Work Text:
Alhaitham was always so busy with work at the Akademiya, being a scribe and all. It was necessary but nowadays, ever since Lesser Lord Kusanali had been rescued and the Grand Sage had been overthrown, he had been even busier than usual.
It made it harder for you to watch him, since he was in the Akademiya building so often that when he did leave, it was too late for you to sneak out and follow him… though, you had been working up the courage to do exactly that - but you were still unsure if you should carry your plan out.
Plus, with how smart he was, there was no doubt Alhaitham definitely knew you had been stalking him, though he hadn’t shown any sign of knowing about your little schemes to watch him closely.
You never did anything, just watched as your face would flush and you would start to feel dizzy - but not in a way that made you feel sick, it actually felt really good and that’s why you kept following him like you did.
But now, with him being caught up with so much work at the Akademiya you were deprived of that feeling - and there was no way you could ask to actually
see
him, you were just a small girl. Asking others was also a big fat
no
, since no one even knew about your feelings in the first place.
You had vaguely asked Miss Nilou for advice on how to approach your dilemma, and she was the one who gave you the idea of watching him in the first place. Though she didn’t actually say that her words did give you the inspiration to start your little trips.
You remembered her words to you, too.
She had said to follow your heart, and that’s exactly what you did - quite literally, in fact. Though it wasn’t to the level of how you idolized Alhaitham, you still admired Nilou for her compassion and her natural ability to give advice to others now matter how busy she was.
Nilou truly was the idol of Sumeru City, though she never let her popularity get to her head. You liked that about her, and you thought of her as the big sister you never had.
Anyways, back to the topic at hand - you needed to find a way into the Akademiya so that you could follow Alhaitham around like you used to. Did you know how you were going to do that? No, absolutely not.
But this was the only way to see him again, so you were determined to make it work. You would probably need help too, but the problem was that you didn’t know who to ask.
Maybe you should ask Nilou about him..? You didn’t want to tell her about your little.. predicament but you’re sure she would definitely do her best to help out, though she didn’t really have the connections to get into the Akademiya.
You thought to yourself. Did you know anyone else who could help..? You were sure you couldn’t ask his roommate - that would be weird - plus, it seemed like they didn’t like each other at all.
Then, you got a bright idea. Maybe you could ask the Traveler?
She seemed to have connections with nearly everyone in Sumeru - you had heard of her accomplishments before so it wasn’t surprising that she was already an important figure in Sumeru.
But… she was kind of intimidating. You didn’t know how to approach her - would she even want to help you? Where would you even find her?
You shook your head. She’d helped so many others so there was no reason that she wouldn’t help you. All you hoped was that you didn’t catch her at a bad time.
Finding the Traveler was going to be difficult, but luckily you had a lead - Katheryne, the receptionist from the Adventurer’s Guild. If you asked her for the Traveler’s whereabouts, surely she’d have an answer for you.
You took a deep breath and turned towards the Adventurer’s Guild. Hopefully, Katheryne would have an answer to the Traveler’s location.
-=-
As you walked, you began to see a very familiar face - you had found the Traveler who was also with her floating companion. She was at the desk, probably collecting her commission rewards or something like that.
She yawned. “ Now that commissions are done.. What do you think we should do next, Paimon? ”
“ Paimon thinks we should eat a yummy meal! Maybe we can ask around to see what the best local specialties are, hehe~ ”
Now was your chance! You walked up to the blonde outlander, tapping her dress. You were nervous approaching her, but you knew that you had to do this.
She turned around, seeing you. “ Ah.. Hello there, are you alright? Are you lost? ”
You shook your head. “ Uh-uh.. I need help with something.. ” You stared down at the floor, getting more nervous by the second. What if she refused?
She knelt down. “ What’s the matter? I can help you, but you have to tell me what it is you need help with. ”
“ W–Well I… If it’s possible.. D-Do you think you could get me inside the Akademiya? It’s important.. ”
The Traveler tilted her head. A young girl like you, wanting to go to the Akademiya building? It wasn’t unheard of, but it was still strange to her.Though it’s not like she didn’t have her fair share of strange places she went to, so she couldn’t judge you too much.
“ Really? What for? Did you want to go to the library there? ”
Shaking your head, you responded. “ No.. I’m.. I’m looking for someone. ” You didn’t want to say any more than that, because if you were asked to elaborate you would get very embarrassed.
Paimon butted into the conversation. “ Well, Lumine is very good at finding people so you definitely came to the right person! And Paimon is her trusty assistant! ”
Lumine nodded proudly. “ Mhm. Now, who is it that you’re looking for? ”
Oh no. She asked the question .
You froze, what would you say to her? You couldn’t say you were looking for Alhaitham, because then you’d have to explain why you were looking for him anyways. You hurriedly looked away, your face feeling hot.
“ Huh. Paimon guesses she doesn’t want to share whoever it is.. Weird, but we can still help, right, Lumine? ”
“ Yeah, sure, I’ll take you to the Akademiya. Just don’t wander off, okay? ”
You nodded and thanked the Dendro Archon that she didn’t press the question - well, Paimon did ask one more time, but Lumine quickly shut her down. You held Lumine’s hand tightly so you wouldn’t get lost - today the Akademiya was even more crowded than it usually was.
