He felt his phone buzz once before who ever called him hung up. Feeling it then immediately buzz again he paused the movie he was watching and lifted the device to his ear, already mouthing the words in time with the caller, knowing what he would say.
"I'm alone." He noticed their breath was still even and voice heavy but not strained.
"I'll be there in a few." Obito answered and hung up the call. He turned off his Tv and walked to the door, not bothering with a jacket and just grabbed his keys. Soon the familiar small apartment complex came into view. Walking down the old worn carpet to the last room on the first floor he whistled to himself. Two neighbors who were talking in the hall Froze when they saw him and quickly moved inside. He chuckled at the disgusted looks on their faces, prudes. He took out his keys again and found the one with a green marker on it and let himself into the apartment. He locked the door behind himself and kicked off his shoes, the door to the bedroom was closed. Feeling in a good mood he walked up but stopped to knock on it.
He pressed his face close to the door and called in, "Are you decent?" He heard nothing but soon felt the door shake as something was thrown at it, he laughed and opened it.
"Stop acting like a jackass." The owner of the apartment scolded him, sitting back against the pillows on the bed.
"Will you ever be any fun?" Obito sighed as he went to sit on the edge of the bed. He grabbed the others ankle and pulled him down so his knees where dangling off the side. Rolling over he caged in the other and directly went to start kissing his neck. "Or is this the only fun you're willing to have, Kakashi?" Kakashi in response just tiled his head to the side, baring more of his neck. Obito paused smirking against the other
"Not feeling talkative tonight?" Kakashi wrapped his legs around Obito and flipped them over.
"With the pace your setting? Not really." Kakashi snapped then moved off the bed to sit between Obito's legs.
"So eager, if you wanted to go fast why are you still dressed?" Obito countered. He tugged on the sleeve of the others shirt as Kakashi worked open his pants. Kakashi started to slowly palm him through his boxers before looking up to him with his piercing grey eyes.
"Don't act like you don't have an undressing fetish. Last time I was naked when you came and you pouted." Kakashi snapped As he moved his hands up to slip under Obito's boxers.
"Do I-" Obito tried to retort but hissed as the cool hand wrapped around him, still moving slowly. "You need to be prepped?" Obito asked once he got used to the temperature of the others hand.
"No. Just waiting on you." Kakashi grumbled and Obito glared down at the other. He pulled Kakashi back up onto the bed rested his hands on his hips.
"Well as you said I have an 'Undressing fetish'. Don't you think that would be better than your depressing hand job?" Obito said sarcastically as he slipped his hands under the baggy shirt to feel more of the others cool skin. Kakashi just tsked at him and turned his head. Obito caught the hem of the others shirt with his thumbs and began to slowly pull it up, revealing each inch of pale skin slowly. Once he had Kakashi's shirt to his collar bones Obito leaned down and licked a stripe up his abdomen causing the other to shudder.
"Your getting real close to breaking a rule." Kakashi finally spoke again, now sounding a little uneven. Obito just hummed against the other getting another shudder before he moved to take off Kakashi's shorts. He was even slower removing the shorts, despite being able to see his legs already, truly getting them bare really did turn Obito on. He leaned in to kiss Kakashi's upper thigh but was stopped but the others foot pressing against his head. "I wasn't joking, follow the rules or leave." Obito grumbled but straighten back up and took himself out of his boxers, now half hard.
"You're really no fun at all." Obito huffed but still took the lube and condom Kakashi handed him. He slipped on the condom and finally took a look at the whole of Kakashi under him. He poured some lube in his hand and coated himself with it, finally getting to full hardness with the contact and sight. "You sure you don't want any prep?" Obito asked one last time, lining himself up against the others hole.
"No." Kakashi said quickly and wrapped his legs around Obito's waist. Obito only nodded before he started to press in. He sighed when the familiar warmth and tightness surrounded his head. Obito grinned, having gotten what he wanted to hear and snapped his hips forward fully hilting himself. Kakashi dropped his head break and groaned. Eyes screwing back shut. Despite the initial hardness Obito pulled back softer and started a slow pace. Enjoying the drag he was getting form the other squeezing around him and Kakashi's small noises.
"Your really not going to talk tonight huh?" Obito frowned at how quite the other was being and started to speed up his thrusts. He saw how Kakashi had to bite his lip to hold back a sound and Obito only frowned more. He unwrapped one of Kakashi's legs and bit his calf getting a shocked gasp from the other.
"What was that!?" Kakashi snapped.
"What? Last time you said biting was okay." Obito said with faux innocence as he placed a hard thrust to the others prostate. Before he had a chance to bring his hand up again Obito kept that hard and fast pace , holding up the others leg to get a better angle. "Let me bandage your hand." Obito said as soon as he walked out.
"I can do it."
