Kim Taehyung is the owner of one of the most successful industry in South korea. But he is not like other CEO like cold,heartless type. He is a real sweetheart. All the employees in his office loves him and bcoz he doesn't impose his power on them they respect him too. He likes to socialize with people. And bcoz he is a businessman he got so many opportunities to make different friends and he use that opportunity whole heartedly. He is number one in everything just not in one thing, which is relationship. He had never been in a relationship,he just never met anyone who attracts him that much that he wanted to have relationship with them. He doesn't have any casual hookups too he just doesn't believe in these things. In short he is hopeless romantic. And patiently waiting for his one and only.
But he never even in his dreams thought that his meeting with his one and only will be that memorable. Where he will get scolded by his soulmate and then also he will smile like a maniac. His soulmate, his Seokjin, he met him in his office. He was 24 years old at that time.
THE DAY WHEN TAEJIN MET:
Tae was in his cabin and he is doing his work humming a song. He was in a happy mood. When suddenly he heard someone yelling outside his cabin. He furrowed his brows and went outside to see what is actually happening,who is the person who is disturbing his office peaceful atmosphere.
When he went outside then he saw that there is a man with a broad shoulder surrounded by his security guards. It seems like they are stopping him from coming inside but that person is not listening to them and yelling at them even though he is wrong one here.
"What is happening here?!" Tae asked in his threatening voice which he use so less but it seems like this person deserves it.
But when that broad shoulder man looked at Tae and their eyes met. Tae forgot to breathe for a minute bcoz of that person's beauty.
That person came to Taehyung stomping his feet like he is so angry. That he actually was though, he was red from anger but Taehyung thought that he is cute.
"You!!" That person pointed at Taehyung and said "You are Kim Taehyung right?!"
Taehyung nodded his headed still mesmerized by the person. He slightly bowed towards that person and introduced himself politely "Hello! I am Kim Taehyung. It's nice to meet you. How can I help you?!"
All the employees in his office were looking at him wide eyes. Yes, everybody knows that Tae is a soft person but that doesn't means that he doesn't like discipline and this person just broke all the discipline and then also their boss is polite, that's weird.
That person just scoffed at his politeness "Don't act. It's not like I don't know you. Infact I know you better than anyone else."
Tae raised his brow at that, if he ever met this beauty ofcourse he should remember him right? But he don't.
"You!! You are that looser,blind, heartless, egoistic,manipulative boss who rejected my best friend project, aren't you?!" That person said to him with all the bitterness in his voice.
Taehyung was genuinely confuse right now,but then also he can't deny that he didn't take that mean names in his heart, not at all, not when that names are came from this handsome man. While his employees are fuming inside as how can someone disrespect their boss.
"Whom you are talking about?!" Finally Tae asked him.
"Jung Hoseok." That person said his best friend name with full love and pride. Taehyung felt jealous for a moment bcoz that person literally just said Taehyung name like his name is the most worst thing he has ever said.
Then Tae remember about his morning meeting with Jung Hoseok. Taehyung was so looking forward to work with him, but there was a mistake in Hoseok's presentation so Taehyung can't accept that project. It's not his fault at all.
"But his presentation was not right. It was lacking so many things I can't accept it even if I wanted." Taehyung said to that person softly.
But that person again just rolled his eyes and scoffed, "Do you know about whom you are talking about?! Jung Hoseok, let me repeat myself JUNG HOSEOK. He is the perfectionist. He can never do anything wrong. His every work is perfect. Not a single mistake can someone find in his work. So stop lying and admit it that you are a looser who doesn't even know which work is great. Or are you jealous of him that he can be the more successful business man then you, huh?! What is it?! Are you afraid of him?!"
Taehyung was really enjoying this even though he was getting all the disrespect that he never got in his life.
"No, I am not jealous or afraid of him. And I know what is right and wrong. How can you say that, that he didn't did any mistake in his presentation?!" Taehyung asked that person in challenging tone.
"Bcoz he is mine best friend stupid. He is Kim Seokjin's best friend. He can never do anything wrong." That person who just tell his name Kim Seokjin said to Tae.
Taehyung smiled wide at it bcoz of 2 reasons. First that reason was so lame that he can't do anything wrong just bcoz he is his best friend and second that he finally got this handsome man name.
When Jin looked at him smiling,he made a face like Tae is really mental. "Hey! Why are you smiling. Did I told you a joke?!"
Taehyung shook his head smiling. But didn't stop smiling even for a second.
"Ughh! Whatever. I am telling you he did a very hard work for it. And you just rejected the project without a single thought,I am so hurt for him. And that's why I am angry with you so much. I am warning you to accept his project as soon as possible. Just call him and accept it." Jin said this in one breath then he took a long breath to keep himself sane.
