Izuku has read enough fanfiction to know where this is going, and how much unnecessary trouble people who are given a “Gamer” system go through, so, not wanting to deal with it, he instantly chooses no.
2 days later, Izuku wakes up to a familiar sight.

Izuku glares at the screen, which has once again appeared. “Seriously?” He asks, annoyed, before selecting no once more.
“This is getting seriously annoying.” Izuku says while looking at a familiar sight.

“For the last time, NO!” Izuku yells, selecting no again.

Izuku’s jaw drops. “Seiously? Since when was that an option!?” He asks incredulously as he wakes up to see the message staring him in the face. “Well, hopefully this is the type where I can completely ignore it and never trigger anything.” Reluctantly, Izuku selects the Y where N used to be.

“Congratulations!” A robotic voice says as Izuku’s vision clears and he finds himself in an empty room made entirely out of an unidentifiable crystal. “You, Izuku Midoriya, have been selected to be the “Player” of “The Best Game Ever”.” The voice continues. “You were selected to be the “Player” of “The Best Game Ever” Approximately One(1) Decade Ago, and it has been waiting to activate until you reached 16 Years Of Age. “The Best Game Ever” is a game that, as you progress in level, allows you to do whatever you desire to do. If you buy the skills/abilities that allow you to do so using SP, a.k.a., Skill Points. In order to start, complete a Tutorial Quest that will be granted to you as soon as you exit the “Player Space”, which you currently occupy.”
“What exactly is this “Player Space”? Izuku asks.
“The “Player Space” is a pocket-dimension separated from the normal flow of time that is available to the “Player” and his “Party Members”. The “Player” may enter the “Player Space” at any time, but his “Party Members” may only enter if the “Player” decides to bring them in with him. When the “Player” and “Party Members” exit the “Player Space” they exit in the same exact Space and Time that they entered it.”
Izuku hums in thought. “Interesting. How exactly do I leave the Player Space?”
“Simply state aloud. “I would like to leave the Player Space.” and you will be returned to reality. In order to return to it, say “I would like to enter the Player Space” via thought.”
Izuku nods. “I would like to leave the Player Space.”
After Izuku returns to reality, a box appears in the bottom left corner of his vision reading:
