Chapter Text
The Winchester wolf pack was many things; terrifying, a beacon of horror untold, cold and calculating, and most importantly loyal to the pack beyond most people’s comprehension. No one was entirely sure who the two youngest members of the pack was more loyal to; the two older men, John Winchester and Bobby Singer, or each other. No one was entirely certain they wanted to know nor did they want to know how far they would go if one of their own was threatened.
Hell who could even say they were even human at this point? It wouldn’t surprise anyone if it one day came out that they were something just left of human after all even now they seemed just barely teetering on the human side; eyes glittering like light bouncing off metal, a sharp laugh sounding more like a bark or howl, lips that twisted into a snarl just barely covering teeth just a bit too sharp, rough hands that pulled a knife so quickly you couldn’t be sure it really was a knife and wasn’t claws. All of these things were ways to spot any members of the Winchester wolf pack and every one was just as dangerous as the next.
The members of the wolf pack were Dean, Sam, John, Mary, Bobby, Castiel, Crowley, Charlie, Kevin, Jody, Donna, Jack, and Claire. Perhaps thirteen members sounds like a big pack, but having the members strewn across the country whispers of hope and prayers of a safe return makes that number oh so little especially in the expanse of hunter packs that regularly group together and do not stay in their niche little familial packs that can expand into counts of twenty or more.