"Yeah but I know it's annoying and I'm right here." Kakashi just walk past him and shut the door.
"You want me to order anything?" Obito yelled from beyond the door. Despite fighting all the time when they slept together they were still friends.
"No I'm going to sleep in a bit, you want me to make the futon for you?"
"Nah, see you next week?" Obito frowned at the silence he was met with.
"Sure." Obito finally heard after a long pause before he sighed and got up to leave.
"By the way I left something by the door." Kakashi's uninterested tone made Obito huff again but he closed the others door. Obito went to look and on the desk by the door there was a bag of candy. Ginning again he took the bag and slipped it into his pocket.
"See you next week!" Obito yelled cheerfully before leaving.
"I don't know what to dooo" Obito whined as he leaned into his friend.
"About you're job? maybe stop fighting your boss-" Rin started and Obito quickly straighten up.
"NO! Not about work about Kakashi!" Rin made an 'oh' sound before smirking.
"You fell for him!"
"Of course I fell for him." He snapped back as soon as Rin spoke.
"So as usual I was right. I told you you would." She said proudly, smiling to herself.
"Okay, okay, your always right about everything so now be right about helping me!" Obito complained as he slummed back into the couch.
"That doesn't make sense-"
"Rin!"
"Fine." She huffed, "so what now you want help to switch your fwb to a bf?" She stared at him as she spoke. Obito nodded quickly and she sighed. "Umm... Wasn't there a weird thing you guys have..?"
"The rules?"
"Yeah." Obito was surprised she'd bring them up. After rule 7 she told him that he was giving a little too much info and to never speak about it again. "and don't go through the list. Give me the basics." She sighed as he was about to start.
"No eye contact, no holding hands, no kissing-"
Rin straightened up a bit. "Bull shit! I saw him with a hickey a few days ago." Obito sighed.
"No kissing on the mouth or legs or anything he deems 'weird'." Obito said sadly "It's so unfair, he's got really pretty legs and I'm only aloud to bite-"
"SHUT. It. now." Rin yelled when he started to get graphic. "Okay any other weird things, and I swear if you don't pg-13' it for me I'll beat you."
"We'll it's always at his place despite the fact he has noisy neighbors. He doesn't ask me to undress and actually gets kind weird the times I do. He also will let me stay over but never in the same bed." Obito listed off, just making himself more depressed as he went. "It's hopeless isn't it."
"He made all the rules?" Rin asked
"yeah..." Obito sighed
"And he's the one who suggested you become friends with benefits?" She counited ignoring Obitos dramatics.
"Yes..?"
"Then it sounds like he already likes you." Rin said simply and I took obito a minuet to realize what she said.
"HOW!?! He wont kiss me, he doesn't want to sleep together and he cant even look me in the eye when we do it!"
"Yeah that all sounds like he's setting boundaries because he likes you and doesn't want to lead himself on anymore than he is!"
"...You think so?"
"Yeah." Rin said nonchalantly and went to turn on the TV.
"so... what should I do?"
"Just tell him you want to date him." Rin said and turned on a movie. Obito thought about what she said and deiced he wasn't going to do that.
Saturday Rin was hosting a party for the whole friend group and Obito decide it would be the perfect time to put his plan into action. It wasn't big and most people were just talking and drinking. Rin as usual had to show everyone a movie and this made a perfect issue for Obito's plan. He and Kakashi were the only single ones in the group, Rin and Shizune had taken up one of the chairs. Kurenai was in Asuma's lap while they shared the couch with Nagato, Yahiko and Konan. Leaving one chair left, one that Obito was already sitting in. He saw Kakashi look around while everyone was getting comfortable and his eyes finally drifted towards Obito. Seeing he got his attention he moved slightly over and patted the chair. Clearly there wasn't enough space for the two, hell the sliver of chair Obito cleared by moving over barely fit his hand. Kakashi rolled his eyes and started to walk over, Obito was trying not to grin too hard when suddenly the other sat down on the arm rest and looked forward, watching the TV. Obito had to hold back a huff and looked to Rin helplessly only to see the other smirking at him. Before he could glare she turned on the movie and made a point to snuggle closer to Shizune. Show off. Obito tried to just watch the movie but he found even having Kakashi somewhat near him was distracting. Especially because of the other sitting higher than him every time Obito looked over slightly he just saw the Kakashi thighs. He was about to just give up and sit on the floor so he could at least not completely embarrass himself when the object of his distress spoke up.
"God I hate this actor. Look at his face, he looks like he doesn't even know where he is." Kakashi whispered to him. Obito finally actually took a look at the movie and sure enough the main actor looked like he accidently walked onto the set. Obito was chuckling before he knew it and looked back to Kakashi to see he was smiling slightly as well. Right, the whole reason he likes Kakashi so much is because their friends. He finally relaxed back into the chair and the two continued to whisper about how bad the movie was. At the end Rin looked to the group expectantly.
