- Izuku dies in the fight against Overhaul.
- IM has already grown tired from the long journey through the building.
- IM makes the mistake of depending too much on Eraser Head which results as IM gets pierced through the liver and shoulder because of the many concrete spikes sent his way, these are hard to predict. He pulls himself off the point causing him to bleed out faster.
- IM sees Aizawa at the last moment, just before he dies.
