Description:

The city of Konoha isn't exactly quiet or docile, but the officers of the KPD do their best to reign in the old families, underground gangs, and outside forces. Secrets abound, alliances are made and broken, but whether or not Konoha survives the power struggles is up to Chief Minato and his rag tag bunch.