"Well?"
"well, um. It had a lot of good... action scenes." Asuma started and Kurenai nodded.
"Yeah and the romance was... nice." She tried as well, the two diplomatic as ever.
"Ass."
"Bad"
"Wasn't my type of movie." Konan, Yahiko and Nagito answer at the same time. Rin paid them no mind and look and him and Kakashi now.
"I... I liked that one scene with the helicopter." Obito tried.
"Oh shut up there was six helicopter scenes. No one likes the movie Rin. Ten push ups." Kakashi said with the tone of an old, tired, teacher and Rin sighed before getting up and dropping to do ten push ups. Movie night rules, who ever picks it has to do push up if the movie flops hard. After that the party started to die down with everyone leaving. Shizune walked up to Kakashi a whispered something with an apologetic look.
"Seriously." He heard the other say before Shizune got his to whisper too. After a bit of back and forth he walked over to Obito, which Obito quickly looked away as to not seem like he was staring.
"Obito." He looked over the the shorter man.
"Yeah?"
"I need a ride." Oh. Oh! Perfect.
"Yeah of course," Obito smiled. "I was about to head out." He waved a by to Rin who winked at him and left with Kakashi following close behind. As the got in the car Obito started to drive to Kakashi's house but before getting off on the exit to his place he asked,
"Wanna come back to my place instead?"
"...why?" Kakashi asked back, now glaring. Obito smirked and kept driving, now heading towards his house. "Don't even think about it."
"Why not, last week you said you were down?" Obito teased.
"You know we only do that on Saturdays." Kakashi said and watched as Obito pointed towards the cars system that had a clock. He saw it was 12:01 am. "Not funny."
"Its technically Saturday." Obito purred as they pulled into his drive way. Obito got out of his seat and walked over to Kakashi's side. He swung open the door but Kakashi only sat with his arms crossed and glaring. "Come on! pleaseee, you always get to call me out of no where whenever you want it." At that he noticed Kakashi's face flush a little.
"... you want it?" Kakashi asked quietly, now looking down.
"Bad." Nodding Kakashi got up and shoved past him, going straight to his house. Obito closed the car door and followed after the other. He unlocked the door and held it open for the other, Kakashi wasted no time kicking off his shoes and going straight up stairs.
"Hey! wait for me." Obito yelled up and he tried to lock the door and get his shoes off just as quickly. The only response he got was hearing his bedroom door open and silence. He marched up the stairs and to his room to find the other already on his bed. Obito had to pause because unlike seeing Kakashi in his own bed, which the guy only used for sleep and it showed. Now seeing him was almost more flustering than when he would see him undressed, looking smaller on Obito's bigger bed, head laid against his many pillows and sinking slightly into his comforter.
"Made yourself comfortable pretty fast, huh?" Obito teased hoping he didn't stare for too long.
"Easy to do when your beds more of a nest. This can't be good for your neck." Kakashi scolded him but clearly was enjoying the plush bed. Obito sat down and let his hand slid up the others leg from his ankle to his knee.
"Some people prefer there beds not to feel like rocks." Obito huffed and without thinking sild his hand down to the others ankle again and pulled him down. The acting snapped Obito out of his muscle memory and he started step on of his plan. Doing things that technically weren't breaking rules but frowned upon. He grabbed the hem of his own shirt and quickly took it off. He smirked at Kakashi's gasp and when he looked down at the other again he was frowning.
"What?" Obito tease, leaning over the other more to get his exposed chest closer. The recoil Kakashi gave almost made him laugh, he would have been slightly offended if it weren't for the blush on the others face that accompanied it.
"N-nothing. Jeez whets your issue, I thought you want it." Kakashi huffed and Obito only nodded. He took off Kakashi's shirt without breaking any rules and slid down his pants, leaving his boxer on for now. Obito moved over to get the lube and peaked back to see how the other only got more combatable in the sheets, almost pulling them over his shoulders but refraining from doing so. Obito huffed a laugh at how hard the other was trying to act unbothered and got a glare in response. "Seriously. What's your issue."
"Nothing." He said and went back to the foot of the bed and sat between the others legs. He raised the onto his shoulders and pulled up the others boxers just enough that it obstructed his view of what was happening. First rule break, no covering eyes.
"Hey." Kakashi warned but Obito just uncapped the bottle of lube and put some on his fingers, rubbing them together to warm it up. "Obito-" Kakashi cut himself off as Obito pressed a finger by his rim, spreading the lube.
"Hey what? Don't worry I warmed it up first." Obito teased again, now pressing lightly against his hole with his middle finger but not breaching. He let his dry hand drift pass the other's thigh up to his waist and held at the thin dip there. He leaned forward and broke rule two, no "weird" kissing. He trailed light kisses from the others stomach up to his chest before he felt two hands on his head pulling him up.
