"…you really are Falin's brother, aren't you?"
"I don't think we look that different?" Laios replied, half joking as he held on Marcille's hand, mana focused into a healing spell.
"You've picked up healing magic surprisingly easily." She shot back, as the cut in her hand disappeared. It was the night immediately after Thistle's defeat, which had been largely thanks to Laios, and while everyone else had been already heading to bed, Marcille and the tall-man had been wiling the night away sharing stories. "You could've been a healer yourself... I guess this technically makes you a Paladin?"
"Paladins... Aren't those supposed to have some kind of faith?" And alcohol, too, a bottle of which Marcille had just had an accident with, hence the need for Laios to further experiment with the healing arts. "I don't think I believe in anything strongly enough to qualify."
"Hmm, that is actually just the traditional definition of Paladin." Marcille replied, flexing the healed palm... Perfect. Not even a scar. "Certainly, the original conceptions is tied to religion and cults, but there have been many Paladins who just belied in a cause of some kind."
"...huh. A cause, yeah?" Laios wondered out loud, eyes to the ceiling as he took away the shattered goblets, deciding they might switch to wooden mugs if they wanted to keep drinking... Then he smiled. "Then I guess I would be a Knight of Falin, right now."
"Oooh, that sounds cool! Like an adventurous epic!" Marcille commented, feeling very much in her element when talking about stories. She remembered when, at the academy, she had finally persuaded Falin to read her favourite book series, all twenty-four tomes of them... "Then we could call ourselves the Order of Falin! Or the Fellowships of Falin?"
"The Falin-Guard... Oh, is mead okay? We're out of liquor." Laios asked as he rummaged through the cabinet, startling Marcille.
"...mead." Mead. Fermented beverage made of water and honey, malt, and yeast. 'Honey...' She flushed as the mere mention of the word made Marcille recall the ordeal from earlier in their adventure. Being trapped in the crumbling hive, the stinger, how she had used beeswax and honey to cure Laios and... Well...
"...Marcille?"
"Ah! M-Mead is fine!" She had been lost in thought again, like she had been many other times after that event. Sometimes at the mere mention or taste of honey, sometime when she looked at her hand, and sometimes... At meal time. Every time they shared a meal, it always came a time when she ended up focusing on Laios's mouth and lips...
"Oh, it's cold! There must be some kind of spell to this cabinet..." Marcille couldn't get the sensation out of her head. She had had no chance to rationalize what had happened that time, nor had she had any chance of 'investigating' further. She had tried to lick at her own fingers, even tried using the same honey, but nothing had happened... A critical ingredient was missing. "Here."
"Thanks..." She meekly accepted the mug from Laios, hoping the coolness from it would help cancel out the warmth she was feeling on her cheeks and internally.
Warmth... She had gotten so used at getting warmth from Laios, of all people. That evening in particular. She got warmth from being proud at him, for how he had defeated the Dungeon Lord despite him having a cohort of dragons at his command. She got warmth from realizing he had been taking her lessons about healing magic to heart. And she got warmth when he didn't think twice about her being a half-elf, and she started sharing stories about her father with him...
If it had been just that on its own, all she would be feeling would probably be strong admiration and kinship. Since the beehive incident had happened, though, there was... Something else she was struggling with... "Hm." She raised the mug to her lips, downing a large gulp of it... Sweet. Spicy. Likely to get her into trouble if she indulged too much... And it did nothing to kill her warmth. "...say, Laios."
"Hmm?" The party leader said from behind his mug, gently inclined to slowly savour the taste...
"What kind of girls do you like?"
"PFFFT!" Only for the suddenness of the question to cause him to waste half of his mouthful, head sharply turning right and the spit-take nebulizing the mead in a cloud of gold. "W-What... Hah?" He asked, his face now red as he rubbed at his wet chin with the back of his hand.
"You told me you used to have a fiancée and that 'she was nice'... So, I guess you didn't like her."
"I-It was an arranged marriage, I... It was weird." He replied, evidently bewildered. She couldn't really blame him. It had been out of the blue... For him.
