"Don't forget your homework kids! See you on monday!" Jimin chirped over his "kids" as they leave their room one by one.

Park Jimin, age 20. The youngest in the school's faculty. He handles the only kindergarten class in the school that the principal, Kim Seokjin, says is perfect for his personality. Seokjin claims that Jimin fits perfectly well in the class he's handling, as he can stoop down to the level of thinking of the kids effortlessly.

Being the youngest in the faculty, he’s always the subject of mockery among his colleagues, often imitating how Jimin talks to his students in a non-offensive way. It’s all for laughs, and Jimin is a good sport. His colleagues acknowledge his skills as a teacher, especially for handling kindergartens.

They claim that kids within that age bracket are the hardest to teach, often having difficulties because of their short attention spans, their different personalities and their needs for special attention, unlike older kids who knows they should listen to their teachers otherwise they would be in trouble. Also there is that possibility that there would be an enraged overprotective parent who’d complain because their kid is having trouble in class.

But Jimin had none of that. He disciplines his class effortlessly, often ending with his kids crying because they don’t want to leave Jimin’s side. A small gesture that touches his heart, and brings tears to his eyes because of how attached his kids are to him, and he to his kids.

His class starts at 8 in the morning, and promptly ends at noon. After his teaching job, Jimin attends a small workshop where he is a part time dance instructor which ends at about 6pm at the least.

Jimin is contented with his lifestyle; his jobs provide enough to sustain for himself and a little extra for things he wants. He loves his work, both classes and all. He enjoys spending time with his kids as much as he loves to teach dancing. What more could he ask for?

A jealous boyfriend.

Min Yoongi is two years older than Jimin. They met a year ago during one of the school’s parent-teacher conference. Yoongi’s brother was one of Jimin’s kids at the time, and because his parents were busy on the night of the conference, Yoongi came to represent them.

Jimin, being 19 year old, and fairly new to the addition of the faculty, was nervous around all the parents as he was introduced by Seokjin to be the new teacher who will be handling the class of kindergartens. Some parents looked at him with raised brows, as if doubting if he’s capable enough to handle a class full of kids. Jimin merely smiled at them.

When the school year kicked off, most parents didn’t want to leave their kids alone with Jimin. And so, there they were, standing just outside Jimin’s classroom as they watched how the young teacher goes on with his class.

Terrified the first few minutes, Jimin was careful, often noting himself that the parents of the kids are watching him on how he handles them. Soon after introducing himself, in a way Jimin thought is the best way to win kids, they were already having fun. The parents outside smiling as they see their kids enjoying Jimin’s class.

Yoongi comes to pick up his brother after his work. Jimin mistook Yoongi as his father at first, which the older irritably corrects as I’m his brother with a glare shot at Jimin who responds with wide eyes and flushed cheeks as he bows down a perfect 90 degree angle of apologies to the older. That’s where it all started.

Every afternoon after class, whenever Yoongi would pick up his brother, Jimin would look to see that Yoongi was already staring at him. Amused, Jimin would smirk at the blushing older as he bids goodbye to Yoongi’s brother.

It was Jimin who asked Yoongi out, not long after. Their dates were mostly Jimin talking animatedly, while Yoongi would just nod and listen. There were the eventual brushing of hands, the “both of them abruptly talking at the same time” then either would shy away insisting that No, no, you go first.

But it was Yoongi who kissed Jimin first.

Jimin remembers how soft Yoongi’s lips felt. How it was just like a marshmallow, soft and sweet. Jimin liked the way Yoongi’s hand cupped his cheek as they kissed. Admiring how perfectly his fingers fill in the crevices of Yoongi’s. He loves the way Yoongi held him by the waist, as if wanting him to occupy the same space he’s in. He loves how Yoongi has a faint scent of strawberry around him, and how beautiful his blonde hair is in contrast to Yoongi’s milky white complexion.

