Chapter Text
It happened less than fifteen minutes after curfew.
The first years had finally stopped gawking at the moving staircases and the last of the students had filtered into their common rooms after the sorting ceremony. Excitement radiated from everyone for the new term to begin, but Draco Malfoy couldn't care less.
There was going to be a punishment.
Everybody knew that the Dark Lord was back, and it was all her father's fault.
If Lucius hadn't gotten caught up fighting Potter and his friends, if he hadn't been captured by aurors, then the Dark Lord would never have been forced to reveal himself in order to retrieve the prophecy. He never would've been seen by Dumbledore and the Minister of Magic, and they wouldn't have lost the prophecy to the Order of the Pheonix.
It was her father's negligence that led to this outcome... but he was in Azkaban and safe from the wrath of Lord Voldemort.
Draco was not.
Before leaving for school, the Dark Lord summoned her for a meeting. Narcissa was already there, quietly sobbing into her sister's arms... Bellatrix looked disgusted as she avoided looking at anybody.
"Such a beautiful girl." The Dark Lord had murmured almost wistfully. "It is a shame that your father's failures have placed you in such an unfortunate position. You have done nothing to earn my displeasure, Dracona. I would much rather reward loyalty than punish innocence." His lips curved into the faintest smile. "But Lucius has left me with little choice."
She didn't know what was going to happen, but judging by her mother's reaction... it wasn't going to be good.
Narcissa had hugged her so tightly before she boarded the train that Draco could barely breathe, her mother's fingers trembling as she held onto her shoulders and repeatedly whispered that everything would be okay. It was the kind of reassurance that only made things worse because her mother was not someone who frightened easily. Since then, Draco had spent every moment imagining what the Dark Lord could possibly have planned for her while she was inside Hogwarts. She had considered every possibility, no matter how ridiculous or horrifying. Would she wake up one morning unable to perform magic? Would she simply drop dead in the middle of class?
Draco tried to shove away the fears as she turned into a hall of empty classrooms, absently smoothing the emerald prefect badge pinned neatly to her robes. She had a duty to perform, and she refused to let herself appear distracted or frightened. She mentally rehearsed the speech she'd give whichever idiot she inevitably caught wandering after curfew when something inside her chest twisted so violently that the breath vanished from her lungs.
She tried to scream, but it came out in fractured gasps.
Her knees hit the stone as she curled in on herself, agony rolling through her entire body.
It didn't feel like being cursed... it was worse. It felt like liquid fire was coursing through her veins and every frantic beat of her heart pumped it farther through her body, leaving her bloodstream burning beneath her skin. She tried to call for help, but the sound barely made it past her throat. The first night of term meant everyone was safely tucked away in their common rooms... the only people out of bed were the other prefects and ghosts, but nobody was around her in the empty hallway.
Was this really her punishment? Being burned alive from the inside out?
Sweat gathered along her brow as she clenched against another wave of pain. Within seconds, it was dripping from her chin, dampening the skin beneath her robes and making the fabric cling uncomfortably to her body. She was completely drenched as if she'd been caught standing outside in the rain. But there was no relief or cooling from the amount of sweat she was producing... she was burning up so badly that her skin had gone from pale to pink.
Footsteps echoed against stone from far away... it sounded like someone was running.
"H... Help!" She tried, but her voice was so weak. She hated that someone would find her like this, helpless and shaking on the floor, but the pain had stripped away any pride she had left.
Ron Weasley appeared from around the corner. The moment he saw Draco on the floor, he sprinted over and dropped to his knees.
"Malfoy? What the hell is happening?!"
Normally, she would have responded with a biting remark or sarcasm, maybe an insult tailored to his large family and how pathetic they all were... but the moment her gaze focused on his face, she froze. His pupils were so dilated that his eyes almost looked black and sweat covered every inch of him too. It glistened along his skin like glass before gathering at his jaw and dripping down his throat.
Instantly, Draco's mouth watered... the scent that rolled off of him was intoxicating.
Warm caramel with hints of cinnamon filled her lungs as she heaved in the sweet scent. It consumed her every thought and made her forget all about the pain, all she could focus on was how delicious it smelled, how badly she needed to taste it.
Before she even realized what she was doing, she lurched forward.
Ron barely had time to react before she climbed into his lap, clinging to him with frantic desperation as she inhaled more. They nearly lost their balance, movements awkward and desperate as the sweat covering both of them made everything slippery and suffocating. Draco placed her hands on his freckled cheeks and tilted his head back roughly, licking up his throat like a feral animal, tasting the sweat with a keening whine.
