    Ditto to all of this. I feel like I learn more about the authentic omega lived experience on AO3 than on any social media - "all tradalpha all the time" Insta and "dangerous heat misinfo you could drive your bergentruck through" TikTok are particular offenders.

        Dear Freggit,

        My (44α) former partner (46ω) will not leave me alone. He follows me around town, uses our younger child to send me messages and flowers, and has recently escalated his behaviour to hiding in the bushes outside my church in an attempt to seduce me. He has police and political connections so there is no help from that quarter.

        Where I may be an "AITA" is that we have children together and must communicate to some degree for parenting. I also know that heat hormones are very powerful and he may not be fully responsible for his actions at the moment.

        Will I be the "AITA" if I hire a lawyer to send him a stern letter?

        P.S. If anyone here is based in Hometown, can you recommend a better firm than Jerry, Bob and Jerry? I was forced to fire their representative after he kept shouting "Objection" during my divorce hearings.
