Throw in an international championship, foreign guests crowding her study environment, and Cho Chang going spare over the cancellation of quidditch and this is shaping up to be a year to remember for all the wrong reasons. And now she has Harry Potter looking to buddy up to her seemingly in an effort to woo Cho away from her increasing infatuation with Cedric Diggory. It's sort of cute... In fact, he's rather very cute.

A slice-of-life story in which Hermione finds love against the backdrop of the Triwizard Tournament, Neville is the Boy-Who-Lived, and Harry Potter is Gryffindor's aloof seeker. Probably mostly Hermione's POV, but Harry might be mixed in later on.

And now here was Dudley Vernon Dursley fussing himself to sleep as Lily walked the halls of the Godric's Hollow house. His tiny soft hands with their tiny soft fingernails curled under her chin, the same way Harry's always had.
She passed James, who was gently bouncing his way up the hall the opposite way. "I think he's asleep," James mouthed over Harry's tousled head. His hair was the same mess, his head bent down as he peered at his sleeping son.
Lily stopped where she stood, her nephew heavy on her chest, her husband smiling, her sister buried. "James," she said. "How are we going to do this?"

Summary
On October 31, 1981, a piece of the Dark Lord Voldemort's soul was ripped away from the whole and found a new home within his mortal enemy, the infant named Harry James Potter. What he never expected was that the child, raised so tenderly until then by his parents and their closest friends, would be brimming with the one thing he had always scorned - love. Unable to resist its siren call, that tiny sliver of soul found itself slowly healing, and nearly ten years later experienced a very strange rebirth.
Now a child once more, Tom Riddle sets out to make a new life for himself - one that includes ensuring Harry is healthy, happy, and by his side. Unfortunately, his older self, the broken remains of Lord Voldemort, still lurks in the shadows.