"Yeah, I remember that... But, in a nutshell, without strings attached." She pushed, leaning forward a little from her seat. "What kind of girls do you like?"
"...uhm, I... I don't... I never really thought about it, I... I don't know...?" He replied and Marcille found herself narrowing her eyes, as the way he was shifting and not even looking her way, the way he played with the mug...
'He's lying.' The elf realized. Laios had always been the worst liar she had ever seen, and that was no difference. She smirked, amused, and noisily grabbed her own chair to pull herself closer to Laios. "Oh, I think you do~"
"Nope." He shot back. He was starting to sweat.
"Tell me."
"Nothing to tell?"
"Laios, you're a terrible liar." She teased, pushing at his chest with her elbow. "Is it that embarrassing?"
"No, not exactly embarrassing, it's just...!" He began, but the rest of his sentence died on his lips... And Marcille could swear that it had happened the moment he had looked into her eyes. He swallowed. "...r-remember the... Succubus?"
"...yes?" Marcille said, raising an eyebrow... And then realized that Laios had never shared what his Succubus had turned into, nor had there been anyone to witness the transformation.
"Yeah, so, uhm... I don't know what to think about what I saw. It turned..." He was so red in the face, what the hell did the monster show him that was so embarrassing- "It turned into you."
...
Oh.
Ooooh... Ooh? Aaah? Aaaah?!
'AAAAAAAH?!' "It... It turned into...!" Marcille echoed, her face red as a mixture of emotions and thoughts all were trying to occupy her brain all at once. The Succubus. The monster that is supposed to show your heart's desires in their idealized form. For Laios, it turned into her. It turned into her. Her? HER! What? Was she smiling? Was she shocked! Was she surprised... Did her expression make her look like an idiot? Had she been hoping for something like this? Did she shower properly? Did she smell like alcohol?!
She was so overwhelmed with her own inner turmoil that she completely missed the part where Laios explained the rest of the incident and what succuMarcille had become. All Marcille's romance and honey-addled brain could think of was that Laios had gotten got by a Succubus... Because it had turned into HER! "Ah... Ahahahah! I see... I see... It's... It's not unusual, really!" She finally rebooted, while Laios was now extremely silent and embarrassed.
"I-I guess...?"
"Yeah, I mean, my father was a tall-man and my mother is an elf, so I'm kinda living proof... I'm open minded, I swear! No judgment here! I'm all up for interspecies relationships!" She let out, a torrent of words coming out one after the other, lest she exploded from all the thoughts in her mind.
"Glad to hear it...?" Which only made Laios look more and more awkward. The tall-man probably would have preferred facing all those dragons again than have the conversation continue.
"Right! Ahahahahahah~" Marcille laughed, and the more she did the more she finally managed to calm down. When her laughter died, so finally did her maniac episode, mug of mead set on the table and hands grasping at her knees... "Haaaah..." She sighed out, signalling that she had gotten her higher functions back under control again.
Laios was very, very silent, looking at something definitely really interesting on the wall to his left.
"...how was her hair like?" She asked out of the blue. Laios blinked and turned her gaze towards Marcille again. The elf was blushing too, feeling bashful but also, for some reason, very very happy... And wanting. "Succubus me."
"...her hair was down." He replied and then she saw him gulp, her eyes taking her in from head to toe.
"So kind of like right now?" The mage asked, one finger twirling with a loose moist strand.
"...yeah. Just... Not wet." He admitted, and again stopped looking at her.
Marcille tapped her knees with her fingers, softly rapping and fighting two instincts within herself... As one got stronger and threatened to take over, she also realized that further words would only cause Laios to retreat more and more into himself, at this point.
If the honey incident had taught her anything, it was that Laios was weak to... Affirmative action.
"Look at me." She said. Laios slowly did, moving his gaze to her again. "Properly look at me. Face me." She added, calmly but firmly. Laios hesitated but then, with a loud sigh, obeyed her and sat properly in his chair, facing her.
As he did, Marcille felt her heart skip a beat. Her cheeks flushed, and she gripped at her knees to give herself the courage to do what came next...