There were so many scholars milling around that you were scared you would be drowned in a sea full of people. Fortunately for you, Lumine held onto your hand so you two wouldn’t get separated.
You did manage to make it to the entrance, but it proved to be even more crowded than the outside. It was normal for scholars to be passing through, but this amount was definitely strange.
Luckily, Paimon shared your concern “ Wow.. this place is packed! It’s probably going to be really hard to find whoever you’re looking for… Paimon hopes that it clears up soon. ” She looked genuinely worried.
Just after Paimon had said that though, someone seemed to be yelling above everyone else’s voices - not to make some sort of inspirational speech or whatever, but like he was scolding someone.
You motioned for Lumine to see who was yelling so loudly, and she told Paimon to go see who it was due to the fairy’s innate ability to fly. “ Hey, that’s the guy who was arguing with Alhaitham before! Probably something else about their house.. ”
Your ears perked up. Alhaitham? Was he actually here? This was more of a backup plan, but you were excited thinking that your guess was correct.
Paimon started talking again. “ Yup, Alhaitham’s with him too… Paimon wonders what the heck happened at the Akademiya to make it so crowded here. If Paimon couldn’t fly, she’d be super claustrophobic. ”
So, it was confirmed. He was there, and before you could stop yourself, you bolted off towards the direction of the yelling, ignoring Paimon’s surprise while Lumine shook her head.
“ Hey - Wait for Paimon! Why are you running off like that?!? ”
-=-
You didn’t know how long you had been running for, weaving through the many scholars in the building. You could hear the arguing louder now, so you knew you were getting close to where Alhaitham was.
“ Why are you always like this? You took the key, and I had to go get someone to personally unlock the door to OUR place. Would it kill you to think of someone else for once? ”
“ I don’t really get why you make so much of a fuss over the smallest things, it’s like my mere existence sends you into a flying fit of rage. How strange. ”
The other man huffed. “ Well, maybe I wouldn’t be so mad if you weren’t such a stick. ”
Wow… Alhaitham was as calm as ever. Even in the face of Kaveh’s anger, he was still his same old self.
He was so cool, you thought. Your face flushed a bit while you stared at him - see, this is what you wanted. You wanted to admire him as much as you could.
You were so caught up in looking at him, that you didn’t realize his roommate had seen you staring.
He stopped talking, and looked at you; but your stare stayed fixed on Alhaitham.
Before he could do anything though, Paimon and Lumine showed up in a hurry. They both looked worried, and Lumine knelt down in front of you while Paimon babbled about you leaving them without saying anything.
“ Hey!! Why’d you run off like that, this place is swamped with people. You could have gotten super lost! ” She kicked the air. “ Paimon doesn’t now you very well, but Paimon was
worried about you.. ”
Lumine sighed. She knew kids liked to run off - after all, she was in charge of Paimon a lot of the time and she had babysat kids in Inazuma a fair share of times though she was still puzzled about you running off - until she noticed that you had been looking at Alhaitham and his roommate, who were now walking towards the three of you.
Alhaitham, like usual, broke the silence.
“ What’s going on here, Traveler? ” He had his arms crossed and you shivered a bit. He was so much more intimidating up close… not that you minded.
Lumine put her hands on her hips. “ We found this little girl while I was collecting my commission rewards, ” She pointed at you. “ She asked if we could take her to the Akademiya, which as you can see, we complied with. ”
Alhaitham nodded. “ Did you ask her why? ”
“ I tried, but she wouldn’t answer me. She just looked away so I thought it was better not to pry. ”
You couldn’t bring yourself to look up. You could just tell he was looking at you and the more you thought about it, the more embarrassed you felt. It felt like he could read your mind and you weren’t entirely sure how you felt about that idea.
“ I see. ” He looked to be deep in thought. “ Then I’ll take her with me, to get her off your hands, Lumine. ”
You blinked. Did you … hear him right? You’d be going with him? That made you really happy to hear, but you felt like it was too good to be true.
Everyone else was shocked too, just staring at him like he’d opened some sort of vortex right in front of them.
“ Hey, hey wait just a second!! Why do you get to have her for yourself? You barely pay attention to anything that doesn’t interest you. ” Kaveh complained. “ I’d be way better to her, too. ” he muttered under his breath.
“ Simple. Lumine is too busy to care for her, so I will do so until I can find her family. Is that not logical enough? ”
Lumine snorted, but let him continue.
“ It’s not logical at all! ” Kaveh crossed his arms. “ Tch, you’re definitely up to something. ”
He was ignored, but Lumine swiftly continued the conversation. “ So, Alhaitham, you’ll take care of her until I find her family? “ Paimon looked unsure of that notion, but she was too nervous to actually speak against considering what had happened the previous times she had spoken against Alhaitham.
