Dabi opened his eyes slowly. Groaning in annoyance, he sat up.
Car horns and shouting could be heard from his room, and it didnt help his hangover. Not to mention he had left his tv on last night and it was now blaring loudly. It was on the news, the lady was talking in a excited cliche news voice too.
"-its a shocking discovery, annonymous persons have expressed the information that the dangerous villain Dabi's true identity is Touya Todoroki. The son of the number two hero, Endeavor. Many heroes have spoken their opinions on this but so far Endeavor and the other todoroki children have not given any comments-"
Dabi tumbled out of bed in a panic. Breathing franticly, he raced over to the tv. He grabbed the remote and pressed the 'next channel' button.
"New evidence suggests that the villain Dabi is really Touya Todoroki. The news has shaken the hero community and-"
He clicked the remote again, his headache and adrenaline stopping him from going fully into panic.
"The public is in shock after the reveal of the villain Dabi's true identity is the long lost Touya Todoroki. The-"
No, no, no...this cant be happening. He clicked the remote over and over to every different news channel he could think of. All of them were talking about the next biggest thing...him.
How did this happen? What did-
Oh. Oh. Oh no.
He now remembered, He had been at the leagues bar. Shigaraki had been looking up dirt on the biggest heroes, and he decided to start with the biggest asshole, Endeavor. Dabi didn't know what he found or how he found it. He had been drinking and was a bit tipsy. That man child must have used the leagues connections to gather info and then connect the dots.
Fuck.
He held his head in his hands. What was he supposed to do? No fucking way was he going back to the league. And now people would be looking for him even harder, combing through japan to find the villain turned son of Endeavor.
The tv was still on so he shut it off tiredly.