Weasley groaned, the sound a mix of shock and crumbling restraint. His hands, which had been braced on the floor, came up to her waist to grip possessively. "You smell so fucking good." He growled low. It was a confession torn from a place of pure instinct, mirroring her own dizzying need.
Neither of them seemed to remember the fact that they loathed each other... that they had spent years hurling insults and dueling. They were too wrapped up in this insane cloud of lust that burned inside of their bodies like molten lava.
Draco writhed in his lap and exposed her throat to him. She wanted to offer herself, to please him by being submissive. Her brain kept repeating the same word over and over again: alpha alpha alpha alpha.
Ron didn't hesitate... his mouth found her frantic pulse and sucked hard, the wet drag of his tongue lapping at her skin hungrily. Tears were streaming down her cheeks as she cried out in pleasure, the sensation was so good that it numbed all of the burning inside of her chest like a soothing balm.
"Mine." He growled against her skin, his tone unrecognizable. "You're mine now!"
The claim in his voice unlocked something feral deep within Draco... her agreement was a breathless, sobbing sound. The next words that tumbled from her lips were not her own, they were ancient and instinctive, a plea carved into her very bones. “Yes, I'm all yours! Please… please breed me, alpha!”
She felt no shame, only a profound rightness that eclipsed everything else... Draco needed Ron Weasley, she needed him to mate with her, to fill her up with his seed and make her belly swell with pureblood children!
He pulled back just enough to press his forehead to hers, their skin slick, breaths mingling in the narrow space between them. His expression was one of awestruck possession. “I’m going to fuck you so deep, make you take all of me.” He vowed, the words bordering on a threat. His hand slid from her waist, fingers brushing against her lower stomach beneath her belly button. "I'm going to take such good care of you and our children... you'll be begging me for more the moment you give birth."
"Yes!" She cried, nodding frantically. "Please... I want to give you so many babies, as many as you want!"
His fingers pressed deeper into the soft flesh of her abdomen, as if measuring it for the future swell. "This sweet little womb is going to be my favorite place to be. I'll be planting my seed here so often you'll forget what it's like to be empty."
"WHAT THE FUCK?!"
The jarring shout shattered the feverish cocoon of their world.
Draco actually flinched in surprise, her body still squirming in a mix of heat and arousal. Ron snarled, a purely animal sound, as his head whipped toward the intrusion. His arms came around her protectively, shielding her from harm.
At the far end of the hall, a figure stood frozen in shock... it was Harry Potter.
"What the bloody hell is going on?!" He asked again, his eyes wide and darting at all the places where they were pressed together on the ground. Absentmindedly, he took a step forward.
"Back off, she's mine!" Ron barked. His arms locked around her tighter, tracing her spine possessively as he glared over her shoulder. "If you come any closer, I'll fucking kill you!"
"What?!"
A fresh, shocking wave of heat flooded Draco, so intense it stole her breath. His anger, his snarling protectiveness... it wasn’t frightening. It was the most potent aphrodisiac she’d ever known. The raw dominance in his voice, the way his body shielded hers so completely, sent a pulse of pure, dizzying need through her core.
"Let him see." She cooed, letting her tongue glide up his jaw up to his temple. "Let him watch you claim me."
Ron let out a noise that resembled a deep purr, the flames of his possession fanned by her eager submission. He shifted his hold, one hand sliding to tangle firmly in her hair, tilting her head to expose the long line of her throat. His eyes held were locked onto Harry as he licked up her throat, letting the other boy see exactly what belonged to him.
"Jesus fucking Christ, what is wrong with you two?!?!" Harry shouted in pure disbelief. "Stupefy!"
The jet of red light that erupted from his wand was the last thing either of them saw before everything went dark.

Ron resurfaced slowly. Everything hurt. His eyelids felt impossibly heavy and his mouth was so dry that his tongue felt glued to the roof of his mouth. Around him, the sounds of hushed voices carried, breaking through his groggy haze.
"... there is no cure. It has to be sealed."
"That cannot happen!" Someone replied in an outraged, panicked tone. "My son will not be sealed to someone else's soul, least of all to one belonging to that family!"
"I understand your concern, Arthur, but I have consulted with Unspeakables and several healers who specialize in ancient dark magic. They are all in agreement that refusing to allow them to seal the bond would be a cruel torture."
"They are sixteen years old!"
"And they hate each other!" The sound of another familiar voice joined the conversation. "Professor Dumbledore, Ron hates Draco... he would never do that. He would never fall in love with her!"
