Just a Little Different

Summary:

One moment, Shouta was standing in the rain, drenched and tired and feeling like the world was crumbling around him. The next, he was fighting another villain.
The storm clouds were gone and so was the rubble.
Where was he? What happened?

Or...

Aizawa Shouta, age sixteen, finds himself in somewhere surrounded by people who are familiar yet different. He also can't be bothered to ask the people around him any questions until it's too late.

Chapter 1: [Update] Not Abandoned!

Hey everybody! I know it's been a hot minute since I updated this (and any of my other stuff, really). Life happens, I was stressed to hell and back, and all that good stuff. Then, I couldn't find the motivation to write, which I'm sure plenty of people can sympathize with.

Anyway, by the time I wanted to return to this fic and re-read it to get a sense of what I had written and where I was going, I saw a number of flaws that I felt needed fixing. Less so for the earlier chapters and more so for the later ones. I feel like I can tweak the earlier chapters but maybe make larger changes to the others.

With all that being said, this is just to make sure people know that I'm making these edits to the fic [chapters one through nine] and that I'm planning on writing more for this story. I can't guarantee when anything will come out, but when I release the next chapter, I'll have finished my edits.

After I upload this, I'll re-upload the new versions of chapters one through three when they're complete.

(As a side note, I adore all the comments I've received, so I'll be copying them all and saving them before I re-upload.)
