The halls were bustling with noisy students, excited for another day of gambling their lives away. As much as she hated gambling, the Student Council Secretary couldn't do anything about it. Although for her, it was tremendously annoying.
The school was literally built for gambling. If it weren't for the Student Council President, maybe she would've considered transferring to a prestigious school with better academic focus. Not like she couldn't pass any test.
The poor secretary had another English assignment that was due in 2 weeks, but to her point of view, it was due tomorrow. She figured she could just do this in the Council Room in less than 15 minutes, no one was going to be there earlier than her anyway.
And to escape this annoying sounds of cackling, mocking and crying of the other students.
She closed her locker and started heading for the Student Council Room, through a mob of gambling addicts. The closer she got to the Council Room the less students came into view, and the quieter it became, of course no one wanted to be close to the Council Room. Knowing perfectly what kind of beasts inhabit that place.
She appreciated the silence, sweet, calming, silence. The only sound she heard was of her own foot steps.
Finally she reached the Lion's Den, she opened the door and her eyes widened upon seeing the President was already sitting on her seat alone, arms and legs crossed with a sweet smile on her face as she saw her secretary, already expecting her.
The meeting wouldn't start for another 10 minutes. Usually she was always the first to arrive so she was a little surprised to see the President already there, since she said beforehand that she would be arriving a little later than usual for another 'business meeting.'
"President? I thought you had a business meeting today?"
"Oh yes" The President smiled ever so sweetly "I might have made a few changes"
"What? What ever do you mean?"
The President then looked at her with a rather sly expression "You've been oddly busy these days haven't you? I thought we might be able to spend some time together if I came in earlier than usual, Mary can handle the business meeting for me" she said.
The secretary blushed at the sentence 'spend time together', knowing perfectly that the President knows that she's weak to her teasings.
"Now come here" The President said, motioning the already flustered secretary to sit on her lap. She blushed "P-President! That's–"
The President frowned "I thought I already told you to call me 'Sayaka' when we're alone, Ki~ra~ri"
"R-right" Kirari inhaled sharply "I-I'm sorry, Sayaka"
"All is forgiven, now come here" Sayaka patted her lap, Kirari obliged and sat down. Sayaka wrapped her arms around her secretary, basically cuddling her.
Kirari's face couldn't stop heating up, while the President showered her with affection and kisses.
They've been dating
For 2 weeks
Although Kirari wasn't all that used to it yet, just thinking about the wealthiest, most powerful, most intense gambler and the most gorgeous woman ever in all of Japan, dating a second year nerd like her. They were complete opposites like the white and black in Yin and Yang. Although they connected perfectly, as if they were meant for eachother.
Kirari still couldn't believe this was happening, she often thought if she really did deserve such affection, such care. It was overwhelming. A girl opposite to her, finding her fascinating...ah yes...she softly smiled upon remembering that fateful day they met.
A hand with perfectly purple painted nails rested it's palm on Kirari's desk just above the notebook that she had written notes on, now covered with scribbles. She looked up to see a woman, a year older then her, just looking at her with fascination and amusement in her eyes, those two beautiful purple orbs that Kirari felt was hypnotizing her.
She knew exactly who she was
The new President of Hyakkaou Private Academy
Sayaka Igarashi
"You know," she spoke "I find you fascinating..."
Kirari felt her heart skip a beat as the the woman called out her name, so genuinely, so softly, she couldn't hear the slightest sound of mockery, boredom or disgust when she said her name
"...Kirari Momobami"
The platinum-haired girl was so busy reminiscing about 2 years ago that she didn't hear that the President was calling out to her "Kirari?"
"Kirari are you alright?"
Finally Kirari was thrown back to reality as she flinched and looked up at Sayaka "What?"
Sayaka hummed "What are you thinking about?"
Kirari's head was above the clouds that she answered the first thing that came into her mind
"My English Assignment"
Sayaka did not looked pleased with the answer as she groaned "Oh please, Peaches you can survive a day without worrying about homework"
Kirari then realized that she hasn't started on her English assignment yet like she told herself to do earlier, the fact that Sayaka had just called her 'Peaches' was blocked by her neurons.
"It's due in 2 weeks, I haven't started yet" Kirari said, Sayaka blinked twice in disbelief "Two weeks"
She then sighed "I really don't understand you Kirari, literally"
Kirari then connected the wrong dots about Sayaka's reaction "Did I upset you?"
