It’s the 2023-2024 season, Dončić is still playing for the Mavericks.
It’s 2024 and season 4 of The Boys is being conducted.
January 6th 2024
Jensen
Jensen didn’t appear much throughout the show, so for most of the time instead of being on set he decided he would visit his hometown; Dallas. He wasn’t needed there that much anyways.
Jensen picked up his phone to research what to do in Dallas.
He wasn’t all that connected to his hometown that much, but he decided to find some things to do around Dallas, or the Metroplex as a whole. He could drive a little far out to Six Flags Arlington, but that would be boring to do on your own. He could drive out to Andretti’s in Fort Worth, but it would also be boring to be karting on your own. And there was so much more to do in the Metroplex, and he knew it, but Google wasn’t giving him answers, and he couldn’t
brainstorm anything.
Then he decided on something that only a bored mind would do…
There’s this Slovenian player.. His stats are impeccable.. He plays for the Mavs.. Maybe this could be entertaining? If Jensen ever watched basketball, it wouldn’t be the Mavericks at all, but something about Luka drew his attention.
Jensen had tickets to the American Airlines Center to watch the Mavericks play the Spurs, as well as buying plane tickets to the DFW airport

Luka
Luka is sitting on his couch with his dogs like a bum. He is bored out of his mind and remembers he had watched a series called “The Boys,” Luka couldn’t lie, the show was a hard watch. The show was a realistic perspective of if superheroes were real. It was brutal. The show was intriguing but had hard elements in it, which made Luka drop it a while ago.
He decided to give it another chance. He had made it to season 3 last time, and that was all his soft heart could handle. He picked up his remote, went to Prime Video and scrolled down to continue watching. He clicked play on season 3, episode 3, picking up on where he left off.
Jensen
Jensen lands at the DFW airport and reasonably so, he is irritated with the people going in and out of his path. He quickly finds a map, tries to locate the rental offices, and he joins the current of people walking down the corridors.
He finally finds his way to the rental spot. There are receptionists taking people’s orders and giving them the car keys in return. He looks up at what he can rent, the options are very poor, so he decides on a white suburban. Once he finalizes his decision he yet again joins another line of people.
A nice lady hands Jensen his keys and receipt. The woman tells Jensen where the car is located in the parking garage.
“Row B, #68, to the left to be specific.”
“Thank you ma’am.”
“No problem, thank you for traveling with American Airlines and safe travels!”
“Thank you so much.”
Jensen walks off and finds his way to the parking garage, he looks around until he finds the garage. The garage had a guide, and presumably so, row B was the second row, as he was looking at the guide his eyes began to wander off at the adverts, and he saw a poster of Dončić, Irving, and Thompson that said “Go Mavs.” Jensen felt a knot tie in his guts, like he was flustered or something, It was embarrassing.
Luka
Luka had maybe been lying down for 3 hours now, and 1 spent on watching the season. Then he gets to episode 4, he gets to the scene where Butcher finds Soldier Boy alive… but one thing REALLY stood out to luka… He was unclothed and sweaty, Luka could feel his chest and face get hot, and he immediately turned off the TV, knowing that he was starting to throb a bit.
Luka remembered also watching “Supernatural” not too long ago and developing a small crush on Jensen Ackles, but he brushed it off and didn’t acknowledge it. But after watching that scene he felt a little overwhelmed. He felt like a fangirl. Maybe that’s just what Luka is?
Jensen
Jensen had also already booked an Airbnb, while he was driving there he would notice all the posters and adverts for the Mavericks, and what Jensen was even more embarrassed about is that they were like magnets for his eyes, he knew he had this weird feeling about Luka, and that’s why all those boards would stand out to him, because he couldn’t lie, he felt something for him. A basketball player that didn’t even know him.
He finally arrived at the nice Airbnb, it was a penthouse, it was sleek and modern looking. He sat down on the couch knowing there was something in his pants he couldn’t ignore.

Luka
Luka had been around Dallas for a bit but he was still adjusting, even if it had been nearly 6 years of living here. Maybe he only felt off put because he was playing their rivals tonight; the San Antonio Spurs. That French 7 '5 center threw Dončić off even more, he was new there, but he seemed like he was going to grow into something big.
That night in the locker room Luka sat on a bench compensating on how he was gonna play tonight.. Or maybe even cope with it. His eyes glanced over and watched Thompson and Williams chat, then he looked over at Lively, the newcomer doing the same thing as he was. Doncic’s eyes retreated back to his court shoes, he wasn’t afraid, he just needed to listen to his favorite girl Britney!
Jensen
Jensen got courtside tickets, he wanted to be close, even if it wasn't as close as he wanted to be to Luka, this was probably all he could achieve. Jensen parked his car into a rental spot with his rental car, stepped out and walked up to the stadium. He was approaching another line, he had to get through security and they would scan his tickets... that was it... then he could see who he was a secret admirer for. He could feel a bit of a jitter-like feeling, he wasn't shy or anything, but this weird crush made being even present at the stadium just repulsive. Jensen finally became the leader of the line, he went through the metal detector and got scanned, he went through, found the staircase to his seats and sat down.
1st Quarter
Everything is going fine for Luka, but then something had to catch his eye. This couldn't be, this literally had to be a doppelgänger or something. There's no way that the same man Luka has been having dirty thoughts about is at HIS game?! Luka catches himself staring.
"Sranje." Luka mutters.
Jensen notices. But he doesn't act. He only thinks, and the fantasies are flowing in.
This got Luka's game down, first quarter he and his team were already dropping. It was 36-31. He needed an ego boost of some sort, he needed to leave a good impression on that (possibly) Jensen Ackles, even if he wasn’t watching. He decided he would try and play as best as possible, leave that indicator out for his mates, then basically all of them play good. Then, Luka can try and approach Jensen after the game, it would be less shameful that way, maybe even a little endearing.
