Fengge was a generous person, patient when needed, it wasn't often he felt any jealously claw and his mind but there's always a first. Especially when the cause of said jealously is due to their own doings.
They'd settled on adopting a small geovishap hatching, naming the precious little thing peanut. Fengge really should have thought it through that given maybe hatchling could sense the immense power from him- and very obviously take a liking to eloise instead.
Though he does take pride in the fact that well peanut does infact like eloise. It turned peanut sitting in eloise's lap when reading novels, to Eloise giving the geovishap accesories, ribbon tied delicately around its collar as it stood pridefully to show off to eloise.
Maybe just maybe fengge would accept that he's jealous of his own kid getting pampered up.
He sat on the side of their bed, as eloise and peanut were playing around at the dresser across from him. Fengge glared as he kept sitting, watching the two loves in his life giggle as eloise attempting to see which bow suited peanut better-
"Alright, dear did something happen at work?" Eloise asked as they placed their hands on their hips,peanut looking at its other parent expectantly for an answer as well .
Taken a bit by surprise at the sudden question the archon shook his head and replied "no.. nothing happened"
"Fengge.." mentally panicking as his lover’s usage of his full name instead of the usually petnames or 'fenny', the estate heir watched as his lover walked toward him, slipping their hands to cup his face to get fengge to look at them in the eye "c'mon wont you tell me what wrong?"
Fengge, like the man he is, absolutely melts as eloise holds his face up, placing a gentle kiss on his forehead. He contemplates for a second if his lover will in fact say that they were right, or simply laugh lightly at his childish emotions that are going haywire.
Sighing in defeat he mumbled “..just a bit.. Jealous of..peanut” he spoke softly so its was only eloise that was able to hear him.
“..goodness fenny- is that all? If you felt left out- you should’ve said so-” eloise sighs in relief, kissing just on the other’s brow “you told me you’d be busy for the week, it’s why i was spending time with peanut-”
“I thought i would be.. But it turned out to be over in the beginning of the week…” fengge whines and eloise is struck with the image of a puppy
“You should’ve told me then-”
“It slipped my mind”
“Alright- how about all three of us, take a walk and have lunch at starsnatch cliff? I’ve heard it was a really nice breeze around this time of year” the catalyst user offers, pulling his hands away from fengge’s face and patting peanut’s frilled head, to which the vishap lets out a cheery chirp.
Fengge, being the clingy person he is with his spouse, stands and moves toward where the other two are, lifting eloise’s free hand to his own head as a way of asking for his own head pats. Eloise giggles at the action, ruffling fengge’s hair , a purring sound beginning to rumble from the archon’s chest.
“mhm .. sounds like a good idea”
