Background
Michael, born Nikola, was one of the first children inducted into what would become the Elgen Academy, as his parents were affiliated with the CNI project. His sudden symptoms of schizophrenia and Tourette’s complicated matters, and certain scientists found him difficult to work with. When he was eight years old, his father passed away from a heart attack. Dr. Hatch would later tell Michael that this incident was his fault. Whether he was telling the truth or not remains to be seen.
Feeling threatened by Dr. Hatch, and wanting to protect her child, Michael’s mother fled California, trying to hide her son somewhere no one would find him. Unfortunately, after meeting and befriending Taylor Ridley, Michael and his mother were soon targeted by the Elgen and, one way or another, brought into the Elgen Academy.
Abilities
Electric Pulse: Michael has the ability to “pulse” electricity into objects, by creating electricity from within him and sending it outward through his body. Michael can also absorb electricity into his body, creating large quantities of electricity within him.