"Knock. It. Off" Kakashi snarled but it lacked all it's bite with the red flush coving the white haired man's face. Making him look even cuter than usual and Obito couldn't help but take one of the hands on his head into his and kiss the others palm. Kakashi reeled his hand back like Obito had burned him. "What are you doing." Kakashi more accused than asked.
"Just figured since it's my house we could play by my rules tonight." Obito smirked as he now pressed his middle finger into the other causing Kakashi to yelp slightly. He quickly found the others prostate and started to lightly massage it as he moved his finger in and out slowly.
"D-don't get any... funny ideas." Kakashi tried to threaten but was parting his legs more open, clearly enjoying the treatment. "Do I really smell that good?" Obito teased, having leaned close to the other without him realizing causing Kakashi to jolt, accidently causing Obito's fingers to press hard into his prostate. He bit his lip to stifle his moan and Obito tsked before leaning back, he stood up to drop his pants and boxers down and saw Kakashi was now sitting up slightly to watch him.
"Where's the condom?" Kakashi quickly asked once he was caught staring. Time to break rule three.
"Ah! I forgot I don't have any here." Obito fake gasped, he put on his best apologetic face and sat back on the bed and softly held Kakashi ankle, "Can we still do it? Please?" Kakashi's face some how got redder and he shook his head.

"Please, just this time. I'm clean and your the only one I sleep with." Obito pleaded, and saw how Kakashi's eyes shamelessly looked down to his dick now before looking up to meet his eyes again. He held his gaze for a minuet, clearly thinking something over before casting his gaze back down to the covers.
"Fine." Obito raised the others leg and gave an apperceptive kiss to the other knee that had Kakashi jolting slightly before pressing his head to the other entrance. He slowly pushed in and groaned at the feeling, it was different raw, surprisingly harder without the smooth texture of the latex. He slid in further and leaned forward to kiss up Kakashi's stomach and chest as he got deeper. The other's hands was too busy gripping the sheets to push him away this time. "S-shut it." Kakashi groaned, his eyebrows knit together. Obito rubbed his hands up Kakashi's thighs till the other relaxed again and Kakashi sighed, "Move." Obito once again lean forward to kiss Kakashi's shoulder as he pulled out. Not waiting for the other to chastise him again he pushed forward, Kakashi bit his hand and Obito went to break his least favorite rule. He grabbed Kakashi's hand and kissed the other on his lips, causing Kakashi's eyes to widen.
"Obito-" He yelled but the other just kissed him deeper, using the moment to slip his tongue into Kakashi's mouth. Kakashi couldn't fight against him as he held the others hand down and kept hitting his prostate. When Obito finally pulled back to catch his breath Kakashi was panting too. His tongue out and lips shiny with spit, much to Obito's delight he wasn't holding any sounds back, rendered incapable of holding back.
"Was that good?" Obito asked, never stopping his thrusts. "want me to kiss you again?" Obito leaned in so his nose brushed Kakashi's and the other shook his head no but when Obito didn't lean forward he whined. Obito's teasing was cut short when Kakashi used his free hand to grab Obito's head and pull him down the rest of the way. Eventually he dropped his head back and his arm slipped down to rest on Obito's shoulders.
"Kakashi," Obito panted, trying to get the other's attention. Seeing the other was too out of it to hear him he switched one hand to hold the others face and force him to look towards him. Kakashi whinnied as Obito slowed down a bit and the other hiss as Kakashi tightened around him further. "You hear me?"
"God, just- just move." Kakashi complained and tried to rock back.
"Just listen." Obito said softly and leaned closer, "I love you." He said clearly and felt Kakashi tense under him before he started right back up at a fast pace, both his hands returning to Kakashi's hips. Kakashi cried out as his back arched up more, still rocking back to meet each thrust. Feeling he was about to come Obito dropped one hand again to take Kakashi's own length and stroked him quickly. He was about to pull out when Kakashi's legs suddenly tightened around him.
"Don't I'm close-" Obito tried to warn but Kakashi just shook his head.

Obito huffed a laugh and raised his arm so he could hold the other to his chest.
"Was the no sharing a bed rule made because you knew you couldn't resist cuddling after?"
"Yes." Kakashi for once answered with no hesitation as he pressed his face into the crook of Obito's neck and breathed in deeply.
"Oh." Obito managed to get out as he felt his face heat up again. He kept getting flustered as Kakashi's hands drifted down his chest and up his sides. "All those rules really where just things you wanted to do huh"
"Yes." Kakashi answered again now lifting his head to lightly kiss Obito silent. "Good night" Obito smiled and brushed Kakashi's bangs out of his face.
"Good night."
