Work Text:
Nana sees her alone after rehearsals one day, she was up on stage with a microphone in hand, a serious expression on her face and a sheen of sweat glistening on her forehead. Her glasses seem like its reflecting off the only light upon the stage from above.
Then movement starts, dancing in silence, and an irrisistably joyous smile on her face. The dance itself is a little awkward, but her passion in each and every one of her steps shines through. Nana assumes she is humming a tune to herself, which in itself is quite adorable to think about.
"She's dazzling..." More dazzling than any idol she'd ever seen. She couldn't help but mutter out the praise, still in a trance, like a charm spell was cast on her.
Nana stares, still on the side of the stage, carrying the last of the stagehand wires to the backstage. They were supposed to be finished packing up for the day to return the next day early, for the real live show of Serene Beat to happen. However, her thoughts are not focused on the real deal doing their job tomorrow, but the once in a blue moon sight that's sure to be making its mark in Nana's soul one way or another.
She's being called by now but, her whole attention has been taken away. She lets the calls go in one ear and out the other, not thinking about the later consequences of her current ignorance. She knew that she wouldn't see this same person be so dazzling ever again like this, so she couldn't afford to look away.
One last movement, a sharp move of her hand from reaching up above to her chest into a fist and a determined expression to where the supposed audience are located. She stays in place, Nana assumes she's catching her breath, but she looks beautiful all the same. It didn't even occur to her that her hands have started to show her appreciation in an applause.
Startled from the sound, the person on the stage turns her head to Nana's direction startling her in turn. Her face looks like it went crimson at the realization that someone was watching her, when she thought that everyone else had already went home for the day. She melts into a cocoon, lowering herself near the ground, her face on her knees. Nana couldn't see it, but the girl could feel the heat reach to her ears.
Once she regains her composure, and an extra breath in for extra measure, she sheepishly looks at Nana again. An embarrassed but piercing gaze towards her only audience, she puts a finger before her lips. A sign for a secret to be kept.
At this, Nana's face blooms into a beautiful shade between pink and red as she feels her heart being shot right through. She quickly nods her head repeatedly, closing her eyes. After she opens her eyes, the dazzling figure has went and disappeared.
"Her name..." Nana starts walking back to the rest of the backstage crew, trying to remember the name of the person that has taken her heart. She's pretty sure she had got to have heard of the name of Serene Beat's manager.
'Star'
Right.
"Hoshimi Junna."
Nana giggles to herself, finally following through the calls of her work friends to go home together.

Backstage
"Junjun! Where were you?" The one with a soft expression holds her down, while the other focuses on the snack in her hands.
"I'm sure she had her errands to run, Karen-chan." The called girl whines, pouts for that matter. One knowingly smiles at their manager and the other agrees with a nod, while Karen looks at both of them in confusion.
Junna adjusts her glasses to hide the lingering embarrassment off her face, and that the idols she manages know her too well for her liking. They have become friends after all.
"What are you talking about? Let's hurry up and get you guys home. We've got an early start tomorrow. Be sure to get plenty of rest, and Hikari no games for tonight." Junna looks at the leader, their eyes doing the talking as the rest of the reminders are something she already follows from the formation of the group.
