In my opinion this team is very much like a family.
Hetty is the mom
Callen, Nell and Nate are siblings.
Sam and Kensi have known them so long that they're basically siblings.
Deeks and Eric are old friends who turned into love interests.
Granger is Hetty's brother, making him an uncle to the rest of the crew.
