Work Text:
Jesperi stood at the window panting, his eyes filled with terror. He quickly turned around to find Sebastian laying there. He ran over and caressed his face.
“No, no, no! Sepe!” Jesperi cried. Sepe coughed and blinked.
“Look at me! Look at me, I’m right here. Don’t go, stay with me, Sepe!” Jesperi said as tears started to fill in his eyes. He put Sepe’s hand on his hair and sang the magical flower song, hoping there was still some magic there, but nothing was left. His voice broke as he sung.
“Hey, Jesi,” Sepe said, trying to get Jesperi’s attention.
“What?” Jesperi whispered, tears falling from his eyes.
“You were my new dream,” Sepe whispered, giving him a weak smile. Jesperi chuckled sadly.
“And you were mine.” Jesperi replied.
Sepe softly let out his final exhale. Jesperi looked at him with sad eyes and softly stroked Sepe’s hair. His love was gone. He leaned closer to him and softly sang:
Heal what has been hurt
Change the fate’s design
Save what has been lost
Bring back what once was mine
What once was mine
He rested his forehead on Sepe’s forehead and softly sobbed. His tear dripped onto Sepe’s cheek.
The tear absorbed into Sepe’s skin, and red streaks of light started to form. His wound started to glow bright red, and as the light grew brighter, the Hurricanes logo formed. Jesperi looked at it with amazement. When the light disappeared, he softly touched Sepe’s now healed wound. Sepe coughed and opened his eyes.
“Jesi?” he said. Jesperi gasped.
“Sepe?”
“Did I ever tell you I have a thing for young Finnish boys?” Sepe said, smiling. Jesperi couldn’t believe it!
“Sepe!!” he exclaimed, tackling Sepe into a big bear hug, crying happily that his love was back.
Jesperi looked at Sepe and giggled. Then, Jesperi pulled him in for a kiss. Sepe was surprised at first, but then melted into the kiss.
