Powerful Bloodlines

Summary:

Bonnie is tired of being used and forgotten until another big bad comes around and they need her again. She's tired, lonely and sick of being the sacrificial lamb. It's about time she comes into her own power and stop pretending she isn't from the most powerful bloodline of witches on Earth. Of course, she'll need a little help and she'll get it from the unlikeliest of places. Then again, power always attracts power.

Notes:

So, in order to understand what’s going on in this fic, I made a list of the few changes I've made before this fic starts. Because I’m not about to right about one of the most boring seasons on this show, not to mention, most fanfics I’ve read tend to not get past season one. I want to get to Klaus and the rest of his siblings as quickly as possible. I’m also going to assume that you lot know at least the main gist of the tvd universe. I don’t really know why you would read this semi-rare pair if you didn’t but to each their own.

Sidenote- While researching for this fic, I learned that the timeline of tvd 1) sucks and 2) Bonnie has had only four months since Gram's death (you know the main person that was taken care of her since her mother abandoned her and her father is hardly there) until Klaus shows up. Four months isn’t all that long, especially since she’s been needed for shit all throughout that time. At least Elena had six months to grieve with no supernatural interference, not Bonnie though, because apparently, she doesn’t deserve to grieve properly.

Season 1

Bonnie’s eyes are brown (this will make sense later) and she wears her hair naturally or in protectives styles (if you don’t know what this is its basically hairstyles –that are typically in refence to afro-texture hair- that allow for hair growth and don’t damage the hair as well as tucks the hair away so that it is less manipulated and stressed.)

Bonnie never dated Jeremy, but they have a decent friendship. She doesn’t baby him like Elena does.

Everything else is the same.

First Half of Season 2

Bonnie understands that Caroline had no choice in becoming a vampire. And she’s indirectly responsible for Caroline being in the accident in the first place. She’s still standoffish about Caroline being a vampire, because she’s new at being a vampire not because she’s a vampire in general, but she is less hostile.

Caroline gets her daylight ring earlier.

Bonnie does not have a crush on the random dude that Caroline kills. She doesn’t like that Caroline killed someone but she’s not a bitch about it.
