Albus wanted to discuss in private with Gellert. Gellert had to excuse his conversation with Childe.

He went inside the room and took Albus hand. Somehow... Albus bites Gellert's hand while in contractions.
Gellert look at Albus while Albus still biting Gellert’s hand in pain.
Gellert took a breath and said all compliment words in German to Albus. Caressing Albus hair and kiss away the tears that forming on Albus eye lashes.
Gellert stay by Albus side till birth of their twins.

Albus finish his teachings with the Rtawahist students.
He feel bit headache & nausea. Layla saw Albus almost faint & came to help him.
When Layla reach her hand to Albus. Albus suddenly faint. Layla manage to save Albus before he went fall flat on the Akademiya floor.
Layla saw Grand Acting Sage Al-Haytham asking for help to bring Albus to Bimarstan Hospital.
Few hours after Albus faint & Gellert came as soon as possible when Al-Haytham make a call.
Gellert thanks to both Layla & Al-Haytham for taking care of Albus.
Tighnari ask Gellert to make sure Albus didn’t overwork & stress too much since they will be expecting triplets this time. Reason why Albus been feeling tired and strong nausea lately.
Albus woke up and look at Gellert in confusion. Tighnari let them have some time alone to talk & will give prescription for Albus.
Gellert hug Albus in worried. He doesn’t want to lose Albus. Albus smile and hug Gellert back.
Albus kiss Gellert’s eyes, cheek & lips. He said that he will do as Tighnari ask him to do for the sake of triplets.
Albus took Gellert’s hand look into his eyes.

Albus: I already ask Tighnari. He said its fine. We also need to send the twins to Aberforth at Mondstadt since school holiday is around the corner.
