Summary
In the aftermath of Rivkin's death, Tony finds he has people willing to have his back. Avoiding the trip to Israel, he actually gets the care he deserves. That this leads to consequences for those willing to bend the rules is an added bonus.
Born from the brain of a frustrated occupational therapist/fanfic author, who hated the fact that medically, the writers got EVERYTHING wrong, this is an attempt to put the Aliyah episode on the straight and narrow. And perhaps ensure a little justice for Tony along the way. Probably not for Ziva fans (but then, neither was the episode, in truth).

“I’m right here, baby,” he promised, leaning down and nuzzling his nose against Buck’s hair before placing a kiss on the top of his head. “What do you need?”
Buck almost cried of relief right then and there. Tommy didn’t ask any stupid questions. He didn’t ask if Buck was okay, because how could he be? He was just… he was there for him, willing to do anything and everything to make Buck feel better.
“I want to go home,” he pleaded, tears stinging in his eyes.
And Tommy didn’t laugh like Chim, or insist he needed to stay like Bobby. He didn’t lecture him on how dangerous it was to ignore the doctor’s orders like Maddie would have done.
He just nodded as he gently wiped the tears off of Buck’s face, calloused fingers brushing ever so softly against throbbing bruises.
“Okay,” he murmured, pressing a quick kiss to Buck’s lips before resting their foreheads together for a moment. “Then that’s what we’ll do. We’ll go home.”
_____________________________________________________After a night out with the team, Buck gets mugged and ends up in the hospital. Luckily, Tommy's there to make everything better.

a lone marshal exited from the sedan. He was a huge man whose jacket strained at the shoulder seams."Agent Larabee?" He swept the group with an evaluating eye before focusing on Larabee when the rest of the team held back to suit up behind his dark form.
"Clark or Tanner?" Chris asked as they shook hands briefly.
"Clark. Tanner's up yonder."

Summary
Clark Kent moves to Gotham as a teenager after an unfortunate event at school. There he meets Jason Todd. And then, several months after that, Clark hears Jason screaming.
Apparently a Joker with no Kryptonite can't win against a Kryptonian. Who knew.