Courage. Honey... She looked at her mug. "...darn it all." She muttered, confusing Laios before she grabbed her mug and, bottoms up, finished the rest of it in a few giant gulps. "Paaaah!" Before Laios could react, say something about her needing to slow down –because she might be inclined to listen to him-, Marcille almost slammed the mug on the table, got up from her seat...
"M-Marcille...?!" And sat again but a split second later, this time in Laios's lap, legs straddling him on both sides, hands holding onto his shoulders.
"T-This... This is the real me... The real me." She stated, her eyes a mockery of a frown, before she closed her eyes, pushed her face forward and pulled at Laios's clothes.
"Hmm!" She could feel him gasp into the kiss, he was as tense as she was... But she needed to persevere. She needed to push through his mental barrier like she was breaking through hers.
"Hmmm..." She needed to show Laios that she wanted him. That she did not refuse his sentiments... At all. She moved her lips into the kiss, her long hair cascading over them both as she ground her body against his, her bottom against his crotch. She had never, ever done this in her life, she had never felt so strongly in a single action.
He felt him shake, his arms raising to his sides. She could feel something taut in him, mentally. He was at the same threshold she had been on. She needed to push him through. She shily pushed her tongue to lick at his lips, finding his own tongue as they parted...
A taste of honey.
"Hm!" That did it, she realized as Laios's hands fell to her bottom, and Marcille suddenly found herself lifted up in the air. "Aah!" And then pushed on her back on the dining table, silverware cluttering to the side. This time, she was the one on the receiving end of a kiss as Laios pressed down on her. "Hmm~" A shiver shot up her spine at the intensity. Her arms wrapped around Laios's neck, her legs around his waist.
She had broken through, alright, the 'romantic' part of her acknowledged. Laios's technique was non-existent –not that hers was exactly refined-, the kiss sloppy and noisy, a mess of lips and tongue and saliva. His hands were grasping at her bottom, digging into the flesh like she was going to disappear if he let up even for a second... Eventually, he had to, the two gasping almost in unison as he pulled his head back up.
Marcille looked up at him, arms and hair now splayed above her head. She looked into his eyes...
She felt herself throb at the desire she saw in those eyes. Halfway between longing and mania, she felt like he was gonna gobble her up. Tear into her raw and feast, like... Like a...
Like a monster.
Like her. Back in that beehive.
She mirrored his gaze and energy. Laios showed his teeth.
His hands left her bottoms and grapped at the front of her night-clothes.
Riiip. The warrior made short work of the weak fabric, before grasping on her bosom and shoving his face between it. Marcille moaned, throwing her head backwards, arms wrapping around his head as he laid kisses and small bites. His hands groping her breasts and rubbing at her nipples.
This was absolutely nothing like what she had read in her romance books. It was inelegant. It was instinctual. There was no dialogue. No rose petals. They were two morons indulging in each other's raw desire on a dinner table, while their companions slept in a nearby room. It was filthy. It was animalistic. It was... It was...
It was perfect. "Hmmm!" Marcille let out a pained moan as Laios bit down on her left nipple harder than she should have. Instead of saying anything to the matter, she just swatted him on the top of the head with her right hand. She then sighed in blissful relief as he started gently licking at the 'injured' part...
She was getting so damn wet. She let go of his head to pull at her pants, struggling to get them off as Laios's weight was on her, kipping her pinned down to the table. She eventually managed to slip them down enough to then kick them off.
Then she grabbed at the top of his head again, and started pushing him down, hard. At first he resisted... "Laios~" She moaned out miserably, and when she did, he looked up into her eyes again, seeing the pleading behind them... Then he looked down her body. He understood.
She saw him slide down her body swiftly, and once again she felt herself being man-handled. He had sat down on his knees in front of the table, and her thighs were now resting on strong shoulders. And his face was between them, eyes wide as he stared at her... And smelled at her, she could tell from the flaring in his nostrils.
"...eat me." Marcille said, feeling herself grow only wetter at the thought of just how often she had thought of this exact scenarios in the past weeks. "Eat me up, Laios..." She grasped at his hair again, and pulled his face closer still until his lips were resting against her pussy... "Aaaah~!" She didn't need any further encouragement. She gasped and threw her head backwards again, banging against the table.
