*Feliciano would be excited to be a father but he would probably faint at first when you told him. It would take Ludwig and Kiku’s assistance to help him bounce back but when he does, he has a spring in his step, wrapping his arms around you in joy of your pregnancy!
*Feliciano doesn’t have a preference in what gender the kid is. Being raised as a girl helped expand this pretty open mindset he has and as such, he’s very accepting with whatever and whoever his kid wants to be. As such, he’d be one of the most laidback fathers in Hetalia.
*When your cravings start to develop, Feliciano is more than willing to cook all sorts of dishes for you! He loves to cook and especially loves to cook food for you though some of these dishes he’s made can and should be considered a crime and should never be made again.
*The poor boy will probably faint again when you’re delivering the baby. He tried to be supportive but the minute you hold his hand and he feels your grip, he’s balling and crying like the baby when they’re born. After they manage to wake him up, Feliciano immediately forgets the pain when he see the little bundle wiggling around in your arms, embracing his new family.
*One of the most common events at the Vargas household is family siestas. Nothing is more comfortable then you curling up into Feliciano when you’re in the later stages of pregnancy and all you wanna do is lay down and not feel so sore. Even after the baby is born, this continues to be a family tradition, especially with how father and child sleep in same fashion.
*Feliciano would be so excited to teach his child about the arts! He was pretty artistic when he was their age and he wants to share that knowledge. You can often find them drawing and coloring together. There’s barely any room on the fridge for all the art they’ve drawn together!
*You were a little hesitant about introducing your child to Uncle Romano due to his habit of cursing, especially around Ludwig but with Feliciano’s reassurance, their first meeting went without any incident. After that though, it’s very hit or miss with him. Either they have a great time together or your child learns a new curse word they can’t wait to try out! The glare you give Romano every time sends shivers down his spine.
*Feliciano can’t wait to introduce your bundle of joy to Uncle Ludwig and Kiku, the two nations happy for their fellow country but are a little nervous handling a newborn. Ludwig grows more comfortable with them sooner than Kiku. Between Ludwig being a stickler for the rules and Kiku’s aloof but gentle demeanor to balance them out, they’re your go-to babysitters whenever Feliciano or you leave for national duties or want a date night.