Yoongi was perfect. True he was the complete opposite of Jimin. Whereas Jimin was like a sunny day, warm and bright, cheerful and jumpy, bubbly and smiles. Yoongi was the rain, calm and solemn, silent and reserved, a little grumpy, but Jimin loves him. He loved what they are.

What he loves the most about Yoongi? He loves how Yoongi loves him.

The countless times Yoongi would surprise Jimin at the school before his shift ends and it’s his lunch time. Yoongi would see the many admirers Jimin has garnered over the year of being a teacher to both his kindergarten class, and his dance class.

This time around, Yoongi was standing next to the door of Jimin’s class, back leaned against the wooden frame of the door as he eyed the guys and girl swooning over his boyfriend. Jimin wasn’t aware of Yoongi’s presence as he was indulged in teaching his class a song. As the school bell rang, and Jimin bids goodbye to his kids, Yoongi snuck up from behind him, pulling him to his chest as he circled a hand around Jimin’s waist, earning a small squeal from the younger boy.

“What are you doing Yoongi?” Jimin laughed heartily, he leaned back against Yoongi’s chest as he takes in the familiar scent of his boyfriend, linking his fingers to the latter’s which were circled around his waist.

“Marking my territory” Yoongi growled with a pout, kissing Jimin’s forehead. “How was your day sunshine?” he added.

Jimin giggled from under him, “It was fun, as usual, the kids were delightful as always” he let out a sigh of contentment, “What do you mean by “marking your territory?” he laughed as he quoted Yoongi.

Yoongi had glared at the crowd just outside Jimin’s classroom, pointing to them with his eyes to answer to Jimin’s question.

“What did they ever do to you?” Jimin laughed, now facing Yoongi, he pressed a small peck on the older’s lips, not really minding that they had onlookers since Seokjin said It’s fine to have your boyfriend visit Chimchim, just don’t do anything in front of the kids so we don’t have to face a furious parent about indecent behaviour in front of their kids.

“Two weeks” Yoongi grumbled.

Jimin tilted his head, amused at his boyfriend’s behaviour.

“It’s been two weeks, they’ve been showing up everyday” Yoongi frowned.

“Feeling threatened?” Jimin chuckled; he bit his lips to suppress the smile threatening to appear.

“Why should I be threatened?”

“I don’t know you tell me” Jimin giggled, as he wiggled out of Yoongi’s grasp, walking over to clean up the toys and books that they used during his class.

Yoongi groaned, “At least talk to Seokjin about this, I don’t want people looking at you like that” he added

“Looking at me like what?” Jimin said, not looking back to Yoongi as he disassembles a lego castle one of his kids made.

“They look at you as if you’re prey” Yoongi whined, he walked over to Jimin , pulling him up, then wrapping his arms around his waist, his head resting on the younger’s nape. “I’m the only one who can look at you like that” he growled, pressing soft kisses on the younger’s neck, hands travelling all over Jimin’s body.

“Y-Yoongi” Jimin moaned, “P-people...s-still here” he struggled, letting out a soft chuckle as Yoongi stopped. “Are you perhaps jealous?” he stated, an amused smirk painted across his face.

Yoongi frowned, “Min Yoongi never gets jealous”

Jimin bursted out laughing, “If you say so” he smiled at Yoongi, the smile that the older always falls for.

“You don’t believe me?” Yoongi raised an eyebrow.

Jimin picks up the last piece of toy on the floor, tiptoeing to place the stuffed animal on one of the higher shelves. “I see the way you look at my kids Yoongi, they’re kids, you don’t have to be jealous of them” he giggled.

Yoongi’s face was painted with disbelief, “What?! Why would I be jealous of kids?”

Jimin chuckled, kissing Yoongi’s crinkled forehead. “Just so you know, I still love you.....even if you are jealous of little kids.” He trailed off laughing as he enters the small office he has inside the classroom.

Needless to say, he was pinned down and smothered with kisses by his boyfriend who swears to God, whether it was the kids inside his classroom, or the ones oogling over him. Min Yoongi Never Gets Jealous! Why would he? Jimin’s already his.
