Work Text:
“You’re such a loser,” Keeho chuckles, leaning back on his bed, eyes glued to the ceiling as if it's interesting. “What do you mean you've never kissed before? I don't believe you, you've gotta be kidding me, right?”
There's a short pause so Keeho lifts up on his elbow to look at Intak on the other bed. He's just chewing on his lips and not looking at him.
“Intak? You're kidding, aren't you?” Keeho frowns and when there's no answer he lets out a loud oh. “You're not joking,” he mutters, amused.
Intak shrugs briefly, looking like a kicked puppy. He shifts uncomfortably on the bed and mumbles under his breath.
“Why are you surprised?”
Keeho lets out another chuckle, fully sitting up and tilting his head to the side.
Yeah, really, why's he so surprised? It's not something uncommon. People are able to not want to kiss and that's totally fine. Everyone has a free will.
And Keeho doesn't even know why he has such a reaction, to be honest. He has no idea how their conversation even went here, it was so random and-
No, but really?
“I just can't believe such a party lover like you has never kissed before,” he shakes his head slowly. “And you're almost twenty three. Not even once? I mean, girls are always around you-”
Intak swallows visibly, a nervous smile appears on his face. Keeho can see his ears becoming red so quickly and it makes it even more interesting, because what's the reason? Is he just shy? Or maybe embarrassed because of this?
“It's not like I'm into it,” Intak says, voice low and a bit uncertain.
Keeho squints, not really getting it.
“What… Kissing?”
“Girls.”
Oh.
Well, that explains… No. That doesn't explain anything to Keeho.
“Wait, we've been friends for over a year now and I didn't know that,” Keeho pouts. “How? Can't believe I'm so bad at it.”
“At what?” Intak shifts once again, legs now crossed, and runs his hand through his hair.
Keeho follows his every movement with a small smile.
“I mean, my gay radar is off, it seems like,” he sighs dramatically. “That's weird, because I somehow was convinced you're straight-” he paused, remembering something. A loud sigh and: “Wait!”
Intak takes a deep breath. “What now?”
“That… That time you visited Taeyang's place! He said you were acting really weird,” his eyes widening as he whispers, “You had a crush on Taeyang?”
Intak rolls his eyes, but smiles anyway. “I mean who hadn't?”
A few seconds of silence and Keeho deadpans. “Fair enough.”
“And I don't know why you thought I was straight, actually,” Intak wrinkles his nose. “Everybody says I'm fruity as fuck, so-”
“Everybody?”
“Maki,” Intak chuckles. “And Jongseob, and also Nicholas. And I think Jiung said something about this, too.”
Keeho just blinks rapidly, not knowing what to say. Because what do you mean his friends knew something he didn't know for such a long time?
Now he feels excluded, and he doesn't like this feeling. He hates it, actually.
“Didn't you trust me enough to tell me this?” He asks and his voice sounds less confident than he thought it would. “Or maybe you're not feeling comfortable around me?”
“No! I mean-” It turns out louder than planned, and bites down on his lip. “No, it's not like that, okay? It's just- I didn't know how to tell you this? All of the sudden just say it in your face? That's weird.”
Yeah, maybe it is, but still. Was there no right moment to tell that? Really?
“But you know about my-” Keeho doesn't even get the moment to finish, because Intak clicks his tongue.
“Everyone knows you're gay, that's different.”
And for that Keeho has no response, because… Because yeah, he's actually right. Everyone and their mother knows that Keeho is gay, he's open about it, and he's proud of being himself.
“Okay,” he just sighs. He'll think about it later. “So why have you never kissed before?”
Intak opens his mouth and closes immediately. He looks away, fidgeting on the hem of his t-shirt, feeling so small under Keeho's gaze. Suddenly, it's too hot in the room, he feels the heat spreading up his neck so quickly, it makes him shiver.
“I don't know? Haven't met the right guy for that, I guess,” he lets out a humourless laugh.
“Yeah? Do you have a type or?”
Keeho tries to not sound too excited, but the way he moves closer to the edge of the bed, and the way his eyes are glued to Intak's face- He's bad at hiding it, like really bad.
“I guess? It's not like I had a lot of crushes before,” he mumbles. “Taeyang does not count, because everyone loves him, so I think he's not exactly my type,” he shrugs unsure.
And Keeho does the stupidest thing possible. He just can't stop himself before he blurts out, “Am I your type?”
That's literally the worst question ever. And he knows it. Because he's been asked it so many times, he's sick of it, really. But still Keeho asks him, and Intak seems to be flustered about it. His cheeks are flushed and he swallows visibly.
Interesting.
“Kinda?” Intak frowns, rolling his shoulders. He always does this when he's nervous. Oh.
“Kinda yes or kinda no?”
Keeho smirks, teasing, and gets up just to plop down beside Intak, their knees brushing. It makes Intak flinch and lean back slightly on his hands, just to make a bit more space between them.