Jin is already so mad at him bcoz of what he did to hoseok and now he is smiling which is annoying bcoz he can't be mad at Taehyung if he will smile his adorable smile, which Jin doesn't wanna admit is adorable by the way.
Jin again looked at Tae but he is still smiling so Jin just sighed and left. Tae then came out of his daze when he look at that Jin is going. He tried to stop him but Jin didn't stopped. Tae pouted at that.
Then he looked at his manager Jeon Jungkook who is also looking at the direction where Jin just gone.
"Jungkook?" He called him.
Jungkook got startled a little bit like he get caught doing something wrong. " Yes boss!!" He said to Tae.
Tae rolled his eyes at him and said "Jungkook,how many time should I have to tell you that plz call me Tae?"
Jungkook just smiled at him. Jungkook and Taehyung both are best friends from college. But in office Tae is boss and jungkook is a manager. Taehyung has told him several times to call him Tae but he doesn't call him that in the office, he have to respect Taehyung.
Tae sighed when he saw that jungkook is just smiling at him. Then he also smiled and said to jungkook "Call hoseok and fix a meeting with him. Make sure that meeting is tomorrow."
THAT SAME NIGHT AT HOSEOK'S HOUSE:
Jin came with burger and Sprite in Hoseok's house to make his best friend mood a little better bcoz he know how much hoseok is sad bcoz of that project.
Right now they both are resting after eating like there is no tomorrow. They are lying in sofa and hugging it like koala.
"Hobi?" Jin called him.
Hobi just hummed he is sleepy after eating so much that he can't even move his muscle a single bit.
Jin sighed at his behaviour but tried to motivate him even though he wanted to kick him for being so unresponsive.
"Don't feel bad for today's project ok? That Taehyung is blind, he doesn't know that what he lost. You are better than him that's why he is jealous. You will get a better company than him as a partner." Jin said to hobi.
Hobi just chuckled at his cute best friend, "Thank you Jin, but I am ok now. Actually I was sad when I thought that after doing so much hardwork I didn't get them to merge with me. But when I again checked the presentation there was really a mistake. So, now I am ok bcoz I really did wrong." He said to jin softly and cheerfully thinking that this will ease his best friend nerves without knowing that it just has an opposite effect like right now Jin was glaring at him with wide eyes.
When hoseok didn't heard anything from jin he opened his eyes and get greeted by a pillow in his face.
"Ouch!!" Hoseok yelled. "What's your problem?! Are you mad or what?!" He again yelled at Jin.
In response he again get a pillow this time with more force. "I am mad?! No, you are mad. How can you do a mistake?! And after that act all gloomy."
"Why can't I do mistake?!" Hoseok asked him still massaging his face and hand, he is tired for God's sake and this pillow fight is not helping.
"Simple. Bcoz you are mine best friend. You know mine, means Kim Seokjin best friend. Mistakes are not allowed." Jin said to him pointing his finger in hobi's forehead with each word.
Hobi yank his hand away and now massaged his forehead. "Don't overreact. It's not like you haven't done any mistake." He said to Jin who is still glaring at him.
Jin was going to snap at him but then he remembered today's incident. He did a mistake though, but he truly believed that his best friend can't do any mistake so he fight with that Kim Taehyung so he glared at hobi and said "If I did then it's just bcoz of you. You fool." And he again hit hobi with a pillow.
Hobi scoffed at this. "You are talking like you always do what I told you. Or I am the main reason of anything happening in your life."
"Ofcourse you are. You are my only friend, on top of that a best friend. So, I do always do what you told me to." Jin said to him like he is offended.
"Really?! Then go on a date." Hobi said grinning.
Jin rolled his eyes and stood up to leave, he knows where this is going. But hobi caught him before he can go and made him sit again on sofa.
"Jin plz go on a date. You are already 24, it's time. When are you going to get mingle?!" Hobi pouted at him.
Jin made a gross face "Don't pout, you look gross. And I am telling you last time that I haven't got anyone in whom I am interested to,so let me be like the way I am. I am happy." He said to hobi.
"Oh come on Jin, plz. Atleast try." Hobi said to Jin in pleading voice.
Jin sighed and said "Hobi, if I ever tried to feel something for someone then that will not be feelings that will be forceful and feelings are natural. So, let me fall in love naturally, my life is not ending tomorrow. I still have my whole life to love and to get loved."
Hobi just deeply sighed but didn't said anything,what he can even say now.
Jin is 24 years old. He was a middle class boy. A only son of his parents. His parents just passed away 3 years before. He has done a culinary course. He wants to open his own restaurant which will have everything in it like cafe,food stall, bakery,etc. He is working any job right now just to deposit money for his own restaurant.
He also never had any relationship he never felt that spark for anyone. He also doesn't believe in casual hookups, it's not his thing. He is also waiting patiently for his one and only.
