"Do you believe we would meet someday?"

These were the words he left before the 'online' visibility of his trace disappears for now counting to a week.

You'd definitely think it's not a big deal since everyone just gets on with their life, right? But Leehan certainly doesn't believe so. He gets paranoid and panics, to which in the end, he cries himself to sleep.

This wasn't anyone that just disappeared on him. This was his boyfriend, long distance boyfriend to be exact.

There was no way that Leehan could get to Taesan at all through the week. He has tried every means of his to contact him; phone, text, social media, friends. Nothing, nothing at all.

Having this busy week did in a way helped to keep Leehan busy and out of his mind that his boyfriend had disappeared. To which he has never done before since they're in a long distance relationship, and the basis of that is to regularly communicate and update when possible.

"Hyung.. I really don't know where he went and it's stressing me out so much." Leehan frowns as he sighs, sloppily falling onto the desk as he turns to look at Sungho.

Sungho feels his heart strings tug for this poor boy with such a broken look plastered on his face. He reaches for his head and gently pats it.

"I'm sure he has his reasons. He's probably stranded somewhere and is trying to get a connection to contact you? I hope not somewhere in the middle of the sea though." Sungho attempts to crack a joke but earns a smack from the younger instead.

"Hyung! This is serious! He knows how paranoid I get when I'm not given any updates and someone just went 'poof' disappearing especially when it's my boyfriend!" Leehan emphasises on the last word and sighs out loud.

Guess he'll just have to keep waiting like a poor puppy at home, waiting for their busy owner to come home.

There he was, staring right up at his window and resisting the urge to scream his name out loud at this ungodly hour.

Surprise? Taesan was probably going to give Leehan a heart attack for the entire agonising days of him disappearing on him.

Clearly, Taesan didn't think this through when he planned this visit to meet Leehan. You'd think he device an amazing setup, judging by the days he had 'lost contact' with Leehan.

Taesan had tried his best but he really wasn't sure that upon Leehan seeing him, he would get knocked out with his fist. Just imagining that was enough to bring chills down his spine.

'Screw it.' He thought to himself before he rushes himself to the entrance of Leehan's. Can you believe it was almost 12am and he's about to scare this poor kid?

Nervously gulping and giving his clothes a quick dust before he presses the doorbell with shaking fingertips.

Hmm, nothing. No one was coming to the door. He tries again and to no avail, he stood alone at the door, huffing out a sigh.

Hi... I know you're probably really worried about me for disappearing and it's really late. But if you're awake, can you come to your front door?

Taesan sighs softly as he hit the send button, rubbing his forehead in worry.

Leehan was trying to fall asleep as he stared at the ceiling blankly. He heard a 'ding' from his phone which felt unfamiliar since his phone is mostly on silent. But since Taesan's disappearance, he kept it on non-silent so he could easily be reached.

He never grabbed his phone this fast in his life ever. Squinting his eyes, he stares at the notification bar, the nickname of '🐈⬛' emoji appearing on it. He gasp in shock and the phone falling onto the bed. (Thank god not the floor, he definitely couldn't afford a new phone right now.)

Leehan could swear he would've yelled a thousand curses at his boyfriend right now if he could. Quickly unlocking his phone, he scrambles to open the app where Taesan had texted him. He read the message and tilts his head in confusion.

Yah, Han Taesan! Is this some sort of fucking joke? 🤬🤬🤬

From 🐈⬛ :

No! I swear it isn't! Can you please just come down? I know it's late but.. just come! 🥺🥺🥺

'Ugh those emojis.' Leehan sighs as soon as he saw the pleading eyes emoji and grunts as he got up from his bed. He's really cursing and swearing in his head right now that if it's a prank, he would make a whole long ass revenge plan to make Taesan suffer.

Leehan makes his way down the steps from his room and to the front door. 'I swear to god, Han Taesan.' He mumbles under his breath as he opens the door, not expecting anything for his foggy past 12am brain.

Stood frozen right infront of his entrance was Leehan staring at what seems to be playing tricks on his eyes. Han Taesan??? Thousand cogs in his brain began to spin and work overtime in his brain.

“You… What… How?”

