Izuku mumbles indistinctly against Katsuki's lips, but Katsuki pushes Izuku's face back far enough to glare at him. "Plan? What plan? Why wasn't I a part of this?"
"Because," Izuku says, nipping Katsuki's lip, and thinking a very heavy eye roll in Eijirou's direction, "it was going to be a surprise."

The image of Ei's wounded expression is burned into the backs of his eyelids, so he lays down on cushions that smell vaguely like dog and closes his eyes, concentrating on that pain. That betrayal. He did that. He hurt him. His partner, his lover, his best goddamn friend. He's sworn not to, and meant it. He's tied his life to Ei's, and to Izuku's besides. He's their motherfucking husband.
And he's Bakugo Katsuki.
