HEAD NEWS: Sirius Black released: An unexpected trial

- You have heard about the Ministry's series of trials to prevent inaccuracies in hurriedly adjudicated verdicts from the Second Wizarding War, which was initiated by Dumbledore, Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot. A late case last night brought Sirius Black back before a jury of 12 of the most talented Wizengamot members and the Minister for his alleged crimes. And clearly, everyone knows a vicious, cunning killer who had tasted Azkaban would never have confessed so readily; in fact, he denied all culpability. However, even I, a clever and quick-thinking lady, was taken aback when I discovered that many of our strongest interrogation methods, such as the truth serum Veritaserum, the Prior Incantato Charm, and even an exception for the Imperius Curse, which, as you know, is an Unforgivable Curse, all yield similar result. Sirius is innocent...

HEAD NEWS: Harry Potter now Sirius Black’s sons

- Following this week's lead story, about which this devoted journalist has published five interesting stories, Sirius Black filed a lawsuit against a Muggles family, who are raising The Boy Who Lived, for maltreatment and offered to be Harry Potter's godfather and legal guardian. During this morning's trial, the jury decided to reopen The Potter's will and make a final decision based on it. Sirius Black will be granted guardianship on the condition that he exercises it in conjunction with the special custodian named in the will. Although the person's name was not revealed, I, Rita, went to considerable effort to question everyone involved, including Andromeda, his cousin who seems to have unwillingly sheltered him in recent days…
