Pansy Parkinson had always been a bit of a snob. As a proud Slytherin, she looked down on those who didn't meet her high standards and no one seemed to fail her expectations more than the Hufflepuff - Y/N, themselves.
To Pansy, the Hufflepuff student Y/N was nothing more than a lowly boring Hufflepuff. They were always working hard and following the rules, never causing any trouble or stirring up any drama. They were the perfect epitome of almost everything Pansy despised.
Surprisingly as the years went by, Pansy started to notice something different about the Hufflepuff student - Y/N. Generally as a Hufflepuff student, Y/N was known for their loyalty, hard work, kindness and fairness. But despite their kind and compassionate nature, it seemed as though they couldn't help but possess some traits that seemed more fitting for a Slytherin.
They were cunning and ambitious, always eager to climb the social ladder and make a name for themselves. And while they were mostly kind to most people around them, there seemed to have been something hidden behind that.
While Y/N seemed to have been the ideal person almost everyone wanted in their life, Pansy was no fool. She saw how the Hufflepuff were sly and manipulative, always scheming and plotting to get what they wanted if no one was planning on giving it to them.
Pansy couldn't help but be intrigued to them. She found herself drawn to their sly wit and clever mind - Pansy wanted to know more of them.
So, Pansy decided to gather all of herself to one day confront them.