No refinement and no patience. Laios had had a first taste of her and decided quickly he wanted more, much more. His lips and tongue were lapping and sucking at everything he could, exploring Marcille's folds and her taste and texture, the way she reacted at his ministrations, and boy was she reacting. Her thighs squeezed around his head, her back arched and she ground herself against his mouth. Her eyes were wide open, staring at the ceiling as the animalistic assault of her lover left her bereft of much breath. She panted sharply, over and over, like a bitch in heat, and what was he doing? What was he doing to her body? What had he done to her brain?
What did this big oaf of a tall-man who liked to eat monsters have on her? Why had she come to confide in him like so? Why did she desire him so, despite him being so far removed from her fantasies? And why... "HMMMLAIOS!" Why did he desire her so much?
Her orgasm hit her hard, the culmination of weeks of wondering and longing and closeness and frustration. Her legs were squeezing at his head so hard that she felt him actually push back against it with his hands, grasping at her thighs. She grit her teeth, and banged her head backwards against the table multiple times to floor herself in the moment, as the intensity of her orgasm threatened to just wash her away. "AAAAH!" She let out as the last wave crashed against her and she was finally over it, and her legs finally stopped squishing at her lover's head.
She breathed raggedly, the first lover-induced orgasm of her life –well, second but this one was actually intentional on Laios's side- having left her breathless, sweaty and twitching. 'Amazing... That was amazing amazing amazing...!' She repeated in her head over and over again, floating on post-orgasmic bliss... But then a little part of her brain reminded her that it was not over. Not by a long shot.
Sure, she had gotten her mind-blowing orgasm... But someone else hadn't.
As Laios stood up from between her legs, his hands going to grasp at her ankles as he did, a shiver ran up her body as she looked up at him. Still that same animalistic hunger in her eyes. His night-shirt now soaked in sweat, tongue licking at his chops –chin, you horny...!- to clean them from her juices... And a big, big tent in his pants.
'Oh no. Oooh nonono...' She gasped. Laios wasn't just a tall-man, it seemed, he was also... Big. She felt her body flush, a mixture of fear and curiosity assaulting her mind. She had never put anything in her bigger than her fingers, that thing, that... Monster...! Would break her in half. She needed to tell him that. She needed to ask him to stop. She needed to stop grinning like a moron. And whatever she did, she had to not do a 'come hither' motion with her right hand! WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER BRAIN?
Laios first took off the top of his night-clothes, revealing that torso she had almost salivated over –did NOT!- and then stepped out of his pants, while she adjusted herself on the table. Raising her legs up and to the side, holding onto her thighs with her hands, offering herself to him, that grin going nowhere –aaaah!-. She gasped, eyes looking down at where his cockhead touched her as he came closer, calloused warrior hands grasping at her soft magician shoulders –toobigtoobigtoobigitwillneverfit!-...
Then they looked up at the ceiling again as he started pushing in. "Ooh..." He grunted, stopping for a moment as her sensitive insides grasped at his intruding length –why won't my body OBEY MY BRAIN!-... "OoooOOOH!" Then she arched her back as he continued, hands on her shoulders keeping her pinned as he claimed her. "NnnghLaios...!" She let out through gritted teeth... Then an incoherent, animalistic groan as he started moving.
'ShitshitshitshitSHIT-!' She echoed in her head, while her mouth couldn't produce anything but random noises, grunts of pain mixed with sharp exhales as Laios stretched her out, her half-elf cunt so tight that she could feel every vein on his length, all the folds of his foreskin as it pulled back, the slight curve of it as he scraped her just right... "OooohLaioooOO-!" She almost screamed.
Almost, as Laios sacrificed stability to smack one of his hands over her mouth and damn, Marcille almost came again right there. This was nothing like any fantasy she'd ever had in her life, but then again... She hadn't met Laios, back then. She hadn't been dragged in his dungeon food madness, she hadn't relied on him and gotten so close to him, she hadn't had him suck her fingers clean, and she hadn't been getting fucked by his big fat c-! "Hmm!" With a moan mixed with a growl, she trust her right index and middle fingers in his mouth, and groaned loudly as the tall-man started slurping on them without any further input. No honey needed, he was nursing on them like the sweetest of honey...