“I don't know?”
Wrong, Keeho thinks, because he can clearly see the other’s gaze flickering down to his lips every two seconds, and that's not what Intak usually does.
“So you don't have a crush on me, do you?” Keeho moves a bit closer, hands on Intak's thighs now.
“I don't know, man,” he mumbles, sighing. “What are you even doing?”
“Wanna check?”
Yeah, he's making everything even more complicated. Good job, Keeho, keep going, he thinks. Because now Intak looks genuinely scared. He didn't expect anything like this, obviously. Not when they started talking about their assignments, then basketball and then about their first kisses.
Weird things just keep happening today.
Intak clears his throat. “Check?”
Keeho nods. “Yeah, if you have a crush on me. We can kiss,” he shrugs as if it's nothing. “I think it's better to have your first kiss with your friend than with someone you don't know… And we're sober, that's even better,” he smirks, hands sliding down to the bed, on either side of his thighs, almost caging Intak there.
Yeah. They're sober, Keeho didn't drink, so there's no explanation to his actions right now, besides his wants.
Does he really want to kiss his friend so badly?
It seems like it.
Intak lets out a nervous laugh, frowning. “What are you talking about? You wanna kiss? Why?”
Keeho scans his face for a few seconds and just nods.
Yes, he's crazy.
“Why… You don't?”
“I mean- We're friends, right?” He takes a deep breath as Keeho leans even closer.
“Uh-huh. So?”
“Isn't it weird to kiss?” Intak shifts slightly, shortens the distance so there's a few centimeters between their faces. His breath catches when Keeho puts his hand on his neck, making him shiver.
It feels too intimate, too close, and Keeho likes it, enjoys even.
“What’s weird if we both want it?” He whispers and when Intak nods briefly he captures his lips with his.
It lasts three seconds, and Keeho pulls back to see the reaction. No matter how cocky and confident he acts, he still can't let himself make Intak uncomfortable. He doesn't want to force him.
Intak swallows, licks his lips and looks at him, eyes half-lidded. His pulse is crazy, Keeho can feel it with his hand.
“Why did you stop?” He mutters barely audible, wrapping his arms around Keeho's neck to pull him closer. “Please, don't stop,” he whispers and this time he's the one who kisses.
The way they're sitting now, it makes it really uncomfortable to kiss, but neither of them care about it. Keeho cups his face, tilting his head to adjust, to make it easier. He's not moving fast, instead he tastes Intak's lips almost painfully slowly, licking and biting just slightly, making him gasp. He can't help but smile into the kiss when Intak tries to bite him, too.
It feels so good. It feels so much better than he could ever imagine. Intak's lips are full and he uses cherry chapstick all the time, so now Keeho thinks he can get used to this. To the feeling of Intak's lips on his own, to the heat of his body against his.
But for once, it's not scary.
He's not nervous, he just relaxes and lets himself forget about everything but Intak in his arms.
“We're still friends, right?” Intak murmurs, barely moving away, voice hoarse and lips swollen.
Keeho doesn't really trust his voice chords right now, so he just nods, leaving a kiss on his cheek, then on his nose and chin. It makes Intak smile, so can't stop himself from doing it again.
“It was a perfect first kiss, by the way,” he mutters, playing with Keeho's hair. “Do you think maybe the second one will be better?”
Their eyes meet and Keeho feels like losing his mind.
Intak is just too pretty, too hot and too attractive right now. He always is, but now Keeho thinks he wants to capture this moment forever.
Messy hair, flushed cheeks, swollen lips, glossy from their spit, and these big eyes.
Nah, this is too much.
“Oh, it sure is,” Keeho whispers before kissing him again, now more enthusiastic, making Intak let out a small noise close to moan.
Has this room always been this small, or is this because of what's happening right now? Because Keeho feels a bit crazy, hands are now all over Intak's body, because he always wanted to do this.
They pull apart for a few seconds, taking a deep breath, and Intak whines when Keeho pushes him to lie on his back. He immediately relaxes, watching Keeho hovering over him, feeling the heat spreading down his belly.
“Well, I don't think this is a friend-friendly thing,” he mumbles while Keeho leaves a trail of kisses down his neck.
“Really?” He teases, and chuckles when Intak slaps his shoulder. “Then we should stop,” yet he doesn't move at all, lips still on his neck.
“Or we can-”
“Agree,” Keeho doesn't even let him finish the sentence. “We're now more than friends, but I think we'll talk about it later.”
“Yeah?” Intak bites on his lip to hold back another whine. “Okay.”
“Can we continue?” Keeho finally looks up at him, and Intak feels his head spinning.
Damn, that's hot. Keeho is hot as fuck-
“Please,” he nods a few times, maybe too fast, but who cares, when Keeho is not literally on top of him.
Obviously not intak.