Leehan’s gentle fingertips reaches to Taesan’s face and caresses it as he pulls him into a tight embrace while smacking his chest. This certainly wasn’t what he had in mind of what their first meetup as a long distance couple would be like.

“Uh, babe… As much as I’d love this but I have something planned for you right now and it’d be great if you could go get changed..”

“Han Taesan. You can’t even let me enjoy this moment as our first face to face meeting!” Leehan whines and frowns before pulling away, sighing in defeat.

Leehan leads Taesan into his humble abode and rushes upstairs to get changed. He’s sure that he looks absolutely sloppy and groans before he changes into an appropriate outerwear and grabs a jacket, spritzing a tiny scent of the perfume bottle near his night stand. He wanted to smell good at the very least.

"I'm done, we can go. Also you better have a damn good explanation for this." Leehan hisses under his breath and shrugs as they both step out of the house.

"Hop in, baby boo." Taesan leans against the car and winks.

This damn car was the reason for his disappearance and Taesan could've sworn this plan almost ended in vain. He shook his head to himself in a brief thought of his suffering over the last few days because of it. 

Leehan raises a brow and doesn't question much as of yet before he hops into the passenger seat. "Where are we going?"

"I'm taking you to see the stars, darling." Taesan smirks at Leehan as he drove to a nearby place which he discovered they could stargaze.  

"Oh.." Leehan whispers to himself softly but crosses his arms and frowns at the thought of how the other had disappeared on him. But he had figured that he'll spare the other of his misery since he must've had it hard to prepare and travel alone to an unknown place to meet his long distance boyfriend.

"You can punch me later if you'd like. I'll take the pain in return for this surprise." Taesan shrugs a little at the thought of the younger hitting him.

He then swiftly steers and parks at the far end of the park where no one could see them. "We're here." Taesan grins sheepishly before he hops off the car and quickly runs to the other side to help open the door for his boyfriend. Princess treatment eh?

"Hang on, I'm gonna get something." Taesan gestures Leehan to go further away from the car abit. He reaches into the car to get a picnic mat and his Bluetooth speaker. 

"Close your eyes, babe!" He shouts from where he was and eyed Leehan to see if he's closing his eyes before he quickly sprints to him, laying down the mat. He then careful grabs onto Leehan and settles him down onto the mat alongside himself.

"You can open your eyes now." 

Leehan's eyes flutters open and took a brief moment for his eyes to adjust. He carefully looks around and then stares at the mat he's seated on before turning to Taesan.

"When did you prepare all of this?" Leehan tilts his head and gives a piercing glare at Taesan before he looks around at the night view of the city, taking in a deep breath. 

"Hm, let's just say... It was truly a long ride to get here." Taesan replies before he carefully inches his hands closer to Leehan's and laces their fingers together.

Leehan swears he could feel tears welling in his eyes and pouts while looking at his boyfriend, gently kicking his feet. "You know I'm not really prepared to meet you abruptly like this... I look so scuffed!" He whines and let's out a huff, tightening the grip of their fingers.

"You look perfectly fine, Leehan ah. I like you just the way you are! It wouldn't be a surprise if we didn't meet unexpectedly right?" Taesan could only smile ever so sweetly at the way his precious boyfriend looks right now.

"Still..." 

There was a moment of silence between the two boys that looked up at the sky, both not knowing how to express what they wanted to say in the moment.

Taesan takes a deep breathe and turns himself to face Leehan, gesturing him to do the same - to which the other boy turned around as well. 

"Let me explain now. So what happened was that.. I've been saving money all this while bit by bit to come and visit you. I wasn't really sure at first how long it would take since I wanted to do extravagant things for our first meeting but I thought since we've been dying to see one another, I just took what I have and came to find you."

"I know it's really sudden and also not really entirely what I had in mind since I spent most of what I had on the plane tickets and this rental car," Taesan points at it and laughs. "But this was what I planned after hearing a song that made me thought of you and what I wanted to do for our first meeting. I do know that this is terribly planned but I promise I'll do better next time!" 

Leehan nodded and hummed while listening attentively to what his boyfriend had to say. He lifts their intertwined fingers to the sky whilst looking at it, smiling widely to himself. Taesan could only coo at how beautiful Leehan look, as he sneakily turns on the Bluetooth speaker and the song he wanted to play whilst they stargaze.
