Chapter Text
Tomura Shigaraki watched as Toga danced across the warehouse floor in an intertwined motion with Twice. They were gliding across the concrete floor to the beat of a classical song, for whatever reason. This was the third week in which nothing much had happened with the league of villains. They were currently waiting for their shipment of weapons to arrive. Sadly, their supplier was shipping all the way from Peru, and the goods they were shipping were far beyond simply illegal. The weapons they had purchased were dehydrated cats that came to life if you put them into a glass of water. They were hoping to distract the pro hero Eraserhead and attack class 1 A, but for now, they had to wait. Tomura was bored. Very, very, very bored. He wanted to do something interesting for once.
“Kurogiri?” Shigaraki asked. Kurogiri turned to look at Shigaraki. “Could we steal one of those quirk holding books that are being experimented on?”
“The ones that can hold quirks despite not being alive?” Kurogiri responded. “Why do you ask?” “I want to do something fun.”
…
A book that could make the deepest, darkest, most desperate desires that someone had come true? Nonsense. How could just a book do that? Mina assured herself that what she had found just lying on her desk was a joke with a decent amount of effort put into it. She still had to at least try it though, right? Mina finally opened the pink and yellow book with ‘Fanfiction in Real Life’ written on it. She carefully read the instructions on the first page.
Write a chapter title to begin. Then write whatever you want to happen to people that you have met in real life. You must know their full name, age, and occupation to involve them in the story. This can, however, be circumvented by simply writing them into a story with people who’s required information you already know. The following story will then come true, and you cannot stop it unless you erase what was written in the book and rewrite the story to end. Be careful what you write, as if you write about yourself, your fate is sealed as soon as the story begins to enact itself. For a story to begin, please write down a set time for it to start, or write 25:00 as the time and the book will automatically select the best time for the story to begin. Stories which are impossible to enact for reasons other than being outside of a person’s character will automatically be considered invalid and will not be enacted. Stories that also throw a person wildly outside their character will also be considered invalid. Everything else goes. Have fun writing!
Mina began writing down a short story. The story involved class ending and Uraraka tripping while on her way out of the class, Midoriya catching her in his arms, and Uraraka giving Midoriya a kiss on the cheek as thanks. She didn’t really think it would happen, but it was worth a try. Her little shipper heart began feeling excited from the thought of the two cinnamon rolls sharing a kiss. Even if it was on the cheek. Mr. Aizawa walked into the classroom and he began his class. As the clock on the wall ticked, Mina wondered if the story would happen. She set the time exactly to when class ended in the book. As soon as the class ended, the story would begin. She saw the second arrow move steadily closer to the number twelve. Seven, six, five, four… Was this a good idea? ...Three… Eh, who cares, the two friends were basically crushing on each other twenty-four-seven. Two, one.
“Alright Deku! We should get going to the next class!” Uraraka beamed at Midoriya. She didn’t seem to notice a stray pencil waiting in her path.
“Yeah, we should. Hey, did you maybe want to go to the arca-” Midoriya was interrupted mid-sentence by a falling Uraraka. It seems she had tripped on a loose pencil. Without thinking, the reached forwards to catch his friend mid-fall.
“Ah- why thank you, Deku,” Uraraka began thanking Midoriya. Her voice seemed unlike her.
“Ah, you’re welcome. It’s only fair, right? You saved me from falling before the entrance exam,” Midoriya reasoned. He helped Uraraka get back on her feet.
At that moment, Uraraka leaned in for a kiss. She gently pressed her lips to his cheek. “Thanks for saving me, you’re a real hero,” she said. Midoriya gently felt the cheek on which he had been kissed, and closed his eyes as if to cherish it. Uraraka then left the room.
It was at that point, that Mina had stopped writing. Everyone suddenly began processing what had just occurred. Midoriya was frozen in place, Uraraka was trying to float herself into the sun, Mineta was trying to kill Midoriya for being so lucky, and the rest of the class was wondering what the heck just happened. Mr. Aizawa was quietly rethinking his career choice from his desk. It seems in all the commotion, no one noticed a spark flare up in Mina’s eyes.
