Yamikumo was a person without a quirk.
He aspired to be like Valiant, all his aspirations and dreams were what kept him alive and with energy.
Without that it is just a wandering soul.
A shadow for Katsuki.
His childhood friend, who supported him at all times and motivated him to do great things without a quirk.
He saw how Katsuki triumphed each year with his skills with a smile embodied in each of these.
What could he do ?, congratulating with a false smile, and an unwanted envy.
that was wrong, very bad.
get to his house and find the posters of Valíant folded in his room, watch the video of how he smiled when saving people with a unique security worthy of a hero.
the negative thoughts ate at him, the abuse he suffered as a reminder of what he is now.
with that in mind
The years pass and the feeling remains the same.
That child who was once happy vanished.
What remained was his dream of being a hero without having a quirk and the evolution of that innocent feeling towards Katsuki.
That feeling that blooms with the person you love.
Each day was not easy for Yami, he did not like to depend on Katsuki with every abusive person who cornered him. He appreciate the friendship they have so far, it felt lucky to have him by his side.
Not that he is a stalker ... but he knows everything about his friend.
From his bedtime, his breakfast, lunch and dinner.
His tastes for spicy foods or his likes for cats and others (all noted in his notebook)
Not counting each gesture ... some, because his Katsuki is a box of surprises.
Because of his occurrences, he was the victim.
As it was from his adventures. To how to climb trees No problem .
For Katsuki it was like a piece of cake, using his quirk after several attempts he managed to push himself ...
With Yami ... he tried from the most useless to the strategic ... he got it ... and
It cost a fractured leg ... yes ... they "encouraged" to climb the largest tree in their neighborhood near a park ..
It was worth it ... definitely ... Katsuki kissed his cheek after being treated at the hospital holding the whining of his mother and his or the quarrels they gave Katsuki (courtesy of the mother of this).
The other difference was the quiet nature of Katsuki, very contrary to his mother who was cursing every time and little temper. He endowed her beauty ... but he definitely chose the attitude of his father. A self-control with a pinch of angel fallen from the sky ....
For Yamikumo, it was the perfect wife ... if only he were a woman ... although it doesn't matter anymore ... if only Katsuo would notice the hints.
As in other pranks ... not so innocent would he say ... as he sees ... he also did not know what it meant as a child.

Yami suck gently on his neck leaving a small mark (almost to a mosquito picket),And Katsuki was proud, he carried it with happiness.
No one found out about it and they kept it a secret.
Then they followed the kisses, that with nervousness and fear made in the hands, arms and face ... but not in the lips.
And he longed to kiss him there, but he would not risk his friendship for that.
