Summary
With Vecna defeated and the Upside Down closed for good, Hawkins returns to normal (at least, that's what we would assume.) Karen is released from the hospital along with Ted. He believes that it was an earthquake, Karen knows otherwise. She confides in Joyce who reluctantly fills her in, leading to a breakdown and new revealed emotional intimacy. As everyone tries to put their lives back together, Karen continues to lean on Joyce which inevitably leads to something deeper.