"This is not love, Harry." The first voice spoke again. "This is a primal curse that pureblooded wizards used in ancient times... the goal was to lock two souls together for the purposes of procreation... to ensure that bloodlines remained pure. It has not been used in centuries due to the barbaric nature of forcing two people to mate, but it seems Lord Voldemort has decided it was a fitting punishment for Lucius Malfoy."
"What are you talking about?" A female voice chimed in, her voice wet with tears. "What does Lucius Malfoy have to do with it?"
"According to Severus, he is the reason that Voldemort was caught. It appears that his punishment is to watch his only child be bound to a family that is considered to be blood traitors."
Ron felt his fingers twitch weakly against the sheets.
The reminder of Draco made his blood temperature spike... through the confusion, he knew that he needed to make sure that she was safe. He needed to take away her pain and make her feel good. That was how he found her on the ground, he felt this encompassing heat ignite in his veins, and it pulled him toward the source like a moth to the flame.
When she climbed into his arms, he knew without a shadow of a doubt, that he needed to get her pregnant. It was as instinctive as breathing. He needed to thrust inside of her and cum so deep or else he'd die without her touch.
"Draco..." He muttered weakly, the panic rising like a tide at the thought of never seeing her again.
"Oh, Ron, thank goodness!" Someone cried out, rushing to his side. They gave him a loving pet, but he recoiled from the touch.
It felt wrong... it wasn't hers.
His eyes fluttered open and focused on the face of his mother standing above him... beside her was his father, Dumbledore, and Harry. There was another surge of jealousy that went through him seeing his best friend, but remembering Draco's words and feeling the ghost of her tongue on his throat helped keep him in control.
She submitted to him. Not Harry. She belonged to him.
"Draco?" He spoke again, sitting up to scan the hospital wing. It was completely empty. "Where is she?"
"Do not worry. She's perfectly safe in another area of the castle." Dumbledore spoke calmly, but it did nothing to soothe his fears.
"Take me there. Now."
Arthur cleared his throat gently. "Ron..."
"Where is my omega?!"
It felt like there was a gaping hole in his chest, like his soul had been ripped out and was taken away... he needed to find her before it was too late. He needed to fill up her womb with his children. Ron moved to stand but felt resistance. Looking down, he saw that his legs were bound to the bed with chains. The metal rattled against the bedframe as he yanked on them, trying to wrench his feet free.
"Ron!" Harry stepped forward. "Stop it, you're going to hurt yourself!"
"Where is she?!" He shouted, the panic clawing up her throat. "Where is Draco, what have you done to her?!"
The desperation in his voice made everyone flinch.
"Darling... look at me." Molly said through tears.
"I DON'T WANT TO LOOK AT YOU!" He screamed in agony and rage. "I WANT MY OMEGA, I NEED HER! SHE'S MINE!"
He thrashed against the chains, feeling something in his ankle twist, but the pain barely registered because all he could think about was Draco, all he could feel was the terrifying pull in his chest telling him that she was nearby and suffering without him. He needed to get to her as quickly as possible and take away her pain!
His hands shook as he frantically searched himself for his wand, patting at his robes with increasing desperation, only to find empty pockets. "No..." His breathing became ragged as his eyes snapped toward the adults around him, wild and terrified. "Give me my wand! I have to leave, I need to go and find Draco!"
Nobody moved to help. His parents looked at him with sorrow while Dumbledore carried a softer expression of pity on his face.
"I am sure you can see what I mean now, Arthur, that keeping them separated is torture." The headmaster said. "Without sealing the bond, they are doomed to live in search of one another until one of them dies from the unbearable pain of being apart. The kindest solution is to allow them to seal it, so that they can begin to think clearly again."
"And what happens when they do?" Arthur snapped back, his own eyes shining. "What happens when my son is himself again and realizes his soul is bound to a girl who has bullied him and our family for years? What happens when he understands that he will never be able to live without her in his life?!"
"I am hopeful that upon Voldemort's death, the curse will vanish."
"Can you guarantee that?"
"No." Dumbledore sighed heavily. "I cannot guarantee anything... except that your son needs help, and I need your permission before we allow anything to happen."
Ron pulled harder against the chains, his face twisting with agony. He heard the adults talking, but none of the words landed. He looked at Harry and reached out for him, seizing him by the front of his robes and yanking him forward. "Can't you feel it?! Can't you feel how much pain she's in?!"
Harry froze, his mouth gaping. "No! I... I don't feel anything, mate, you're the only one!"