You, on the other hand, were too flustered to speak. He was going to take care of you ? You felt yourself getting hotter by the second. You were so nervous, you could barely move and you felt like your legs were made of jelly.
Unfortunately for you, the other four noticed your current predicament. Paimon was the first to speak.
“ Waaah, are you okay? You don’t look too good.. ” She held her hands up anxiously. “ Paimon’s worried.. ”
Alhaitham knelt down in front of you. “ Are you unwell? You look like you might have a fever. ” He touched your forehead and you felt every part of your body was on fire. Was this for real?
You managed to shake your head no, but he just looked at you. “ No fever, but she should get some rest. I’ll take her to my place so she can sleep. ”
Kaveh huffed. “ It’s my place too! Don’t invite random people to our house without asking me! ”
“ Weren’t you just muttering about how you wanted her ‘ to yourself ’ just a minute ago? ”
“ ….No, you must have misheard. ” The architect said unconvincingly. “ I’m not you, after all. ”
The scribe turned back to you and lifted you up. Your heart was pounding in your chest, he felt so warm and comforting! This was everything you’d dreamed of and more - you still couldn’t believe it was actually happening.
“ And speaking of, don’t you have another architecture project? You should probably get to doing that if you don’t want to be late. ” the scribe said matter-of-factly.
“ Tch- You..! ” Kaveh’s eyes twitched, then ran off to what presumably was whatever his appointment was.
Lumine stretched. “ Well, Paimon and I are going to be busy farming some Domains. If you need anything, just yell out to me. ”
And with that, the Traveler and Paimon were gone too. It was just you and Alhaitham now, and that thought made you happier that it should’ve. He silently held you as he walked to his own place.
-=-
Alhaitham’s place was pretty normal, a standard two-bedroom house for him and Kaveh, presumably. Once he got the door open, he set you down on the floor. You took a moment to look at the different rooms while he just stood behind you.
He cleared his throat. “ So, since you’re staying here until I find your family, I’d like something in return. It’s only fair. ”
You looked up at him. What could he possibly want from you? Though it’s not like this was unexpected, he was so amazing that you couldn’t believe he decided to take you in for the time being. There was no doubt there would be a catch, naturally.
“ Uhm.. Okay, what do you need? ”
Alhaitham went to sit down on a wooden chair - probably Kaveh’s work, if you thought about it. You walked over to him.
“ Right, then take your panties off. ”
Your.. what? Did you hear him right? Was this happening? You had read about stuff like this in books before when you had snuck off to the library, but you hadn’t understood most of what you saw.
Even still, you did as told. You were even more nervous now.
He picked you up and hoisted you onto his lap. You felt so small next to him, it was almost laughable. His fingers slowly slipped into your little pussy, and you could feel yourself squeezing his fingers already.
What was this feeling..? You were confused, but it was Alhaitham doing it so it was okay! And it felt really nice too, so you weren’t upset at all.
It was all so new to you, but you were going to be fine - you were sure of it. Because he was with you, and that’s all that mattered.
Before you knew it, there was a heat building in what felt like your tummy and you felt weirder than you did before.
“ Haah.. ‘m… So.. ”
You were barely able to get coherent words out, and he was just using his fingers… intriguing. He didn’t regret this at all, and his cock was already hard thinking about taking you.
It was funny, really. The more he fingered you, the more you came undone. You were so, so cute and he couldn’t be happier that he had swiped you up now. He knew that someone had been following him, though he never sensed any malicious presence so he never took action against it.
He would’ve never thought that it was you who had been following him. He didn’t know why yet, but he would find out sooner or later.
“ A-alhaitham… It feels shoo weird- ”
He chucked. You were probably about to cum already, though he wasn’t surprised. You were just a helpless little girl after all.
Almost as if on cue, you came onto his fingers. Your face was hot with lust, as he took his fingers out and put them in your mouth so you would suck on his fingers while his other hand groped yout flat tits.
-=-
It had been about an hour since then, and Alhaitham had wasted no time in getting his dick inside you. After all, that was his original objective with taking you home and he would see it through no matter what.
You were so full, and your brain was turning to mush from all the teasing he was doing to you. If you looked closely, you could see an imprint on your stomach of his cock.
“ You’re a good slut, aren’t you… ” He whispered into your ear. “ You’re taking me so well, it’s a good thing that I have you now. ”
You didn’t really comprehend his words. Your mind was in a completely different place and you just kept moaning sluttily from whatever he did, your head completely blank. There was no way you were coming out of this sane.
Alhaitham didn’t seem to mind that, though.
“ You don’t need to talk, ” He continued to grope you. “ All you need to do is let me use your body. ”
You murmured incoherently.
This was all too much for you, you thought as you came again on his dick.
“ You came again? It’s a good thing that I have something for you, too.. ” He held onto your waist as he suddenly came inside your pretty pussy, making sure that nothing came out. He’d breed you for as long as he could manage, he thought to himself
However, Alhaitham’s thoughts were disrupted by the door opening to Kaveh looking at the two of you with an astonished look on his face.
“ What the hell are you two doing? I thought she was supposed to rest! ”
