Poppy was standing in the kitchen. She wants to do something special for her boyfriend by baking yummy food!
Although... Branch doesn't exactly like sweets not all of them anyway...
So she can't bake him cupcakes...
An idea popped on her head.
That's it! She can make him a delicious soup for him!
Thrilled with the idea, she took out the ingredients needed for the soup she will make.
It will be her first time making soup. Surely it won't be that hard would it?
Wrong.

They were currently standing by the kitchen door. Looking at the burnt kitchen before them.
Poppy was on her knees, crying, lots of apologies spewing out of her mouth, while hugging Branch's legs.
"I'm sorry, i'm sorry!!! I'm a terrible girlfriend!" Poppy let out a sob.
"Popp-" Branch was cut off with more sob sorry's
"Poppy." Branch tried again. She's still not listening.
"I AM SO SO SORRY!!" she sobbed out once again.
"Poppy." Branch was usually more patient but it's really running thin right about now.
"I AM SO-"
"POPPY!"
Poppy flinched, as she slowly looked at her boyfriend.
"Poppy... look, it's okay... i'll just fix the kitchen it's no problem" Branch reassures her girlfriend. "Now get up, poppifer. If it'll make you feel better, i'll get you icecream."
"B-but i-i ru-runied your ki-kitchen." Poppy stuttered out.
"I know but after we get icecream, we can clean up the kitchen together. Then we can watch a movie as a break. Sounds good?" Branch took her two delicate hands in his, and squeezes them.
"Y-yeah, o-okay..." Poppy removed her right hand from branch, and rubbed her wet eyes.
"Alright. Shall we?" Branch said, as he slowly and gently dragged her towards his hand made elevator.
Poppy smiled at her sweet boyfriend. Sometimes she thinks she doesn't deserve him. But she's glad Branch is hers.