The doors to the hospital wing suddenly opened.
Everyone turned as Professor Snape strode inside. He looked visibly drained and worried, the lines around his face deeper than usual. He walked right up to Dumbledore and murmured something into his ear.
Ron felt his heart pound painfully against his ribs as he held his breath, waiting for answers. He could tell that Snape had been in the same room as Draco. He could smell that same sweet scent that had poured from her skin in the hallway. It was the most beautiful, wonderful scent in the world... tart green apples. It was so intense that he'd felt drunk from licking the sweat off of her neck, tasting how potent it was.
Dumbledore cleared his throat, clasping his hands in front of him. "Severus informs me that Narcissa Malfoy has given her consent for the bond to seal... Dracona has been awake for a few hours and is greatly suffering without your son."
"No!" Ron gasped, another wave of panic washing over him. "Please... let me go. Let me help, I can make her feel so much better! PLEASE!"
The desperation in his voice made Arthur look away, guilt taking over his features.
"Has she been given any contraception?" Molly asked meekly, looking to Professor Snape. "It's just... if... we decide to allow it, then perhaps we should be very cautious."
"I already administered a very large cocktail of potions the moment Dracona woke up. One of them was a potent contraceptive potion that should last long enough for them to get through the bonding phase. After that, I can brew daily suppressant potions laced with contraceptives to ensure that no accidents happen... though, I cannot guarantee anything since I've never encountered magic like this."
Arthur's face tightened. "How long will it take for the bond to seal?"
"It's hard to say." Severus replied. "Magical bonding like this hasn't been used in centuries, it's unknown how it actually happens. It could be upon penetration, or it could take several rounds of intercourse to complete."
Molly made a weeping noise and covered her face.
"However, their minds are currently being influenced by primal instincts." Snape continued, moving to hand the woman a tissue without looking away from Arthur. "I am certain they will rely on those instincts to guide them through it."
"And you and your family are welcome to remain in the castle until it is finished." Dumbledore added kindly. "Once Ronald is back in his right state of mind, I'm sure he'll need your support to help him adjust to this life change."
Arthur looked toward Ron again.
The chains had stopped rattling, but only because he had grown exhausted from fighting them. His eyes were still fixed on the doorway, as though Draco might appear at any moment. The words around him faded in and out again, distant and meaningless. He barely registered the adults speaking anymore. All that mattered was that they were considering letting him go, that he might be able to touch her again.
Molly and Arthur shared a few quiet words, their voices too low for him to catch. Ron watched them anxiously, his heart pounding as he waited.
After a couple of minutes passed, they looked back at Dumbledore and nodded grimly.
"I appreciate your willingness to help." Dumbledore said politely before turning to Snape. "Yours as well, Severus. I know it must not be easy to see your own goddaughter in this state. Please bring Draco and Narcissa here... I will prepare an isolation chamber right away."
A wave of relief crashed over Ron so suddenly it almost hurt.
For the first time since waking, he felt like he could breathe properly. He was going to touch Draco, to make all her pain go away and seal this bond or whatever the hell they were talking about!
"Sir, this is completely mental!" Harry burst out, throwing his hands up. "Ron hates Draco, we can't just lock them in a room and let them... you know!"
"I understand why this is difficult to accept." He replied, taking out his wand. As he spoke, he assembled a glass chamber against the far wall, creating a safe, enclosed space. "However, the magic that Voldemort has cursed them with does not care that they disliked one another, it was designed to override choice. I suspect that he designed this punishment to maximize results. Not only will Lucius suffer in Azkaban knowing his daughter is bound to a family that he loathes, but the Weasleys in turn are punished for being blood traitors and working with the Order of the Phoenix."
"Ron and Malfoy don't deserve this, though." Harry said quietly, almost helpless. "It isn't their fault that their parents made those decisions."
Dumbledore paused, lowering his wand as the final enchantments settled over the chamber... it was a simple room with a large mattress in the center. No furniture, no blankets, not even pillows.
"No." He agreed softly. "It's not their fault whatsoever, they are simply collateral damage in Voldemort's twisted scheme."
"So, why are we playing along? Why are we letting them seal the bond?"
"Because the bond is already there, my dear boy." Dumbledore explained. "The sealing does not strengthen Voldemort's curse, it allows the magic to settle into a stable state rather than continuing to fester against the separation. The hope is that once they are officially bonded, they will return to their previous states of mind and we can move forward."
"But..." Harry muttered softly "... they'll be stuck together forever."
