Aamon stand there at the parking lot, staring at his friend who smiles sweetly at him with his innocent looking eyes.
At this point Aamon can't do anything besides responding with a smile too and waving his hand as the other male starts approaching him.
"Sorry, Professor Baker hold me again in the class he keep asking me about our materials we've been working out for his subject." The shorter male look up at the taller waiting for his reaction that seems important for him.
"Ah, everything went well then Xavier?" Said Aamon while gesturing the other to get in the car and the boy nod before walking to the other side while calmly enters the car.
Aamon smiled before finally entering the car too and closing the door slowly before he start looking at the adorable man beside him.
“What? Why are you looking at me like that?” Xavier face look confused and a slight blush tainted his puffy cheeks.
Realize that he staring for too long at his friend, Aamon immediately looking away while began to starting the car with his heart racing in beat.
Their car finally gets out of the campus parking lot and moving to the southern east, the easiest way to their home and the traffic there was not crowded like the other highway.
The awkward silence between them suddenly break after Aamon accidently missed the red light and almost took their lives away by getting hit of truck. Luckily they survive and goes back to the right direction as Aamon fasten up their car to get away from there.
“What we’re you thinking!!” Aamon that snap away from his panicking stare blankly at his best friend terrifying look “You almost get us killed!”
“Sorry, I’m sorry I was spacing out a little” He apologize directly not just because Xavier being afraid but he also got dazed out for a while, his mind was full of something he can’t even comprehended.
The sun had set a few minutes ago and it was getting dark around them, even a few cars passing by had lessened. Street light on their way home all looking so dim, it feel like they we’re inside a horror movies.
“Something bothering you?” Aamon slowed down the car when they were on a fairly empty road “You look tired, doesn’t get enough sleep lately?”
Aamon tried his best to keep a smile on his face, but his best friend know him more that he is, Xavier know Aamon was giving him a fake smile.
“You know it’ll be useless for you to fake your smile in front of me, remember?” The other smile and lean back to his seat with his arms crossed waiting for respond as Aamon finally gives up.
“I’ve been thinking.. about you lately” There’s a complete silence between them, the air feels so cold Aamon didn’t even turn on the air conditioner.
“Sorry, what?” Xavier turns his head directly at Aamon’s nervous face.
Aamon gulp awkwardly while his finger tapping rhythmically at the steering wheel, undaring to stare back at his best friend sapphire blue eyes.
“I mean, we’ve been together for a long time.. and..” Aamon taking a long deep breath before continuing his words “And sometimes I want to ended our friendship..”
Another silence fill the car, Aamon can hear the shivers in Xavier’s breath.
“What.. what do you mean by that?” The other tries his best for not sounding so hopeless about it.
Know this is gonna be a hard topic for both of them Aamon decided to pull over their car to the nearest park he saw earlier before taking a turn, guess this is gonna be a long night too.
After they reach the empty park Aamon turn off his engine, his eyes focused on the playground outside still not dare to glance at Xavier.
While the other also do the same, shifting his eyes to examined the dark circumstances around them. No one want to start their last convo too busy admiring the view outside.
“So.. want to tell me why you wanna ended up our friendship?” After several minutes of silent the blue haired boy finally ask to break the awkwardness that spread around them.
“We can’t be friends anymore,” Aamon cough a little tries to ease his dry throat and drive away the nervousness in him “Because I will always see you as something else.” His finger still rhythmically tapping on the steer and he finally glanced at the other who seemingly shock as his eyes wide open.
“In other way, I love you.” Added Aamon with a grin.
“I- uh okay, so.. umm.. First of all that is a horrible decision” Aamon giggles at Xavier’s respond, he can see his friend face burn in red and embarrassed.
“You.. you are not joking right?”
Aamon shake his head softly and his eyes was never stop staring at Xavier who still confused and excited at the same time.
Xavier knew Aamon wasn’t joking or even lying to him, his best friend eyes says it all.
They have been together for almost ten years it will be a lie if he not feel the same way as Aamon did, he was never have the courage to told Aamon about his feeling. As long as their friendship goes he keep it all hidden from his best friend not realizing that Aamon was also falling for him.
It looks like both of them been keeping their feelings for too long waiting for one of them to take a move and decided to take a further action, so Aamon did.
The moon glow shine out of all black clouds around it, the moon shine so beautifully more bright than the streetlights on the park.
Once again the two adams descendant eyes meet each other, their gazed lock perfectly as Aamon went closer and Xavier doesn’t even hesitate to lean in as their lips meet.
It was a soft kiss, they just pressed their lips together without any lust but it won’t last long as Aamon began to suck the others lower lips and pulling him to his lap.
The other immedietly wrapping his slender arm around the taller neck without breaking their sloppy kiss, Aamon tongue playfully licking every inch of his friend mouth before finally fighting for dominance and he wins as the other whine in disagreement.
Aamon’s hand find it’s way to his friend waist while slowly stroking his waist, a desperate moan escape from Xavier lips but Aamon won’t let go their kiss eventhough his chest is being hit several times.
Knows he’s also out of breath Aamon finally break their kiss as the string of saliva drip from their lips and the pretty boy on his lap immedietly catching a deep breath before starts complaining.
“You.. nearly killed me again!” Xavier said while still trying to calming his heartbeat race.
“But you like it.” The other face once again blush and a chuckle that made Aamon laughs, his hand pulling Xavier waist closer again closing the gap between their body.
Realize that there we’re no more space between them, Xavier put his hand on Aamon chest and staring madly at him as his hand tried to push Aamon away.
“Aamon, stop staring at me like that” Another laugh escape from Aamon’s lips making the boy in front of him pouting his lips.
“I’ve been doing this to you for almost ten years and now you started to feel shy?” Xavier shift his head not wanting to make any eye contact which made Aamon scream in his heart watching his soon to be boyfriend action that made his heart beat screwed on how cute he was.
“Stop making me embarrassed you piece of shit!”
“Woah language pretty, I know you’re in Art Major no need to be so harsh on me.” Aamon laugh cuts off as their lips crashed again into another hot kiss.
“Wild eh?” said Aamon as their kiss break again
“Never thought you can be such a good kisser.” Aamon smiled for the compliment he got and it boost his ego high up.
“I’m also a good singer, wanna let me teach you?”
“Teach me what?” Asked Xavier curiously as Aamon start to grin in excitement.
“On how to moan my name in perfect pitch”
