Hi this is the prologue before the main Fic
Cassian Pov
"Crow do we really have to do this?". She stares blankly at me. "Boss you are getting married and your really asking me if we have to do makeup!? Of course!"
I sigh. Why did I bother having a wedding. "I know but do we have to do this. I mean it's not like it's legal or anything"
She stops with the eyeliner and stares. "Boss we are villains. We can get illegally married to the same gender if we want to and it's still very valid."
She steps away and points to a dusty mirror in the corner. "Look at yourself boss".
I get up from the chair and I walk to the corner and I'm surprised. While I'm still in my Villain form with only Driver,Crow,and Red-eye knowing my Civilian identity I'm surprised at what she was able to do.
My natural eyeliner look sharper and and bit of blush makes my pale cheeks more lively. I see the lip gloss on my lips that makes my lips a bit plumper.
I blush at myself never expecting myself to look this way.
Crow giggles. "So how is it Boss? Great right?"
I clear my throat looking away from the mirror. "It looks great crow thanks."
She smiles wider than usual. "I know boss I didn't do much to your eyes since they are already naturally beautiful".
I don't reply and just walk away from the mirror with one last glance. "So I got to change right?"
She nods and takes a outfit out of the closet. "This is your outfit for your wedding. It took forever to get it with out Driver seeing it because he's a sneaky bitch and away from pyskers eyes."
I blush a bit because the suit is beautiful. It's a dark blue shirt with black pants but at the end of it starting from the bottom of the shirt there's a small flowy end. The end is dark blue. The entire outfit is edged in gold .
It's the best thing to get married in.
"It's great huh. I think your gonna look amazing. This outfit is perfect for the first Villain wedding ever." She says smugly.
I whisper not wanting to stroke her ego. "It's beautiful"
She somehow had very good hearing but she smiles and lets me go get changed.
The outfit is very soft. To fancy to wear for most events but perfect for a wedding.
I smile at myself very softly at the mirror when I see myself.
There's a knock at the door and the familiar voice of Red Eye comes out. "Boss, Crow it's time "
She squeals and grabs my hand "Come on Cassian time to get married."
I always wondered when crow got over her crush over Driver but when I asked she laughed and told me something surprising. "Well Cassian I found out recently..... Im a lesbian. And crow would have never liked me. He's gay".
It's all thanks to her telling me he's gay that convinced me to go ask him out. 1 year later and here we are.
As we walk to the aisle together and I stare down to my fingerless gloves where my very obvious wedding ring is.
He proposed to me 3 months ago. It wasn't fancy but it was nice and causal.
We were in his workshop just hanging around while Driver was making something new. "what are you making Driver and please make it not a weapon of mass destruction"
He laughs but brings out something small. "Nope boss this is a new prototype of a help item".
I get off the couch and go up to him. "What is it?" He smiles and blushes a little. "This is it". He brings out some rings and there's two.
I blush. "This is a help ring. Move it a certain way and it will immediately connect to the other person that has the other pair."
I nod. And go to sit down before I'm stopped by driver. "Hey boss can I ask you something?"
"Sure go ahead"
He clears his throat clearly nervous. "Well how would you feel about being one of the owners of this ring connected to mine. For.... You know forever?"
It takes me a second but I turn red but quickly calm my face. I grab the ring with out saying anything and put it on my ring finger.
He smiles widely and gets up and kisses me.
I make it to the aisle and music starts playing.
I walk down the aisle and see Uchan the only person not a villain. I don't look up at all refusing to see driver's outfit until I make it to the end.
Thankfully Moro's has decided to leave me alone rathering to go stay in the apartment.
I make it to the end and my face turns red. Driver is Hot.
He's wearing his signature goggles and all but his hair has become a braid instead and his usual outfit is the same style as usual with the jacket but with my colors.
Dark Blue with Black and Gold. He smiles at me and whispers. "You look beautiful Cassian."
I blush "you too driver". We smile and turn to Ground Dog the speaker for the wedding.
He says his stuff whatever it is I never payed attention until it was time for the Vows.
Driver goes first.
"You know Cassian when I first met you we fought because you thought I was a killer. Later I made you the boss due to the fact I didn't want to be one and I recognized your strength. But then I met you the true you and I feel in love. I know us Villains don't fall in love due to the desire to cause destruction but whenever I'm around you I feel calm. Relaxed. I love you and I'm glad to be with you."
I tear up before Grounddog speaks again "Now you Cassian"
"You know I hated you when I first met you I had such a bad impression of villains I just wanted to rid the world of villains. I realized that not all psykers are good and not all villains are bad. You were the first truly welcoming villains and broke the stereotype for me. Honestly I love you"
He smiles back with a faint blush and grounddog speaks. "Now let's put the rings on"
The rings are a quick affair with both of us wanting to get out of here as fast as possible.
"Now i pronounce you Villain Husband and Husband you may kiss-"
He doesn't get to finish because driver immediately grabs me on my lower back and kisses me .
The crowd cheers but I ignore it just paying attention to the feeling of his lips
