A Farewell to Dream World.
Omori OST - 003 -Neighbor Room.
It has been....weeks? Months? Years? Maybe but Sunny had gone through alot of therapy and throughout time he has been making a great effort at recovering.
However sometimes he would always relapse back to his Hikokomori-Self as the Dream World was too much of a temptation but it was great, Kel would always be there to wake him up and his friends would always force him back.
Today is a different day...after doing so well and absolutely being at peak...it was the time for his Beloved Dream World to go.
So many adventures he went through and while it contained...some Horror he always felt so happy in the Dream World
It was so Peaceful and it was always a look back at the Old times, it was so wonderful and sometimes he just wished he could live in this extraordinary World he lived in instead of the Ordinary World he lived in.
But today is the day.
He will let go of the One thing that had loved the most.
As Sunny got into Neighbor's room, it was the Usual...Aubrey greeting Omori, Kel complaining and Hero being the mature one. He couldn't help but smile and yet feel sad with himself knowing that this was gonna be the last time that his dreams, his mind was ever gonna be like this.
"Hey Omori! Let's go! Let's go out...Just the two of us." Aubrey smiled. "Ewww... That's so gross!" Kel responded as the two went on the usual.
After awhile, Mari and Basil stepped in and went down the ladder to which the three greeted them as they were done doing their normal shenanigans, Mari looked at Sunny and then at her friends. "Oh! Let's go check how Omori is doing!" Mari said as everybody went around Sunny. "Hey! Omori! What's wrong?" Aubrey asked.
"Yeah Omori! What's wrong?" Kel asked as everybody had looked worried at him and as Sunny stopped looking down he looked at them one by one and then at Mari. "I have... Something to tell you."
"I am...going away."
Was all Sunny said as he first looked at Aubrey. "Huh??? Why? Why would you go away Omori? You can take me with you right?" Aubrey said as Sunny smiled and looked at Aubrey. "It's fine Aubrey...but i have to go away...ill miss you." Sunny said with tears on his face as he then looked at Kel. "Omori....You'll miss me too right?"
"Yeah! You'll miss us! Right?" Hero responded as Sunny nodded starting to tear up...Oh he'll miss this World so much. "Yeah ill...miss all of you....all of you have a special place in my heart and i won't forget that."
"That's...so kind of you Omori." Hero said as what Sunny had said had touched all of their hearts. "Where are you going Omori?" Basil said as Sunny looked at Basil. "Oh...Somewhere...Somewhere better." Sunny said as Aubrey decided to hug Sunny. "We'll Miss you Omori!" Kel,Basil and Hero joined in the hugging as Sunny hugged back. "Yeah we'll miss you Omori!"
"That is so sweet of you Omori...i'm sure we'll all miss you...and if you ever need anything...just know we'll always be here to support you." Mari said cheerful as she joined in the Group hug...the Tears were coming out as Sunny continued to feel comfortable. "Cmon everybody! Why don't we take one last photo? Before Omori goes away." Basil says. "Sure thing!" Mari said as everybody let go and everybody got in their place. "Cmon! Let's take one last photo!" Mari said.
"Let's go! Cmon Omori!" Aubrey said as she pulled Sunny in and Basil put the Camera on a stand and set a timer on. "Cmon everybody! It's coming in! Three....two...." Everybody looked their best. "And go!" The Camera took a photo and as Basil went to retrieve the Photo and brought it to them, Sunny could tell that the Photo was a Dream World version of the first ever Post Truth Photo Basil took after everybody rekindled their friendships together.
"Haha! That looked fun!" Basil said with a smile
"Yeah Omori...we'll miss you." Hero said as all of them looked at Sunny who was tearing up alot.
"Ill miss you Alot Omori...You always made me smile when you and i played!" Kel said
"Ill always love you Omori...you were my sunshine and each time you showed up you brightened my day" Aubrey said.
"Omori....you were my best friend in the world and the one i could always rely on....ill miss you forever Omori...and ill always be here for you...even if i'm not here." Basil said.
"Yeah! And i always love the fact you almost never spoke at all Omori!" Mari said as Sunny chuckled.
Everybody started laughing as everything around them started to turn dust and with them moving further as Mari then held Sunny's hands as Sunny looked up to her with tears on his eyes. "Sunny...i am so glad that you have recovered.....from all of this."
"I am so proud of you." Mari gave him a smile. "Continue living for me okay? And go have fun in the real world." Mari then let go and went to them.
"Goodbye Omori!" They said as his dream friends waved goodbye with Sunny waving back and his Dream World has finally turned to dust.
The White Space had grew larger and it was as comfortable as ever. The White Space would always be there..it was there before and it would be here now, sure it was comfortable for him and it was always a way for him to get
But he will never forget the Perfect Dream World he had created.
