Shouto wasn’t really paying attention to his classmates, as he rarely tuned in to whatever ruckus was going on before homeroom started, but something did catch his attention. Amongst the giggles and laughter coming from the group of students crowded around Kaminari was a quiet, repetitive murmuring.
“No no no no no no no no.”
He shifted his gaze over to the source: Midoriya Izuku, who had his head hidden in his arms, with what little skin on his face showing glowing red.
Huh.
“Is this for real?” Sero asked, his head resting on Denki’s shoulder.
“Of course it is! You weren’t around on Tumblr for the great All Might War Era?”
“Uh, no dude.”
“I was!” Mina threw her hand into the air. “Oh my gosh it was such a great time. I can’t believe you guys don’t know about this.”
“Know about what?” Ururaka said, wandering over to their little cluster.
“The HUGE fandom shit that went down! It was so funny!”
“I think I heard about it, kero,” Tsu unexpectedly contributed to the conversation. “It was that thing between those two big All Might fanfic authors, right? Why is it coming up now, kero?”
“Well,” Denki said with a flourish, satisfied with his captive audience, “a pretty popular PikPok account posted a bunch of videos on the history of what happened and it blew up. And then someone found out that supposedly one of the users involved worked at Might Tower.”
“Holy shit!” Mina exclaimed. “Which one!”
“Apparently it was nightmightorbs!”
“Who was the other dude?” Kirishima asked.
“His username was smallmight634.”
( ‘No no no no no no no no no,’ went unheard spare by one person in the background.)

nightmightorbs: I just found this fic and there are so many things wrong with this portrayal. Not only would All Might never have time for a child, his characterization is completely off. Besides the fact that All Might doesn't have a separate residence outside of his suite atop Might Tower, he spends every waking moment dedicating his life to the citizens of Japan and wouldn't recklessly take in a child without first consulting his sidekick, Sir Nighteye. And don't get me started on your characterization of Sir--although his media presence is limited and what has been shown is an image of a stoic, straightforward man, Sir is a man full of life that appreciates laughter and humor. He is not "a stick in the mud" and All Might would never think let alone SAY something like that about him, and certainly not to a child he just met. You say this is your first work? Well it clearly shows. The writing is amateur and the plot contrived at best. This silly self-insert adoption fantasy is just that: silly and childish. Find something better to do with your time than playing with unrealistic fantasies about a man you obviously don't know the first thing about.
