Now holding eye contract with the stranger, he slowly turned his phone off and slipped it back into his pocket, praying that the murderer in front of him would understand what he was trying to do. He put his hands out in front of him as soon as he finished.
“Good choice.” His voice was smooth, disturbingly soft, but with a slight lisp. The flash of fangs behind his lips explained why.
