'Where did it all start?', Jimin can't help but wonder.
He woke up with his mind racing with questions. Questions he has never asked before.
He looks at his watch, its 4am, almost an hour till they land in Seoul.
Everything around him feels a little too quiet, he can hear his heart beating faster and Jungkook snoring in the distance. In a very weird way the snoring sounds are keeping him calm, while his heart is trying to burst out of his chest.
Unlike Taehyung who is sleeping like a baby next to him, Jimin is wide awake. His mind goes back to the same scene that has been playing in his head for more than a week now.
It was their first concert after more than two years of the pandemic keeping them away from the stage. You could feel the excitement in the air. The members, staff and ARMYs, all of them were looking forward to this. But he also felt the weight of it all, the nerve. Today will be amazing, he promised himself. All of them had been waiting for this day, they couldn't let anyone down.
The members were all trying to be there for each other in their own ways. This is what Jimin has always admired about all of them, no matter what the situation he always felt safe because he knew there were people looking out for him. It's also what makes him want to be even better and stronger for others.
'Permission to dance' starts playing and they know it's almost time to go out. Everyone is ready. The air vibrates with the screams of thousands of fans. Jimin looks around him, Namjoon is standing on his left with his eyes closed. Jimin follows the leader and closes his eyes too, he wants to trap this moment in his memories forever just in case something happens. He wants to remember the excitement he is feeling, the loud beating of his heart, the love his fans are pouring in as they scream the words to their song and the safety of standing among the people he calls his chosen family.
It's time to go out. All the members are excited and nervous. Jin is trying to crack jokes with Jungkook standing next to him. There is RM next to them looking all calm and saying things like "try to have a good time on the stage everyone" "this is where we belong. We can do this"
Someone starts counting backwards for them to enter the stage. 10... Jimin needs to look for Tae, who he knew can get quite scared and nervous in situations like these
9.. he starts looking around for his best friend of years
8.... He hears Hobi shout at Yoongi "isn't your actress coming today" Jimin feels his heart drop but he needs to find Taehyung
7... "I don't know Hoba. What am I supposed to do even if she shows up" Yoongi replies plainly.
Jimin spots Tae near the exit door looking out at the fans with a sparkle in his eyes
6.... "Taehyung-ah!!" Jimin shouts and runs to Tae. Both his Hobi and Yoongi hyung follow him.
5... "Do something! Take her name, blow her a kiss.. something!!" like any best friend Hobi has a lot of interest in Suga's love life
4.... "are you crazy? Blow her a kiss?!"
Suga shouts. At this Jimin turns around, irritated at the very odd timed conversation, he says "just look at her when you sing or something. People like it. It's very romantic. But right now please stop taking about this"
3.. it's time! They can hear the roar of the crowd
2... Jimin tightly grabs both Taehyung and Suga's hands, trying to send them some strength

Did something happen there that Jimin doesn't remember? Because not only that day but for all 4 concerts that happened in LA, Yoongi was looking directly into his eyes while singing his verses. It started out kind of funny but soon it started becoming intimidating, to the point where when Suga puts his head on Jimin shoulder Jimin felt a shiver run down his spine, he felt his knees go weak and his face become red.
But while all this was happening, Suga didn't say a word out of the ordinary to Jimin. They did hold hands a little longer than usual but that's pretty much all.
Now he was about to land in Korea and Yoongi was still in the US for god knows how long and doing god knows what....or whom.
But suddenly all Jimin could think about was how alive he felt with Yoongi's intese eyes on him and his warm hands around Jimin's fingertips.
