Chapter Text
To Mr. Frankenstein,
My dear friend, it has been several months since we received a letter from you, and it is with deep concern that my father, Henry, and I implore you to communicate. Your extended silence has left us in a state of growing unease. Your last letter seemed troubled as if your thoughts were tormented by unsettling visions reminiscent of those distressing days in Geneva when you experimented with the local flora, convincing yourself that you were a deity of dogs. I apologize for bringing up this painful memory, but it serves as a stark reminder of our need for a swift response from you.
Furthermore, I must inform you of our efforts to persuade our father. Henry and I have requested his permission to embark on a journey to your location if we are still waiting to hear from you within the next three months. I implore you, dear brother, not to force our hand. A brief letter would be much preferable to the prospect of your sister and dearest friend arriving, which could only lead to discomfort and distress for all parties involved.
With genuine love and concern,
Elizabeth