Suddenly a light bulb went on in Sayaka's head and she smirked "Yes you did"
She then swiftly carried Kirari and pinned her down on the table, the Secretary blushed furiously as Sayaka put little to no personal space between their faces, their nose were touching and they were so close to kissing. So, so close. With the President right in the middle of Kirari's legs.
"But don't worry, there's a way you can make up for it~" Sayaka smiled, Kirari was about ready to explode, she was so red that she felt as if steam was coming out of her ears.
Just then, they heard the door slam shut and that's when they noticed that the other council members has just arrived. Yuriko, seeing the scene commented as if she had a death wish "Jesus, could you two go lesbianing or whatever the fuck you call it AFTER the meeting? Gosh thankgod you didn't fuck yet"
"Nishinotouin-san, stop" Midari scolded. Yumemi laughed and took out her smart phone "Caught in 4k!"
Sayaka had already retreated and so had Kirari, leaving Yumemi disappointed as she took out her lollipop and started waving it in the air for not having able to take a good picture of the scene "AWW! Come on!"
Sayaka rolled her eyes "How rude of you all to disturb us so suddenly, ever heard of knocking?"
"We were in a hurry!" Runa protested, still wearing her yellow loli dress "I had to hurry preparing for my next concert! Otherwise Kirari-chan would kill me for being late, but turns out maybe it would've been better if I took my time"
"Everyone just—sit down and let's get this meeting started" Kirari said as she fixed herself. Yuriko grinned "No need to rush Ms. Secretary, you can get pegged later"
Kirari nearly fainted as her cheeks burned red "NISHINOTOUIN-SAN!"
Yuriko cackled while Midari hit her shoulder, telling her to shut up.
As the meeting began with Kirari reporting all sorts of things, like students' gambling progress, outside of school connections etc.
And the for the whole duration of the meeting, she glanced at the President from time to time and always, Sayaka would always, look at her with the same fascinated and amused look in her eyes.
After school, Kirari and Ririka, her twin sister. Escorted the President and the Vice President, who had arrived back to Hyakkaou about an hour ago, out the gate to a black car. Sayaka turned to Kirari, gently held her chin and gave her a quick kiss before pulling back and getting into the car.
Kirari was speechless as her face turned red. Ririka rolled her eyes, just as Mary was about to go in too, Ririka grabbed her hand "Hey wait, Vice P—I mean, Mary"
"Y-yes?" Mary turned to look at her, Ririka blushed "Uh so...do you...wanna go watch a movie sometimes?"
Mary blushed 2x more than Ririka did, she nodded "Yes, yes of course!"
"Great! So um, I'll call you?" Ririka asked, Mary nodded again "Yeah sure, um.."
They went silent. Sayaka started holding back her laughter at the awkwardness.
Mary blushed again in embarrassment at the reaction of her cousin to Ririka's confession "So um, bye"
"Bye" Ririka repeated as Mary got into the car and closed the door, Sayaka pulled down the car window and smiled, waving at her secretary "Bye Peaches~"
Kirari had a blush overload.
She called me...Peaches..
Peaches, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches...
Sayaka laughed as the car window pulled up and drove away. Leaving the twins alone.
Ririka yet again, rolled her eyes in annoyance "I have absolutely no idea what you see in her, Rari"
"She's the sweetest" Kirari said, squealing head-over-heels for the President "I love her so much"
Ririka was dumbfounded.
"That was far by, the most awkward confession, I have ever witnessed" Sayaka said, she leaned over to her cousin with a sly look on her face "Are you sure you want to go out with her, Mary?"
"Yes" Mary said with finality "And you can't stop me"
Sayaka hummed in amusement, her cousin's tastes in women were far different from hers. Although she couldn't figure out why her ever so shy cousin, was attracted to a girl like Ririka, strong-willed and hard-headed.
Ririka was always messing with Sayaka, mostly because Sayaka always flirted with her sister even before they were dating, and Mary would always defend Ririka and talked to Sayaka about numerous of stuff to put Ririka in a good light. She would've maybe played around with her cousin's soon-to-be-relationship if only the said girl wasn't the sister of her current girlfriend, her oh so cute flustered girlfriend.
She made a mental note to have a call with her sweet peaches when she gets home
A buzz sound was heard, Sayaka's phone was ringing. She took it out of her bag and answered the incoming call.
"Hello?"
The adults were confused why you sent Mary in your stead in the meeting earlier instead of showing up yourself, can I ask for a reason?
Sayaka smiled
"No comment, Yumeko"
