel history in his past, when Shen Qingqiu encounters an injured and abandoned puppy on the street, he can't help but feel pity. He takes the cute little ball of fur home and starts caring for the puppy, naming him Binghe.
Some time later, Shen Qingqiu begins to interact with a handsome young man who, despite not being a student at the university where Shen Qingqiu teaches, he has a huge interest in the professor's classes and lectures. This brings them closer in a master-disciple relationship that deepens more and more…
But… Why was Shen Qingqiu able to relate his cute dog's behavior to that of the dedicated young man? And, more importantly, why does it seem that people who annoy or meddle too much in Shen Qingqiu's life end up in the news for being brutally killed by what seemed to be a ferocious beast?!

It’s not like Shen Qingqiu wasn’t aware of the crimes, the violence, all the deaths, and even some exterminations pinned on Luo Binghe. He knew very well that his husband wasn’t a little angel, okay? But it’s just that… it’s just that it wasn’t his fault!
It wasn’t Luo Binghe’s fault that he had a traumatic childhood and an even more traumatic development later on when he felt abandoned by everyone! It wasn’t Luo Binghe’s fault if he was a little violent — he was a demon, okay? It’s perfectly fine to be a little violent! And so what if some people died at Luo Binghe’s hands? They most certainly deserved it!
Or: Shen Qingqiu, even though he doesn’t post in online forums anymore, still keeps the title of #1 Luo Binghe’s apologist.

Summary
To celebrate graduation, Luo Binghe invites some of his friends to spend a few days at his family's countryside house. Along with his classmates and friends, Luo Binghe also invites Shen Qingqiu, a PhD student who tutors him privately.
However, upon arriving at the house, they notice that not only is there no signal, but the van they used to get there has broken down, leaving them stuck for three days until their parents realize they haven’t returned. Despite one of the girls disappearing into the forest, Luo Binghe tries to keep everyone calm during those three days by offering to cook delicious meals for them.
(But… if Shen Qingqiu was fully aware that they hadn’t brought any meat on this trip, how… was Luo Binghe preparing dishes with meat?)
