Summary
Riku had always perceived the ocean as his home. It lives within him, from his sun-kissed skin, to the salty words coming out of his mouth. He's the embodiment of ocean and all it represents. That, until he's being compared to a starfish as a declaration of love by the worst creature to ever live in his home—Yushi—with his playful smile, bubblegum pink hair, and a shimmering golden tail.
Or a confident ocean boy Riku, and a lovesick mermaid Yushi who gives Riku a lot of fish compliments and weird human things he found on shipwrecks.
