Chan has known for a long time that Felix is a sweetheart.
The little omega is a cute little ball of fluff, whom he has seen grow up into beautiful and gorgeous omega, his best friend, whom he wants to claim so bad, to whom his alpha wants to claim so bad, but he knows he has to be patient, Felix just got into the college, Chan is 2 years senior to him, he has taken the responsibility of him, to take care of him while he is studying here.
He thought it will be easy as Felix is sweet and polite and lovely to everyone so it was easy for everyone to like him, he is sunshine personified, and he is damn sure that if you don't like Felix that means you don't like happiness. That's the rule. And as Felix is damn smart in academics he wasn't worried about that too cuz if something has to happen to Felix he doesn't know how he and his wolf gonna react. They are damn protective of their omega so if something has to happen to Felix, he will surely tear the world apart.
Maybe Felix knows about his feelings with reciprocation to it but there's a silent agreement between them for taking time to stable themselves first before getting together. They need time to confess to each other and to reveal it to the world.
But right now, he doesn't know if he gives two fucks about taking time or not cuz there's his omega, running towards him, eyes red and swollen from crying, still sobbing, legs wobbly. His wolf howled in anger, his eyes flashing between red and his normal hazelnut.
He and his friends were sitting in the cafeteria when the door was banged open revealing Felix in a disheveled state, as he stood up Felix came straight to him and crashed into his chest, clutching to his shirt while sobbing. His heart was getting pierced by each sob of his omega, hands going around his omega to hide him in his chest. The only thing heard from the boy was a broken 'channie'.
Chan's scent was getting stronger and before he does something stupid, he has to know what happened first.
He pried omega out of his chest, Felix's eyes were fixed on his chest, and he tilted his head with two fingers under his chin so he can look at him, the tears were pouring nonstop, he brushed the tears away with his other hand, both his hands were shaking with anger but he calmed himself for Felix, his bitter scent won't help Felix's condition otherwise. "Who did this to you baby.?"
His voice was thick with a barely concealed growl, omega hiccuped before leaning into his palm "Channie they...they said that I'm dumb, that-t I can't come first in class, that I did something...bad to came on first place, they said I slept around to come first in mid-term" Felix was hiccuping so much in between and started sobbing again as soon as he finished.
He couldn't control the growl that tore out of his throat and the spike in his scent. He watched Felix shudder at that but before he can say anything, the door was open again and a bunch of alphas and betas were scurrying in.
"Oh there you are omega, I thought You will run to a principal or something but here you are, what? are you complaining about us to your friends now? Pathetic." Chan is sure that these 'kids' don't know who he is or they are just dumb enough to ignore the comments going on between students present there and the spike in his scent.
"Don't they know who Chan is?"
"Why are freshmen so dumb?"
"Don't they know not to touch Chan's close ones?"
"Damn they are gonna face the true alpha, RIP."
Heck yeah, He is a True Alpha extremely rare but common in his family, his family has been all alphas or alphas with true omega. Mostly all students know but as it's not in his nature to flaunt his rarity so people tend to push that in the back of their minds but today everyone is going to witness the wrath of the True Alpha.
He calmed his scent down so those kids will come near him and they did. He pushed Felix behind him, and he saw Minho behind Felix, his hands on Felix's back to support him, his eyes were blown wide as well, yeah how can he forget that Felix is the baby of their pack, they will tear those freshmen in a flick of his permission but this is his thing to deal with, once for all, he hinted him to calm down and Minho understood at once.
He faced them again and arched his brow "so you said that Felix doesn't deserve the first place and slept his way up?" He saw one of them scoffing at that.
"I did sunbaenim" his voice was mocking. "why wouldn't I? That's true." Chan was barely holding himself back.
"Don't you know that he came first in the entrance exam and you accusing him of cheating in a mid-term is just absurd."
They looked shocked for a second and scoffed again "that doesn't change the fact that he slept around, no wonder he kept being sweet to everyone, fucking two-faced."
Chan growled, "watch what you say about him." he can tell that others were intimidated but were concealing for not to lose face which he was sure he'll break if they won't shut up.
"And who are you to tell me this? What is he to you anyways? Does he sleep with you as well?" Chan lost it and growled in his alpha voice "He is my Mate" he heard a whine of his name behind him which he was sure came from Felix, and others in front of him shudder.
"𝐾𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑙 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑆𝑢𝑏𝑚𝑖𝑡"
He again used his alpha voice with his thick true alpha pheromones which were enough to make even alphas submit to him. Within a few seconds, all the alphas and betas were kneeling in front of him, eyes wide and neck bare. He also heard some plates getting knocked off and commotion but ignored it and looked straight ahead with his eyes flashing red. That was the moment they realized that the alpha in front of them wasn't any regular alpha, it was a true alpha and they are dead now.
Chan bent down and grabbed the alpha's chin, the one who was talking shit about his mate, "I don't know if you are brave or just stupid to hurt my mate but what I know is I'm very good at controlling my alpha but not when it includes my mate. So if you want me to not do anything to you right now then apologies to my mate or no one will see you in the future, not even your parents."
Chan made sure to suffocate him with his thick pheromones and leave marks on his chin. True alpha's pheromones can be fatal to anyone if they want them to be. So he made sure that the others know that he can literally kill them without laying a finger.
He stood up and turned around, his eyes softening, he extended his hand to bring Felix with him.
"Channie, please they don't have to, I just want to go home please" Felix clutched his shirt as Chan's hands wrapped around him. Chan tucked stray strands behind his ear and said, "They have to so they know not to mess with my mate." Felix whined at the 'mate' and buried his face into his chest. "Channie not now please."
Chan removed him from his chest and made him look up, "no baby, this is the time I let everyone know who you're to me, my mate so if they love their life they should not hurt the love of my life."
Before Felix can say anything Chan turned to look at the freshmen, still kneeling with heads down, scared for their life, "apologies if you want to go out alive, NOW" they had no choice after the alpha growl!
"We are sorry Luna." they said in unison.
The title came out as a surprise to even Chan but he was pleased with it.
"It's o-okies, please stand up" Chan didn't like how easily Felix forgave them but he didn't say anything, cuz he knew it was Felix, the sweetheart.
Everyone stood up and bowed deeply in front of them. That alpha stepped forward, Chan's eyes flashed red so he stopped and bowed again, "I'm sorry again, I was blinded by jealousy and rage, I hope everyone can forgive me for that." He said as he eyed Chan but he got no response so he sighed and turned around.
Before he can go out Chan said, "Idk if you're really sorry or not but remember I'm not Felix, so I won't forgive you so easily, so think before you do something to him, and don't you dare to dismiss his hard work like that ever again, you never know how hard someone works for to deserve where they are, work hard if you want first place, don't bully my mate."
Chan then turned around the cafeteria and said again, "It applies to every one of you, don't ever hurt my mate." There was a chorus of "Yes alpha", some nodding their heads, while some of them can't even look up, Chan was pleased with the response.
With that he turned towards his pack, Minho was smirking at him, he knew what was coming. "So mate huh?" but before he can say anything, there was a chorus of 'finally' 'congratulations' from their table. He sighed and looked at Felix who was blushing.
"Lixie, baby, I'm sorry, this wasn't how I wanted to confess."
Felix shook his head, "No hyungie, I'm happy you did." Felix tiptoed and kissed his cheek.
"My Alpha"
Chan smiled so hard at that, his dimples showing. He kissed Felix's forehead and hugged him again, even with his eyes closed he can feel the smiles on his pack members' faces from the way they were cooing at the couple.
