Ryan shifted uncomfortably under his blanket
He was in pre-heat
fuck
His skin burned and itched with want, slick pooled around his thighs.
He messily made a nest not expecting his heat so soon.
His pre-heat was coming to an end and he would soon lose his ability to make coherent thoughts.
His bedroom reeked of omega pheromones, unbearably sweet to any beta or omega, but cripplingly alluring to an alpha.
Ryan went through a mental list of alphas who could help him and drew a blank, he didn’t take notice of alphas due to his heat suppressants which made his nose almost blind to pheromones.
Ryan whined as the room grew warmer and sweat dotted his forehead.
He was on the verge of tears when he felt his phone buzz, someone was calling him.
Weakly, Ryan lifted his phone to his ear.
“Hello?” he asked shakily, panting from the effort. “hey Ryan-oh shit you don’t sound so great”.
Ryan's heart jumped at the voice, Ken, riddled with concern.
“I’m fine-“ he started but a needy whine escaped him before he could finish his reply.
The voice on the other end of the phone was stunned silent, “Ryan…are you in heat..?” Ken whispered, voice rough at the edges. “I didn’t time my heat I'm so fucked, I forgot to take my suppressants”
Ryan panted at the strain it took on his voice.
Ryan had been on heat suppressants for so long, and after a particularly exhausting week, he had forgotten to take them entirely.
Coming off of long term heat suppressants make the next heat an omega has stronger than normal, making up for the lost time.
“Ryan im coming over, stay there.” There was a tone of finality in Ken's voice, as well as something Ryan couldn’t identify.
“wait don’t, the pheromones are gonna be too much for a beta,” Ryan said hurriedly, panicking slightly.
“…Ryan, do you think I'm a beta?” Ken answered slowly, lowering his voice.
“well yeah my…” Ryan's heart dropped. His suppressants stopped him from noticing Ken's alpha pheromones.
“fuck” Ryan whispered, the realization hitting him quickly. “Ken don’t come over here, seriously it’s-“ he was cut off by a desperate whine escaping him, his instincts overriding his rational thoughts. He needed an alpha and needed one now.
“I’m coming over, don’t try to stop me” with that Ken ended the call.
Ryan shuddered with want, more slick leaking from him, preparing him for an alpha to enter him. he was losing it, his heat had officially started.
Shaking with need, Ryan attempted to get up so he could barricade the door, but his attempt was futile. He was so warm and his groin throbbed with lack of friction. His whole body pulsed and his head swam.
All his senses were heightened, every movement, sound, and smell magnified.
Vaguely he heard a door open, Ryan's eyes widened.
He’s here.
Ryan frantically covered himself in his covers, given he was entirely bare of clothing.
His body had found out there was an alpha in his presence, he whined to attract the alpha to him. His instincts had entirely taken over.
The bedroom door opened and the wall of pheromones shocked Ken, his vision swam as his legs almost gave out.
Kens shifted his eyes to the bed in the center of the room. Multiple blankets were thrown astray around it, he locked his eyes on the panting figure in the middle of the bed.
Ken's pupils dilated as he hungrily gazed upon the timid omega. he approached Ryan quickly crawling up to him, eager to touch him.
Ryan backed up into the headboard of the bed as he battled his desire, the scent of the alpha before him made his groin thicken and slick pour out him as his eyes rolled back.
Ryan's breaths grew ragged and wild as he wrapped his arms around Ken, clutching at any fabric he could find, yanking hard in attempt to feel his warm skin.
Ryan tore off Ken's thin, sweat-soaked shirt, ripping the fabric, desperately wanting to be claimed by his hands. their shirtless chests rubbed against each other, exchanging scents and sweat.
Ken yanked his sweat pants and boxers off in one smooth motion, dick springing free, swollen by the omega beneath him.
Their hips rolled as they rutted against each other, Ken's vision growing red around the edges with lust as Ryan cried out. the omega wanted the alpha completely inside of his warm heat, filling him, claiming him.
Ken finally pushed his hard knot inside Ryan's entrance, being enveloped in tight heat like he was made for him.
“you’re so perfect for me, so good” he blabbered praise, worshiping the omegas body. Ryan whined and pushed back on Ken to get him farther inside. “knot me, fill me, please! I want you please please please.” Ryan begged screwing his eyes shut, shivering with pleasure.
Ken stiffened upon hearing the omegas pleads. his growled with satisfaction at his omega begging for him.
all intention of being gentle was thrown from his mind as Ken snapped his hips forward over and over receiving pleasured sobs from under him.
Ken's sturdy grip was crushing on Ryan's hips, surely leaving marks. Ryan whined with lust and pleasure at being marked by his alpha, wearing his bruises as a sign of being a good boy.
The alpha's hips stuttered as he came closer to his climax, pushing deep into Ryan as his knot swelled, locking them in place. Ryan practically screamed at the sensation, coming hard, gripping Ken close as he filled him.
It smelled thick, sweet, and heavy as both boys panted deeply for oxygen, recovering their bodies. Ken's knot slowly lessened over the next few minutes, pulling it out gently.
Ryan locked eyes with the alpha, his pupils blown wide with stimulation. a silent understanding passed between them as they locked lips, tasting each other, taking in the sensation that flowed between them.