Ron remained silent, barely reacting to the conversation around him. Forever with Draco sounded nice... wrapped in her scent, pumping her full of babies and watching her become a mother to his pureblood heirs.
His.
All his.
Dumbledore released the shackles around Ron, and he instantly scrambled to his feet before wincing at the sharp ache in his ankle. He definitely sprained it while fighting the restraints, but he didn't much care.
"Into the chamber, please." Dumbledore said kindly. "Your omega will be here any moment."
Ron obeyed without argument. He limped across the room, still favoring his injured ankle, and stepped inside the glass enclosure. It was clear, yet somehow blurred... he could barely make out the shapes of the others standing on the other side. It wasn't completely private, but it would do.
"Why is it so bare?" Molly asked curiously. "I... I don't mean to be a bother, but shouldn't it be nice? Romantic?"
"It's not meant to be a honeymoon suite." Arthur said harshly.
"He's still our boy!" She shot back, glaring at her husband. “His first time shouldn’t be in a… a clinical box! He deserves some comfort or some sense of it feeling special."
"I'm afraid that it's for their safety." Dumbledore interjected. "I have blurred the glass to give them a little bit of privacy but without fully seeing them I am uncomfortable with having any items in the room that are not necessary."
"But..."
"The instinct to mate will provide all the ambiance required, Molly, I assure you."
Moments later, Ron could smell Draco's scent perfuming the air as she approached. He felt his hands tremble with excitement as he watched the door, his eyes wide and hopefully. When they finally opened and she stepped inside behind her mother and Professor Snape, the dam broke an she sprinted past them.
Ron left the chamber, meeting her halfway and colliding in the center of them room in a tangle of limbs. They fell to the ground as each of them tried to grip and pull the other into an embrace. Her delicious scent flooded his senses, and he instantly felt a possessive rumble in his chest as she sank her nose into his neck and inhaled his pheromones. The poor thing was in so much agony, her hands scrambled for purchase on his clothes as she tried to burrow closer, soaking in the smell like it was the only thing that could make the burning in her body stop.
"Please... please, alpha." Draco begged helplessly, tears tracking down her face as she presented her throat for him to bite, looking up at the bright lights. “Do it! Claim me, breed me, make it so no one else can ever have me!” Her plea was a wild, broken thing. “I’m yours, only yours, just make me yours forever!”
Ron's answering growl was a visceral rumble that sounded like pure possession. Without a thought he bent down and licked a stripe up her neck, pulling out a needy cry from her as she sobbed in relief.
From across the hospital wing, their audience was paralyzed.
Arthur had gone ghostly pale. Molly had one hand clasped over her mouth. Harry looked close to vomiting... and Dumbledore was almost fascinated. Both Snape and Narcissa refused to watch, their gazes locked onto the floor as they listened with looks of grief.
"Ahem." The headmaster cleared his throat loudly. "The chamber... please enter it. It's for the safety of you both and us."
Draco shook her head, her glazed eyes darting toward the spectators before locking back on Ron. "No more waiting... take me, alpha. Right now."
The desperation in her voice pushed him to the brink.
He could claim her right there with his parents six feet away, shove her to the ground and make them all watch as he filled her completely. As he pumped her petite body full of so much cum that her belly would bloat.
Though, somehow, he knew even through the cloud of lust that they needed to be alone for this. He needed to shut the world out and enjoy her all to himself... to give her everything. Nobody deserved to see what she looked like when she submitted to him fully. Only he had that privilege.
"Alpha, please." She whined again, panting. "Please, fill me up! Give me babies!"
"Listen." He ordered, his voice a low, firm vibration that cut through her distress. He captured her face, forcing her watery gaze to hold his. "Once that door closes, it's just you and me... and I'm going to give you everything you're begging for."
She whimpered and nodded frantically, locking her arms around his neck.
Ron stood up slowly, ignoring the protest from his ankle, and pulled her with him. She clung to his body, wrapping her legs around his waist as he carried her inside of the chamber and laid her directly onto the bed. The door behind them sealed with a thud that shut out everything else.
Finally... they were alone.
Ron felt a slow, possessive grin spread across his face as he looked down at Draco. She was a fucking beautiful mess, her eyes red and puffy, her robes disheveled and clinging to her skin as she exhaled big breaths that made her breasts heave.
His fingers dropped to the buttons on his shirt, slowly unfastening them and watching with a predatory thrill as her thighs rubbed together anxiously with every new inch of skin exposed.
"I'm going to make you feel all better, omega." He promised.
