It had been years since Leon had last seen Ada, years since he had heared her voice, not even in his worst nightmares had the man ever seen such gruesome scene that was unfolding right in front of him.
Simmons and Ada were fighting each other, one with a destroyed face with a monstrous tentacles growing out of his brain and other with a stab on her stomach, blood trailing down her thighs
Leon's breath hitches "that bastard..." he angrily shouts and glares at Simmons.
The mutation that Simmons had been turned into pays no attention to the injured man.
Leon takes a great look at his leg and swears angrily at it, the shard of glass that has been deeply stuck on his leg made the man's vision blurry
He takes a deep breath and gripps the shard tight "here we go..." he mutters and takes the glass out of his foot. The mans breathes worsenes as he stands up.
Leon puts his hand in the pocket and smirks
He gripps the glass tight as he weakly starts to sneak up to Simmons, Leon was furiously bleeding from his foot.
Ada shots him a quick worried glance at Leon indicating that he should leave but Leon was never the one who listened to her.
Instead of leaving he sneaks towards Simmons and stabs him in the back. The creature Screams and angrily turns towards him. It quickly holds Leon by the throat
"Leon!" Ada shouts and shoots the creature. Leon with his last remaining strength puts his hands in his pocket and harshly throws the explosive in the creatures mouth
He let's out a hoarse laugh as Simmons head explodes making him harshly fall on the ground "ouch..."
Leon looks up and sees Ada trying to come towards him but failing miserably. Ada falls as she starts to tremble, Leon weakly runs towards her and holds the woman close
"No... No, please no!" His voice was shaking, one might have thought that it was him who was dying not the other way around "Don't worry Ada... Everything will be alright"
She weakly scoffs at his words and holds her bleeding stomach "we both know that I won't survive this time" she looks down at his foot "I think... You should take care of this" her shaky hands points towards Leons leg
This had been the woman that Leon had been loving for almost two decades, this was the woman he thought about almost every night, of course he would not let everything and this way
Ada was dying because of Simmons "that bastard..." he couldn't help but to grumble angrily
"oh Leon..." She looks at her injury again "give up, I lost too much blood"
Her face was looking pale,a little too pale for the man's liking, he looked down at her scar, it was nasty
"come on..." Leon's voice shatters "we've survived much worse, there's no way this one pathetic injury is gonna kill you"
Ada couldn't helps but to chuckle "I'll repeat again,take care of yourself don't want you ending up like me"
Leon shakes his head" forget about me, I'll bring you to Chris, he'll help us out"
"Chris?" She questions and weakly scoffs "yeah right" Leon stands up with Ada in her hands, he gently kisses her forhead
Even in her deathbed this action makes Ada's heart flutter, her vision starts to become blurry
Ada absentmindedly leans her head on Leon's chest and closes her eyes, last thing she can hear is his voice calling out her name

Her head hurts, her lower body feels numb, Ada groans as she tries to open her eyes "ugh..." She's in the hospital gown "what the..."
Adas memories from previous battle slowly starts to sink in, her eyes become wide, she quickly looks around and notices that she's in the hospital "I survived?"
she looks next to her and notices Leon sleeping on the bed, he seemed knocked out without a care in the world "all this talk about me not surviving..."
Ada smiles, she looks down at her stomach and grimaces. The now previous stab was covered in multiple stitches "that won't leave a nice mark..."
She tries to take a sneek a peak at Leon's leg but of course it was covered in blankets, she scoffs
She gets up and looks for her stuff, it didn't take long which surprises Ada.
Her dress was there, so was her jacket.It was neatly put on a shelf, but she still yet had nothing to celebrate
"where's my blush? " she starts to worry and puts her hand in the jacket pockets.
Ada sighs in relief when she finds the desired item "perfect"
She puts her clothes on and slowly walks up to Leon "so peaceful..." Ada puts her blush down with a small note on the small desk in the middle of their beds.
She wants to leave, she knows that she should but she can't help it.
Ada sits on Leon's bed and gazes at him, almost two decades later her feelings for him never changed, her heart still flutters around him.
As an spy Ada never thought that she would ever fall in love but here she was... Falling in love with a government agent "I'm sorry love..."
Ada knew his feelings towards her, they were mutual. If only and him were normal with normal jobs, maybe just maybe they would be like any other couple with a child on their way
Ada shakes her head "can't get these thoughts being in my way..." She takes a last look at Leon and pecks him "don't forget me" she whispers and stands up. Ada's quick to put her clothes on and leave.
She doesn't notice how a certain man opens his eyes and sighs "I won't..." Leon mutters and covers his eyes with his hand "I won't forget you"