'Oh gods, I'm gonna cum again.' Laios was so deep in her, so deep, their body slapping together noisily, cutlery and plates bouncing in place and off the table. 'Is he going to cum? Is he going to fill me up?!' She gasped, a little part of her getting scared at the thought... Until another, barely functioning rational part reminded her that she was sterile.
She was sterile. She could not get pregnant, no matter what.
...
She still wanted him to try. She bit on the hand covering her mouth, hard, earning a hiss of pain from Laios. "Breed me." She let out, and saw the comprehension and realization in Laios's eyes. She grasped at his hand and placed it on her throat, thumb caressing her carotid. "I want you to fill me. I want to feel your seed in me...!" She gasped, a big maniac smile on her face as she saw another primal urge overcome Laios's hunger, the grip around her neck tightening. "I want you to try and knock me up...!" She continued, spurring Laios to squeeze her neck tighter, driving himself harder inside of Marcille. Close, so close, she was so close...!
But Laios was closer. The tall-man literally growled into her bosom as he shoved his face in her chest and, finally, came. Marcille gasped loudly, grip on her neck restricting the airflow somewhat, and after the third shot of thick come splashed inside of her, her own orgasm triggered. She let out as incoherent expressions of pleasure as Laios did as she climaxed, her brain a mixture of happiness, pleasure, shock and desire...
Eventually, it started subsiding. They both did. When Marcille came back down, their bodies were a sweaty, sticky mess. Laios was laying on top of her, his hands cradling her gently while her arms were wrapped around his torso, hands rubbing gently at his back like his were running through her hair. Whatever had come over them both was gone... For now.
"...sorry, I bruised your neck." He suddenly let out, and she chuckled.
"I kind of put your hand there myself." Marcille replied, reassuring him that she wasn't angry or upset or regretful or anything like that. She kissed the top of his head sweetly. "...you were kind of amazing, you know that?"
"W-Was I? I never done it before, so..." He let out.
"Me either." She confessed and he could feel him startle in surprise. She rolled her eyes. "I'm going to choose to interpret that surprise positively."
"I-It's not like I expected you to be... Very experienced or something, it's just..." He trailed off, and she could almost hear him thinking very very hard. "...why me?"
"Why me?" She shot back, and he could not offer an answer. "I'm sure we can find some words to explain it... But not right now." She added, placing one of her hands on the back of his head, and her right cheek against his. "Right now... Just hold me."
"...alright." He said, and hugged her back softly, shifting his weight so that it wasn't all on her. They were still in the Dungeon. They had defeated the Lord of the Dungeon, but there was still things to think about and do. Unsealing the Winged Lion. Resurrecting Falin... But that didn't matter at all, in that moment.
In that moment, all that mattered to Marcille was the moron in her arms-
"Uhm, Marcille... Are you sure you... You can't have kids?" ...as she said, a moron. She groaned.
"Yes, Laios. I'm sure." She had never really researched it, but her mother had told her as much when she came of age. "It was just something I said... In the heat of the moment." She blushed. "It was... Very hot, but don't think too much about it."
"Ah, alright. Because, see, I remembered when I used the metaphor of a mule..." Marcille's face was slowly turning into a deadpan, any sense of romance fading quickly. "And yes, male mules are always sterile... But female mules, in some very rare cases are not."
...
...what? "What?" Marcille asked, feeling herself get warmer and sweat pouring down comically on her face.
"Not if they mate with other mules, but if they mate with donkeys or horses... It's happened." Wait... Waitwaitwait, what?! THAT WAS A THING?! "But of course, people are not like mules. Sorry for being stupid..."
"Ah... Ahahahah, of course! Of course! People are not like mules! Not at all!" Marcille replied, laughing nervously. Indeed, she was a half-elf, not a freaking mule! She wasn't an animal, no matter how ravenous she had become in the throes of passion! She was sterile and that was IT!
...absolutely. It couldn't be otherwise.
...right?
